Abstract

This article analyzes the implementation of innovative technologies in the construction sector, particularly the integration of digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) systems, their role in improving production efficiency, and the potential risks that may arise. The study examines the opportunities of AI in automating construction processes, project management, efficient resource utilization, and enhancing safety systems. In addition, issues related to technological security, data protection, and human-related risks are discussed.
