Abstract

This study focuses on developing recommendations for improving the physical strength qualities of football players, particularly leg strength. Analysis of expert surveys and scientific literature revealed that enhancing leg power is crucial for performing technical actions effectively on the field. For this purpose, control exercises were conducted among 13–14-year-old players from the Tashkent Region Football Academy, Tashkent City Football Academy, and Namangan Region Football Academy. The ball strike force was measured using the Adidas miCoach Smart Ball. The tests included goal kicks, corner kicks, free kicks, long-distance shots, and penalty kicks. Players were categorized according to their positions: goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders, and forwards. Results showed that goalkeepers from the Tashkent Region Academy achieved an average of 86.5 km/h with the right foot and 84.5 km/h with the left. Players from the Tashkent City Academy reached 84.5–85 km/h, while those from the Namangan Academy showed 65–74 km/h. In long-distance shots, Tashkent Region goalkeepers achieved 89.5 km/h. The findings indicate that specialized training programs are needed to improve leg strength in young football players. These results provide a scientific basis for optimizing training sessions and improving technical performance in youth football.
