Abstract

ko‘rsatuvchi mezonlar, o‘quvchilarni kasb tanlashga yo‘naltirishga tayyorlashni yosh bosqichlari

VOCATIONAL ORIENTATION OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IS AN

IMPORTANT PEDAGOGICAL PROCESS

Abstract.

The following article analyzes the initial pedagogical processes in the orientation

of primary education students to the profession, and in this process, the teacher's pedagogical

skills, knowledge and skills related to choosing a profession, tasks, as well as personality traits in

ПРОФЕССИОНАЛЬНАЯ ОРИЕНТАЦИЯ УЧАЩИХСЯ МЛАДШИХ КЛАССОВ –

ВАЖНЫЙ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКИЙ ПРОЦЕСС

Аннотация.

В данной статье анализируются начальные педагогические процессы

в направлении учащихся начальных классов к профессии, и в этом процессе анализируются

педагогические умения, знания и умения учителя, связанные с выбором профессии, задач, а

также особенности личности в выборе профессии. , психология студента, критерии,

видетель ствующие о готовности студентов к выбору профессии, содержание

возрастных этапов подготовки студентов к выбору профессии.

О‘zbekiston Respublikasida sо‘nggi yillarda barcha sohalar qatori ta’lim tizimida ham

keng kо‘lamli islohotlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Ushbu о‘zgarishlarning samarasi, yurtimizning

taraqqiy topgan davlatlar qatoridan munosib о‘rin egallashi avvalo, ilm-fan va ta’lim-tarbiya

sohasining rivoji bilan uzviy bog‘liqdir.

Bugun zamonaviy bilim va kasb-hunarlarni, xorijiy tillarni puxta egallab, katta umid va

ishonch bilan hayotga qadam qо‘yayotgan, ertangi kunimizning hal qiluvchi kuchi bо‘lgan

farzandlarimizning munosib kamol topishida о‘qituvchi va murabbiylarimizning hissasi beqiyos

ekanini ta’kidlash lozim. Boshlang‘ich ta’lim о‘qituvchisi nafaqat о‘quvchilarga ilm-fan

olamining dastlabki bilimlarini beradi, balki ushbu jarayonda о‘quvchilarni kasbga yо‘naltiradi.

О‘quvchi bolaligidan biror bir kasbga mehr qо‘yadi,]uni orzu qiladi, о‘sha kasb egasi sifatida

о‘zini tasavvur qiladi. Mazkur tasavvurning realligini ta’minlashda о‘qituvchining katta о‘rni bor.

Negaki, о‘qituvchi hali mukammal shakllanmagan bola tasavvurida gо‘yoki bir “sehrgar”, tengsiz

murabbiydir.

Boshlang‘ich ta’lim о‘quvchilarini kasbga yо‘naltirish bо‘yicha olib boriladigan ishlarning

barcha shakl va metodlari о‘quvchilarning maqsadli ravishda kasb tanlashlariga xizmat qilishi

lozimdir. Maktabda kasb-hunarga yо‘naltirish ishlarini yо‘lga qо‘yishda an’anaviy amaliy

mashg‘ulot, suhbat, dialogli munozaralar bilan birga pedagogik о‘yin, mustaqil fikrlar kabi yangi

pedagogik texnologiya elementlaridan unumli foydalanish tavsiya etiladi. Boshlang‘ich ta’lim

о‘quvchilari kasb tanlashdan hali uzoq turadilar. Biroq ular о‘rtasida tо‘g‘ri yо‘lga qо‘yilgan kasb

tanlash ishi shunday bir negiz bо‘lishi kerakki, yuqori sinflardagi о‘quvchilarning kasbga bо‘lgan

qiziqishlari, о‘y va niyatlari keyinchalik shu negiz asosida rivojlanadigan bо‘lsin. Beistisno barcha

kasblar uchun zarur va muhim bо‘lgan shaxs xislatlari bor, bular:

– mehnatsevarlik, hamma kasb va mutaxassislikdagi mehnat ahliga nisbatan hurmat-

ehtirom;

– mehnat qilish zarurligini tushunish va anglash;

– о‘z ishini rejelashtirish va nazorat qila bilish;

– ish joyini tо‘g‘ri tashkil qilish, ish batartib va intizomli bо‘lishi;

– toqatlilik, sabotlilik, topshiriqni bajarishning eng oqilona usulini tanlab ola bilish;

– materiallar hamda vaqtni tejash va shu kabilardir.

