Databases in indonesia: theoretical and legal aspect
In Indonesian law, the concept of "data" is defined as a record of a set of facts or descriptions of things, events, reality in the form of numbers, signs, symbols, images, maps, signs, signals, writing, voices and sounds. In Indonesian law, the concept of "database" is defined as a set of various types of population data stored in a systematic, structured and interconnected manner using software, hardware and data networks. The concepts of "data" and "database" intersect: in this paragraph, "electronic data" is synonymous with the term "electronic database". This study is relevant due to the fact that Russia and Indonesia have agreed to deepen cooperation in the field of international information security, the topic of data and database protection in Indonesia has been practically unstudied.
