Over the past 30 years, multi-party regimes have replaced single-party regimes in Arab countries. This process began in Egypt in 1976 with the division of the Arab Socialist Union into three groups. Later, in the late 1990s, Egypt established an electoral system that served the interests of the ruling party’s candidate under the provisions of the election law. This was since the powers of the head of state were constantly amending the constitution. Although Egypt is officially a republic, it can be considered a modern version of a parliamentary monarchy. Because the unlimited power of a political leader combines the functions of a party leader and a head of state in the person of one person. As Western democratization processes take place, tensions between moderate and radical forces and movements in the Arab world will increase. In general, the processes of developing a democratic and civil society in Egypt are unique, which is very different from the western understanding of these problems. At present, the Egyptian leadership faces a major problem of how to achieve political and social modernization in society.

Thus, it is impossible to imagine the nature of individ as a separation from society, since the ability of a person is formed in the process of social relations in society over long years, and this, in turn, affects the socio-psychological development of the individual. Social factors play an important role in the human psyche and vital activity. Therefore, not only emotional arousal is the basis for an individual to commit unlawful acts, but the socio-economic conditions that set the stage for this emotional explosion and the impact of society can also be an important impetus.

It's no secret that in a certain sense, these positions also determine the attitude of the people around him. This article is devoted to words related to the social status of people, their profession and position in society, methods of treatment and their translation into Urdu. The work also examines the division into caste societies of India and Pakistan, the current and historical state and problems associated with social status, the importance in the life of Indians and Pakistanis of stratification into castes, words and treatment that can be applied to every member of society, woman and man. Particular attention is paid to how these words were rendered in Urdu by the translator, translation methods and their analysis. The literary source for the presented scientific article is the work of the famous Uzbek writer Pirimkul Kadyrov "Starry Nights" and its translation into Urdu by an experienced translator Manzar Salim. The authors, having carefully studied the translation, tried to note all the achievements of the translated work.

When considering the issue of drawing up an electronic document in electronic document management systems, it is clear that the issue of certifying an electronic document with a seal in the necessary cases has not been settled. For a document to be considered signed and certified with a seal, it is necessary that such a signature and seal be included in the electronic document. Today there is a formal obstacle to the electronic document flow of documents, the creation of which is carried out on special paper forms with coats of arms or emblems. This requirement applies to certain types of statutory, financial documents, notarized documents, etc. In connection with the widespread use of information communications, the problem of information security, the existing systems for storing, transferring and processing information, becomes very important for society. Currently, the prevailing epidemiological situation in the country and in the world has significantly accelerated the exchange of data in electronic form in all spheres of society. The consequences of drug abuse are not only on the individual user but also on his or her offspring, family and the society. Drugs abuse person will always lost his or her personalities in the society , it also make them to be dependent on some one due to laziness .
Drug abuse is also a major public health, social and individual problem and is seen as an aggravating factor for economic crises; hence, for Nigeria’s poverty status. While youth are supposed to be the major agent of change and development, some of them have been destroyed by drug abuse . Drug abuse has a negative impact on the our Youth in their education arena. This work is expected to create awareness, expose and provide useful information to people especially to the youths on the effects of drug abuse.
This article describes the period of formation and consolidation of the Kazakh Khanate as a political state from the 70s of XVth century – till the 30s of XVIIIth century and the characteristics of this period, Khanate’s territory, the state structure, the form of government, the relations with neighboring countries, socio-economic life of the population are analyzed in this research. The role of Kazakh Zhuzs in the country’s life is also studied. The Kazakh Khans such as Qosim Khan, Haqnazar Khan, Tauke Khan who ruled during this period, their policy to expand and strengthen the country’s territory are analyzed systematically. Successful conquering works of Kazakh Khans for the expansion of the territory of the Western Zhetysu, eastern Dashty Kipchak, Central Kazakhstan, the Northern Aral Sea, the lower reaches of Syr Darya River, the tribal settlements of Qoratov and its adjacent territories are discussed. The Kazakh Khans’ relationships with Sultan Saidkhan (Mon-golia), Abdullahkhan (Bukhara), Nogay and Siberian khanates were also investigated. The brutal military aggression of Junggar Khanate against Kazakh Khanate and the struggles of Kazakh population against them were described. The necessity to organize the Kazakh society with the establishment of the Kazakh Khanate and the change of its political system led to the strengthening of the country’s legislative bases, the conditions created for the state and society and the process continued in the XVIIth century and Tauke Khan established “Zheti-zharga” and it started to consider as a form of law. This article gives information on “Zheti-zharga” which was the Code of Conduct of Kazakh Khanate, including administrative, civil, criminal, tax systems, it analyzes the objectiv and subjective causes of the “Zheti-zharga”, the historical conditions of the period, the types of penalties used for crime and the role of the document in the community. The fact that the criminal procedure in the Kazakh Khanate is defined by “Zheti-zharga’s” norm, the conduct of criminal proceedings in the khanate according to this document, the criminal law in the Kazakh society, the criminal liability against the person, criminal offenses against property, “Zheti-zharga”, which is a legal document that incorporates issues of legal relations.

The article is devoted to the analysis of some theoretical and practical aspects of such a phenomenon as the system of interaction between the state and the citizen in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the consideration of the grounds and conditions for the establishment of e-democracy. The relevance of this article due to the rapid digitalization of modern society and the development of e-democracy at the state level. This supports forward and backward linkages between the state and civil society, active participation of the population in the government. This article analyzes the current state of e-democracy in Uzbekistan. E-democracy is considered in the context of the process of increasing the participation of citizens in the democratic management of state affairs, ensuring the transparency of the activities of state bodies, as well as their interaction with the population. The author notes that the elements of e-democracy are most visibly manifested in the practice of interaction between the state and society.
