Abstract:
This article reviews scientifically the issues of developing logistical infrastruc-
ture of agricultural products in the countries in conditions of globalization of the economy,
the importance of improving its innovative economy and creating logistics centers, and
the analysis and capabilities of the development of this area.
Keywords:
Logistics infrastructure, logistics, infrastructure, logistics center, interna-
tional transport routes, innovation, economy.
Entrance:
Nowadays, free economic zones in industrialized countries are be-
ing organized to increase or expand export-oriented production. These economic
reforms are listed in the section “Priority Directions for National Development in
2017–2021” in our country as improving its competitiveness by modernizing and
diversifying leading sectors of the national economy. Agricultural products are
in the context of gradual liberalization of the economy, correctly evaluating the
country’s economy, The adoption of the Decree of the President of the Republic
of Uzbekistan № 255 of January 9, 2006 “On measures to reform the field of veg-
etables and vineyards” and other regulatory documents demonstrates how much
attention the government pays to this network. The role of vegetable network in
agriculture and agriculture in the economy of Uzbekistan is particularly important.
This network meets the demand of the food industry for raw materials.
Exporting vegetables to foreign markets strengthens the currency reserves of
our skills.

According to the research by experts at the Center for Economic Research, the
content of freight services provided by our country automobile operators differs
greatly from similarities in developed countries. Especially since the share of fuel,
depreciation costs, taxes and fees in cost structure is several times higher, and the
share of driver wages, which is the most effective means of promotion, is even less
than three times.
The level of obsolete vehicles used in regional automobile transportation units
in our country is one of the main reasons why they cannot withstand competition
in automobile service and service market.
If we pay special attention to the development of logistics infrastructure of fruit
and vegetable products in Uzbekistan, it will be advisable to use the logistics of
fruit and vegetable products not only through seaports, but also through trans-
port corridors or railway logistics services. Nowadays, the following areas are be-
ing developed:
Europe and Southeast Asia (transit by transit through the Turkish port of Mersin
through Turkmenistan and Iran);
To the ports of China (transit through Kyrgyzstan) to yellow, East China and the
South-China Sea, it can be said that the main reason for this is the specific changes
and losses that will be in the work on the packaging, storage and transportation of
fruit vegetable products.
When the effective use of land in fruit and vegetable cultivation is achieved by
increasing the fertility of the Earth, agriculture will develop steadily, as a result of
the effective use of land, the economic independence of agricultural producers
will increase the external influence on their activities will decrease, and the gross
product of fruits and vegetables will increase.
According to the results of the analysis of the level of production of agricultural
products grown using fruit and vegetable lands of all categories, in 2020, com-
pared to 2015, the grown fruits and vegetables increased by 51.1%, grape products
by 43.6%, vegetables by 45.1%, melons by 46.1%.
Fruit and vegetable growing as a large branch of Agriculture of Uzbekistan re-
flect the lower branch of the agro-industrial complex.
This area includes fruit and vegetable growing farms, scientific research insti-
tutes covering their branches, seed experience stations, fruit and vegetable pro-
cessing enterprises, and trade and export enterprises engaged in their sale.
According to the assessments of international experts, the carrying capacity
of corridor through which the project was carried out will reach 12-14 million tons
of cargo without taking into account domestic transportation, and a continuous
ground road connection from Shanghai to Lisbon has appeared.
If we look at the index of logistics indicators of our country, it can be observed
that the highest results are precisely those that are positive in relation to infra-
structure and timely delivery indexers. Innovative development of the agricultural
sector, further optimization of regional development of the creation of Free Eco-
nomic Zones, the deployment of highly efficient production aimed at foreign mar-
kets, implementation of modern systems of logistics and transport infrastructure
are new steps in the year of implementation.
Conclusions and suggestions:
In our opinion, the following works should be
carried out in order to form agricultural products and innovative economy in Uz-

bekistan, to develop the logistics infrastructure of fruit and vegetable products.
In the Fergana Valley of our country, it is advisable to create logistics pills in
Tashkent, Jizzakh Samarkand, Navoi, Bukhara regions and attract widely foreign
investment in logistics and transport systems.
Consistent continuation of work on the establishment of modern logistics cen-
ters in our country and their effective use with the latest innovative technologies.
To pay special attention to the development of the country transport infrastruc-
ture, which includes the creation of logistics centers that promote the develop-
ment of local Export-import and transit turnover.
A strategically important aspect in the geographical development of Uzbeki-
stan, which can reduce the costs associated with the transportation of goods and
provide an opportunity to organize the logistics of production and trade compa-
nies.
That is why the above experiments, proposals, indicators and knowledge, which
have been tested by scientists in the field at different times, are considered very
important for farms and farmers who have become economically involved in the
development of fruit and vegetable logistics.
