Annotasiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda ta’limda zamonaviy innovatsion metodlardan foydalanishda asosan innovatsion pedagogik ta’lim nazariyalaridan foydalanish afzal deb hisoblaymiz. Sababi samarali ta’lim dasturlariga asoslangan holda innovatsion ta’limga asoslangan ta’limning kolloborativ shakli hozirda yaxshi natija bermoqda. Ta’lim tizimida yangi pedagogik metodlardan foydalanish va yangi ta’limga oid nazariyalardan foydalanish orqali ta’lim sifatini oshirish imkoniyati mavjud. Annotatsiya.

Ushbu tadqiqotda ta’limda zamonaviy innovatsion metodlardan

foydalanishda asosan innovatsion pedagogik ta’lim nazariyalaridan foydalanish afzal deb
hisoblaymiz. Sababi samarali ta’lim dasturlariga asoslangan holda innovatsion ta’limga
asoslangan ta’limning kolloborativ shakli hozirda yaxshi natija bermoqda. Ta’lim tizimida yangi
pedagogik metodlardan foydalanish va yangi ta’limga oid nazariyalardan foydalanish orqali
ta’lim sifatini oshirish imkoniyati mavjud. Zamonaviy innovatsion ta’lim dasturlariga asoslangan

INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGY AND THE FOUNDATIONS OF INNOVATIVE THEORIES

IN EDUCATION

Abstract.

In this study, we believe that the use of innovative pedagogical theories of

education is desirable when using modern innovative methods in education. The reason is that the
form of collaborative education based on innovative education based on effective educational
programs is currently yielding good results. There is an opportunity to improve the quality of
education by applying new pedagogical methods and new educational theories in the education
system. Theoretical data on the use of pedagogical methods based on modern innovative
educational programs are presented.

ИННОВАЦИОННАЯ ПЕДАГОГИКА И ОСНОВЫ ИННОВАЦИОННЫХ ТЕОРИЙ В

ОБРАЗОВАНИИ

Аннотация.

В данном исследовании мы считаем, что при использовании

современных инновационных методов в образовании предпочтительнее использовать
инновационные педагогические теории образования. Это обусловлено тем, что в
настоящее время эффективная форма обучения, основанная на инновационном
образовании, основанная на эффективных образовательных программах, дает хорошие
результаты. Появляется возможность повышения качества образования за счет
использования новых педагогических методов и новых педагогических теорий в системе
образования. Представлены теоретические данные об использовании педагогических
методов, основанных на современных инновационных образовательных программах.

Bugungi globallashuv davrida jamiyatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy rivojlanishi, texnologik

yuksalishi va axborot oqimlarining kengayishi ta’lim tizimida yangicha yondashuvlarni talab
etmoqda. Ta’lim jarayonida innovatsion pedagogika tushunchasi markaziy o‘rinni egallab,
zamonaviy o‘qitish texnologiyalari, yangi nazariy konsepsiyalar va ijodkorlikka asoslangan ta’lim
metodlarini shakllantirishda muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Innovatsion pedagogika — bu
pedagogik faoliyatda yangilik kiritish, o‘qitish jarayonini samarali tashkil etish, shaxsning
intellektual, ijodiy va ma’naviy salohiyatini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy yo‘nalishdir.

Bu yondashuv, avvalo, o‘qituvchi va o‘quvchi o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro aloqani yangicha asosda

qurish, ta’limni shaxsga yo‘naltirish, mustaqil fikrlashni rag‘batlantirish va raqamli texnologiyalar
imkoniyatlaridan keng foydalanish bilan bog‘liq. Innovatsion pedagogika nafaqat o‘qitish
uslublarini, balki butun ta’lim tizimini tubdan yangilash, o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasini
oshirish, o‘quv dasturlarini zamon talablari bilan uyg‘unlashtirishni ham o‘z ichiga oladi. Shunday
ekan, ushbu maqolada innovatsion pedagogikaning mohiyati, asosiy nazariyalari, ta’lim
jarayonida innovatsion yondashuvlarning ahamiyati va ularning amaliy qo‘llanilishiga alohida
e’tibor qaratiladi. O'quvchining o'z bilimlarini shakllantirishdagi individual ishining ta'lim natijasi
guruh va jamoaning faoliyati bilan qo'llab-quvvatlanadi.

