We live in a very difficult historical phase for the world
’
s geopolitical
balances.
After the years of globalisation, when a new world order seemed to be
emerging, terrible crises exploded in the world:
–
The economic crisis of 2008
–
The pandemic of 2020
–
Today
’
s Russia-Ukraine war
–
The ecological crises-Human history is going through one of the most
difficult times.
Solutions and proposals will be numerous and difficult to implement.
But there is only one sure-safe solution today:
TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN A NEW GENERATION OF YOUNG UZBEKS,
KAZAKHS, TAJIKS TO WORK IN INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND
EMBASSIES BECOMING THE NEW “AMBASSADORS
OF PEACE”
Congratulations to the Ministries of Health, and Education, and the
Paediatric Instituteof Tashkent for organising this important conference!
I am not a linguist and cannot give didactic advice, but as an international
expert for 27 years in Central Asia, I can advise on the best use of languages for a
new generation of young “peace ambassadors”.
But now I am happy because, in the past few weeks, I have attended
meetings with at least 300 young people from the Universities of Bukhara
Samarkanda Takent young people to whom I have taught how they can work in
international organisations.
I have discovered that here in Ubekistan a new generation of young people
is ready to commit their future to work abroad in embassies and international
organisations (UN European Union OSCE AND NGOs)
To enable these young Central Asians to assert themselves in the world and
win competition with young Europeans and the USA, there is only one tool:
knowledge of languages, of which there must be at least four:
–
Uzbek
–
Russian
–
English young Uzbeks and Kazakhs could learn Turkish; the Takjiks Farsi;
THE BRAVEST COULD TRY CHINESE AND ARABIC
With these languages and with a diploma and a short course in international
relations, young people should ask the Foreign Ministries for internships first at the
Uzbek, Tajik and Kazakh embassies around the world. Then at the UN, EU and OSCE,
In my lecture with the 300 young Uzbeks I made a prediction:
–
If they follow my advice IN 5 YEARS AT LEAST 30-40 YOUNG UZBEKS WILL
BECOME INTERNATIONAL OPERATORS OR MANAGERS OF MULTINATIONAL
COMPANIES
But in Bukara at Ali Ibn Sina University I had a second idea:

–
Because Ali Ibn Sina is one of the fathers of world medicine, the World
Health Organisation could open a regionali ALI IBN SINA CENTRE FOR CENTRAL
ASIA in Bukara, Uzbekistan.
Today there are many things I would like to tell you about philosophy and
Sufism, but I will conclude and thank you with a wish:
–
thanks to languages I would like at least 50-100 young CENTROASIATIC
people to become international civil servants or business managers
–
but my dream is that IN THE NAME OF ALI IBN SINA THE UZBEK
AUTHORITIES WILL CONVICE THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION TO OPEN A
REGIONAL OFFICE IN BUKHARA
