Cervical cancer is an urgent problem due to its high morbidity, its growth tendency in women of reproductive age, and late presentation. As a result of insufficiently effective surgical and/or radiation treatment of the primary tumor, local recurrences occur in 10-40% of treated patients, and distant metastases in 35% of patients [10]. The first place according to the frequency of distant metastasis in RCC patients is occupied by para-aortic lymph nodes (31.2%), the second - lungs (16.1%), the third - bones (12.9%) [9]. Treatment of recurrent and generalized cervical cancer is a complex and unresolved problem of modern oncology due to the extremely limited range of possible therapeutic measures. The leading role in conservative therapy of cervical cancer relapses and metastases is played by highly toxic, but not specific cytostatics, which aggravates the condition of patients and the immunological failure of the organism [11].
According to the World Health Organization, uterine tumours rank second in the structure of oncological morbidity in women. Epithelial tumours account for 95% of all genital tumours and only 5% are mesenchymal tumours. Malignant mesenchymal tumours include uterine sarcomas. Annually, 10 cases of uterine sarcomas are diagnosed in 1 million women worldwide. The problems of early diagnosis and screening of malignant uterine mesenchymal tumours (sarcomas) have not yet been solved. Due to the fact that this disease is rare and the treatment of uterine sarcomas remains a pressing problem.

In the process of separating the fiber from the seed, the speed of the seed roll in the roll box of the saw gin varies depending on the diameter of the saw. As the blade diameter decreases, the peripheral speed does not change, but the linear speed does. This leads to a deterioration in the quality of the fiber and seed, and a decrease in the productivity of the machine. For this reason, the regulation of the linear speed of the saw is one of the important problems in the ginning process. To do this, the speed of rotation of the saw cylinder is changed following the change in the diameter of the saw. Thus, the speed of the seed roll is regulated.

Due to its special properties, zirconium dioxide is today the material of choice for prosthetics on implants. In practice, the conditions for prosthetics are not always ideal. When teeth are manufactured at the level of the implant platform using an individual milling cutter, there is no need for special equipment or additional costs for the manufacture of additional expensive crowns. This clinical case shows that the use of individually milled zirconium dioxide abutments and ceramic veneers has many undeniable advantages in screw-fixed restorations.

This article considers that the study of dental anxiety in relation to demographic indicators before patients visit the dentist is necessary for the study. This study examined demographic indicators (age, gender) and dental visiting habits of patients using a questionnaire method.
The purpose of this study was to determine how dental anxiety, demographic factors, and the nature of dental visits are interrelated. This cross-sectional study involved 100 patients who independently completed a questionnaire that included a modified indicator of dental anxiety (MDAS). In addition, demographic information was collected. According to regression analysis (p<05), anxiety about dental problems leads to improper dental treatment. According to the latest analysis, children between the ages of 9 and 15 and those who have never seen a professional dentist are more likely to experience dental anxiety. Boys are more likely than girls to experience anxiety about their teeth. With age, anxiety about teeth decreases. Poor oral hygiene is caused by high dental anxiety, and dental anxiety is increased in people who have never visited a dentist. The results of this study have implications for oral health and can be applied in healthcare programs to improve the effectiveness of care.