O'quvchi guruh bilan resurslarni baham ko'radi, o'rganish uchun guruh ishlaridan

foydalanadi. Faoliyatning tuzilishi moslashuvchan va ochiq, qidiruv kabi kolloborativ holati
yanada shakllanadi. O'qituvchi o'rganishda yordamchi rolini o'ynaydi, guruh esa ma'lumot manbai,
motivatsiya, o'z-o'ziga yordam va o'zaro yordam vositasi va jamoaviy bilimlarni qurish uchun
o'zaro ta'sirning maxsus joyi sifatida ishlaydi. Hamkorlikdagi ta'limda oddiy qo'shma (kooperativ)
ishdagi kabi rollarning apriori taqsimlanishi mavjud emas. Shaxslar sekin-asta bir butunga
aylangan va salohiyati uning qismlari yig'indisidan kattaroq bo'lgan guruh bilan birlashadi, bu
ko'pincha yuqori sifatli ishlarni bajarishga imkon beradi. Shu bilan birga, umumiy ish uchun
individual javobgarlik ham, butun jamoaning mas'uliyati ham mavjud. Guruhning barcha a'zolari

uchun uning ishtirokchilari soni besh kishidan oshmasligi kerak. Ko'pincha, katta yoshdagi
o'quvchilar, ba'zan o'qituvchilar hamkorlikda o'rganish atamasini eshitganda, bu avtomatik
ravishda guruhda ishlashning salbiy konteksti bilan bog'liq bo'lib, ular maktab muhitida
muammolarga duch kelishi ehtimoli mavjud. Kolloborativ ta’limga asoslangan metodlar va
mexanizmlar bu esa ularni hamkorlik tushunchasidan (eski metodlardan) voz kechishni istaydi,
ular buni haqiqiy emas yoki o'rganish yukini o'qituvchidan talabalarga o'tkazishga urinish deb
biladilar.

Ochiq masofaviy ta'limda biz hamkorlikdagi ishning afzalliklarini va uning har bir

ishtirokchisini qo'llab-quvvatlash zarurligini takrorlab o’tishimiz, ayniqsa, muvaffaqiyatga
erishishda tashqi jihat zarur bo'lgan motivatsion dinamika nuqtai nazaridan yaxshi
tushuntirishimiz kerak. Ba'zi talabalarning bu birinchi tashvishi diqqatga sazovordir, chunki ko’p
vektorli ta’lim asosida bu raqamli tarmoqlarda o'qitish va o'qitishning eng katta hayotiyligiga
mutlaqo ajralmas yondashuvga aylangan narsani noto'g'ri tushunish misolidir.

Ta’limning kolloborativ mexanizmlarni tanlash va bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirishda,

shuningdek hamkorlikdagi (kolloborativ) ta'lim quyidagi tamoyillarga asoslanishi mumkin:

*O’quvchi-yoshlarning birgalikda ishlash natijalari o'zaro tushunishga olib keladi, ehtimol

mustaqil ishlashdan ko'ra ko'proq samarali ta’lim jarayonini ta’minlashimiz mumkin bo’ladi;

*O’quvchi-yoshlarning og'zaki va yozma muloqotlar eng yaxshi tushunishga yordam

beradi;

*O’quvchi yoshlarning jamoaviy (kolloborativ) ta’lim dasturida ijtimoiy o'zaro ta'sir va

yaxshiroq o'zaro tushunish o'rtasidagi munosabatlarni yashash tajribasi orqali tan olish qobiliyati
yanada shakllantiradi;

* Yoshlarning dars davomidamavzuni chuqur tushunishning ba'zi elementlari o'ziga xos va

oldindan aytib bo'lmaydigan ma’lumotlarni tushinishdagi holatini bilib olish lozim bo’ladi;

* Kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirishda yangi innovatsion g’oyalarga asoslangan holda

o’yinlarda ishtirok etish ixtiyoriydir va erkinlikni ta'minlashi kerak, lekin ayni paytda kuchli
qo'llab-quvvatlanishi kerak degan fikrlarni ilgari surmoqdamiz.

Ko'rinishidan, hamkorlikda o'rganish rejimi manfaatdor tomonlarning kengroq ishtirokini

talab qiladi. Guruh uchun bu inson kapitalini rivojlantirish qobiliyati ba'zilar tomonidan kollektiv
aqlning belgisi sifatida qabul qilinadi. Per Levi ga koʻra, kollektiv razvedka butun dunyo boʻylab
tarqalgan intellektdir, chunki hech kim hamma narsani bilmaydi, lekin hamma nimanidir biladi.