Ana shu xislatlar va fazilatlarning hammasini о‘quvchilarda birinchi sinfdan boshlab

shakllantirish lozim . Bolalarni kasblar olamiga asta-sekin olib kirish, ularni shu olamda mо‘ljal

olishga о‘rgatish zarur. О‘qituvchi о‘quvchini darslarda kuzatish, u bilan suhbatlashish, bola

faoliyati mahsulini tahlil qilish jarayonida uning ba’zi bir xususiyatlarini, mayllarini payqab oladi,

bu xislatlarni rivojlantirish yuzasidan tegishli ishlarni ado etgandan keyin bular keyinchalik kasbni

belgilashda asosiy omil bо‘lishi mumkin. Kasb tanlash uchun o‘quvchi o‘z imkoniyatlarini

baholay olish ko‘nikmasiga, ya’ni aqli, qiziqishi, har xil kasblar bo‘yicha bilimli, bu kasblarning

imkoniyatlari, kelajagi haqida axborotga ega bo‘lishi kerak. Shaxsni kasbga yo‘naltirish maxsus

ilmiy amaliy faoliyat orqali amalga oshiriladi, o‘quvchilarning inson sifatida shakllanish

bosqichlarida shaxs va jamiyat ya’ni oila yagona bir tizim sifatida qaraladi. O‘quvchilarni kasb

tanlashga tayyorligini ko‘rsatuvchi mezonlar:

– kognitiv (axborotga ega ekanligi);

– kasbga qiziqish mezoni – amaliy mezon .

Kasbni to‘g‘ri tanlash har bir o‘sib kelayotgan avlodning obektiv vajlariga, qiziqishlariga,

mayliga, qobiliyatiga va imkoniyatlariga mos bo‘lishi uchun uning sog‘ligini, o‘zlashtirishini va

hissiyotlarini hisobga olish lozim, bular ijtimoiy foydali va unumli mehnatda hammadan ko‘ra

ko‘prok o‘z ifodasini topadi va namoyon bo‘ladi. Bolaning kasbiy muhim xislatlarini barvaqt

aniqlash esa keyinchalik unga о‘z xususiyatlariga qarab kasbni tо‘g‘ri tanlash, uni muvaffaqiyatli

ravishda о‘zlashtirish, mehnatda yuksak natijalarga erishish imkonini berishi mumkin. Kо‘pgina

olimlar о‘tkazgan tadqiqotlar shuni kо‘rsatadiki, maktab о‘quvchilarining taxminan 30 foizida

tanlangan kasbga nisbatan barqaror qiziqishlar boshlang‘ich sinflardayoq shakllanar ekan.

О‘qituvchining vazifasi — о‘quvchilarning qiziqishlarini mumkin qadar oldinroq aniqlashdan va

jamiyat talab-ehtiyojlariga muvofiq shu qiziqishlarini rivojlantirishdan, inson shaxsini har

tomonlama uyg‘un kamol toptirish uchun shart-sharoitlar yaratishdan iborat. Boshlang‘ich

sinflarda mehnat ta’limining asosiy maqsadlaridan biri — о‘quvchilarda inson uchun mehnat

birinchi zaruriyat, ijtimoiy burch ekanligiga, har qanday kasbni egallash uchun mustahkam va

chuqur bilimlar kerakligiga ishonch hosil qilishdan iborat. Mehnatga muhabbatni va ishlash

istagini faqat mehnatda tarbiyalash mumkin. Shu boisdan ham mehnat ta’limi darslarida qariyb 80

foiz vaqt amaliy ishlar uchun ajratilgan. О‘quvchilarning shaxsini о‘rganish ularni tarbiyalash

bilan chambarchas bog‘liqdir. О‘qituvchi о‘quvchining alohida xususiyatlarini payqab, unda

mavjud iste’dod nishonlarini rivojlantirish metodlarini topa olishi, uning xulq-atvoridagi salbiy

jihatlarini bartaraf etishi mumkin va h. k. Ba’zi bolalarda kasbga moyillik yaxshi namoyon bо‘ladi,

kо‘pchilik bolalarda bu narsa birdaniga aniqlanmaydi. О‘qituvchining boladagi iste’dod

nishonalarini aniqlashi, qobiliyatini rivojlantirish va shakllantirishda kо‘maklashishi muhimdir.

Yuqorida ta’kidlab о‘tilganidek, kasbga yо‘naltirish ishi — о‘quv jarayonining uzviy tarkibiy

qismidir. Quyi sinflardan boshlanadigan bu ish jamiyat uchun zarur, har bir kishining

xususiyatlariga mos kasblarga barqaror qiziqishni tarbiyalashga yordam beradi.

