Ever -increasing members of  English Language  Learners  in early  childhood  classrooms  have  created  challenges for  in-serviсe  teachers  in the  general  education settings.  Conventional  teacher preparation programs tend to lack a curriculum  that  focuses on speaking skill   teaching and learning  from early ages. This article  reviews the problems  facing teachers  with  regard to  at the level of research based  best  practices for ELLs. And gives some possible methods for teachers effective ways of improving their oral abilities in English language.

People's writer of Uzbekistan Gafur Ghulam has a special place in Uzbek literature as the owner of a unique personal artistic style. As an example of his story "My child is a thief", it is thought that young people unknowingly enter the street of crime, that this work is dangerous, and that a person has an important place in life through honest work. Examples of the most frequent cases of the use of alliteration are given, which are analyzed on the basis of the organizational and compositional principles. As a result of the analysis of different types of alliteration, a classification of alliterations characteristic of the individual author's style of the poetess is proposed.

In this article, the translation of the copy of E. Hemingway's work “The Old Man and the Sea” of worldwide importance, which was skilfully translated into Uzbek by the well-known translator scientist I. Gafurov, is discussed about the translation of the words that reflect the national color of the Uzbek language. It is revealed that the units of measurement representing the national color are fully expressed through customs, clothes, food and other words.