Bilim insonda mavjud bo'lib, uning jamiyatda yanada kengroq tarqalishini tashkil etuvchi

qandaydir transsendent mavjudotda emas; shuning uchun yaxshi tashkil etilgan jamoa - bu real
vaqtda shaxsan muvofiqlashtirilgan asosiy inson boyligi sifatida tan olinadi.

Pedagogika yo’nalishida ko’p vektorli ta’lim modellarini tashkil etish mexanizmi

hamkorlikda o'rganish va kolloborativ metodlar orqali o'rganish bo’yicha o'xshash usullar bo'lib,
ular kichik guruh a'zolari - talabalar o'rtasidagi o'zaro ta'sirning ahamiyatiga qaratilgan.

Ta'limning hamkorlik (jamoaviy o’qitish) shakllarining maqsadi - o'rganishning oddiy

o'quv harakatlaridan o'rganishni tashkil etishning guruh shakliga o'tishidir. "Kolloborativ
ko’nikmalarni oshirishda pedagogik metodlar bilan o'rganish" va "ko’p vektorli yondashuvlar
asosida hamkorlikda o'rganish" tushunchalarining ta'rifiga kelsak, ularning farqlarini
ta'kidlaydigan ta'riflar va "ko'p vektorli yo’nalishlarga asoslangan holda hamkorlikda o'rganish"
tushunchalariga

muvofiq

ta'riflar

mavjud.

Talabalarning

intellektual

sa'y-harakatlari

tushuntirishlar, yechimlarni izlash va o'quv metodologiyasini yaratish uchun 2 yoki undan ortiq
kishidan iborat guruhlarda birlashtirilgan bo’lishi maqsadga muvofiqdir. Ushbu maqolada
"hamkorlikda o'rganish" atamasi uni birlashtiruvchi ma'noda qo'llaniladi. Hamkorlik jarayoni
quyidagi xususiyatlarga ega bo'lishi kerak. Birinchidan, bu o'ylangan pedagogika yo’nalishida
metodlardan to’g’ri foydalanish orqali amalga oshirish mumkin bo’ladi. Metodlarda ko'rsatmalar
va tuzilmalarning yo'qligi o'quv maqsadlariga erishishda qiyinchiliklarga olib kelishi mumkin.

Ta'limning yuqori sifati aniq o'quv vazifalarini belgilash orqali ta'minlanadi. Hamkorlik

bilan o'rganishning ikkinchi xususiyati hamkorlikning davomiyligidir. Hamkorlikdagi o'quv
faoliyatida barcha guruh a'zolari maqsadlarga erishish uchun birgalikda harakat qilishlari kerak.

Ya'ni, agar bitta guruh a'zosi barcha ishni bajarsa, u hamkorlikda o'rganmaydi. Guruhning

barcha a'zolariga bir xil topshiriq berilganmi yoki ishtirokchilar birgalikda bitta katta loyihani
tashkil etuvchi turli xil vazifalarni bajarishidan qat'iy nazar, barcha talabalar o’quv topshiriqlarini
bo'lishishlari kerak.

Xulosa

Xulosa qilib aytishimiz mumkinki, innovatsion pedagogikaning o’qitish texnikasi orqali

amalga oshirilgan natijalari hisobga olingan holda dars davomida talabalarning yangi bilimlarni
o'rganish mazmunli bo'lishi kerak, bu mavzuni chuqur tushunish, ob'ektlar va hodisalar o'rtasidagi
aloqalarni topish qobiliyati, shuningdek, yangi ma'lumotni mavjud bilimlar bilan bog'lash
qobiliyatini shakllantirishda yordam beradi. Shunday qilib, hamkorlikda o'rganish - bu birgalikda
ishlaydigan va mo'ljallangan o'quv natijalariga qarab ish yukini teng ravishda taqsimlaydigan ikki
yoki undan ortiq talabalar guruhining faolligini ta’minlash uchun eng qulay va samarali usullardan
biri hisoblanadi. Ijtimoiy va psixologik jihatlarga qo'shimcha ravishda, kognitiv soha bilan bog'liq
bo'lgan ikkita omil hamkorlikda o'rganish samaradorligiga hissa qo'shishi mumkin - puxta