Mehnatga qiziqishning mavjudligi va mehnat qilishga shaylik — shaxs yetukligining eng

muhim kо‘rsatkichlaridan biridir. Sinfdan va maktabdan tashqari ish о‘quvchilarni kasb - korni

ongli ravishda tanlashga, ularni ijodiy qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishga, moddiy ishlab chiqarish, fan,

texnika borasida va shu kabi sohalarda ularda ishga qiziqishni shakllantirishga kо‘p jihatdan

yordam beradi. Sinfdan tashqari mashg‘ulotlarda olib borilayotgan kasbga yо‘naltirish ishida

о‘quvchilarning yosh va bilish xususiyatlariga qarab bir necha bosqichni kо‘rsatib о‘tish mumkin

Birinchi bosqich (I-IV) sinf о‘quvchilari bilan ishlash — moddiy ishlab chiqarish sohasida

mehnatga bо‘lgan ijtimoiy qiziqishlarni shakllantiradi, о‘quvchilarda umuman mehnatga ijobiy

munosabatda bо‘lishni, eng muhimi — jismoniy mehnatga shunday munosabatda bо‘lishni, ishchi

degan nomni hurmat qilishni, qо‘lidan keladigan о‘z mehnati bilan atrofdagi kishilarga quvonch

bag‘ishlashga va bundan ma’naviy qoniqish olishga intilishni shakllantiradi. Bu boradagi ishlar

oldindan tuzilgan reja asosida olib boriladi. Bu rejaga muvofiq ekskursiya uyushtirish eng

ommalashgan kasblar tо‘g‘risida qishloq maktablarining о‘quvchilari uchun jamoa xо‘jaligida,

shahar maktablarining о‘quvchilari uchun korxonalarda, ota-onalarning ishlari va ularning

mehnatda erishgan muvaffaqiyatlarida suhbatlar tashkil qilish kо‘zda tutiladi.

Ekskursiyalar chog‘ida ishlab chiqarish jarayonida qatnashayotgan odamlarning

mehnatiga, xom ashyodan tayyor mahsulot olishga berayotgan mehnat qurollariga asosiy e’tibor

beriladi, jamiyat va ayrim odamlar turmushida mehnatning roli uqtirib о‘tiladi.

Ikkinchi bosqich (V-VII) sinflarning о‘quvchilari bilan ishlash — biron ish qilishga

undaydigan bosqich. Ma’lumki, ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonida о‘quvchilarda bilishga bо‘lgan qiziqish,

odatda, kasbga bо‘lgan qiziqishdan oldin shakllanadi. Shu boisdan ushbu bosqichida kasbga

yо‘naltirish sohasida olib borilayotgan ishda о‘quvchilarda ish turlari (texnika bilan ishlash, tabiat

obyektlari va shu kabilar bilan ishlash) ni bilishga bо‘lgan qiziqishni uyg‘otish muhimdir. Kasbga

yо‘naltirishning ana shu bosqichida texnikaga va mehnatga (texnika ijodkorligi va qishloq xо‘jalik

tajribachiligiga) oid sinfdan tashqari mashg‘ulotlr, viktorinalar, о‘yinlar katta rol о‘ynashi lozim.

Bu bosqichda о‘quvchilarda ijtimoiy maqsadlarning shakllanishi davom etadi, shu bilan birga

kasbga yо‘naltirish ham boshlanadi. Uchinchi bosqich (asosan VIII-XI) sinflarning о‘quvchilarini

qamrab oladi — bu bosqichida о‘quvchilar о‘z kuchlarini konkret mehnatda tekshirib kо‘radilar,

о‘quvchilarning kasbga bо‘lgan qiziqishlari va mayllari yanada shakllanadi. О‘quvchilar bu

bosqichda о‘z kasbiy niyatlarining birmuncha umumiy kasblar bо‘yicha amaliy kо‘nikma va

malakalar bilan mustahkamlaydilar. Bu bosqich konkret kasbni tanlash, uni о‘zlashtirish yо‘llarini

belgilash bilan tugaydi. О‘quvchilarni qiziqishlari (predmetlar, predmet-texnika, ishlab chiqarish-

texnika va shu kabilar) bо‘yicha tо‘garaklarda ishlashi ushbu bosqich uchun diqqatga sazovordir.

Boshlang‘ich ta’lim о‘quvchilarini kasbga yо‘naltirish jarayonini yanada takomillashtirish

yuzasidan quyidagi takliflar tavsiya etiladi:

– kasbga yо‘naltirishda yakka tartibda ishlashga e’tibor qaratish;

– mavzu yuzasidan davra suhbatlarini tashkil etish;

– turli kasblarga oid audio-video materiallar bilan tanishtirish;

– sinfdan tashqari ishlarni kasb tanlashga yо‘naltirish;

– turli soha mutaxassislari bilan uchrashuvlar tashkil etish; – madaniy tadbirlar tashkil

etish; – kasblar burchagini tashkil etish va shu mavzuda ko‘chma ko‘rgazmalar tashkil etish.

Xulosa sifatida qayd etish mumkinki, о‘quvchilarni о‘z vaqtida tо‘g‘ri kasbga yо‘naltirish

mamlakat taraqqiyotining kafolatidir.
