Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak tarix fani o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik
tayyorgarligini takomillashtirish zarurati asoslanadi. Pedagogik tayyorgarlikning asosiy
komponentlari, ularni integratsiyalashgan model asosida shakllantirish yo‘llari va metodik
yondashuvlar yoritiladi. Model asosida o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish
mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi.
Kirish
Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimi tarix fani o‘qituvchilaridan nafaqat fanni bilish, balki uni
o‘quvchilarga samarali yetkazish, ularda tarixiy tafakkur va fuqarolik ongini shakllantirish,
milliy qadriyatlarga asoslangan qarashlarni rivojlantirishni ham talab qiladi. Shunday sharoitda
tarix fani o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligini chuqurlashtirish va ularni professional
faoliyatga samarali tayyorlash dolzarb muammolardan biri hisoblanadi.
Asosiy qism
1. Pedagogik tayyorgarlikning mohiyati
Bo‘lajak tarix fani o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligi quyidagi komponentlarni
o‘z ichiga oladi:

Metodik tayyorgarlik
(dars berish uslublari, o‘quv rejalashtirish);
✓
Didaktik kompetensiya
(ta’lim mazmunini tanlash va uni o‘quvchilarga moslashtirish);
✓
Kommunikativ tayyorgarlik
(interaktiv muloqot va fikr almashish);
✓
Refleksiv qobiliyatlar
(o‘z faoliyatini tahlil qilish va takomillashtirish).
Pedagogik tayyorgarlik tushunchasi
Pedagogik tayyorgarlik — bu o‘qituvchi shaxsining kasbiy shakllanishi, didaktik,
metodik, psixologik va kommunikativ jihatdan yetuklik darajasini bildiradi. U
quyidagilarga asoslanadi:

2. Pedagogik tayyorgarlikning asosiy komponentlari
a) Nazariy komponent:

Ta’lim va tarbiyaning asosiy qonuniyatlari;

Shaxsning rivojlanishi va uni o‘rganish tamoyillari;
✓
Ta’lim mazmuni va metodikasi.
b) Amaliy komponent:
✓
Dars o‘tkazish, baholash, muammolarni hal qilish ko‘nikmalari;
✓
Didaktik vositalardan foydalanish;
✓
Sinfda ijtimoiy muhit yaratish va uni boshqarish.
c) Shaxsiy-kommunikativ komponent:

O‘z fikrini tushunarli ifoda eta olish;

3. Pedagogik tayyorgarlikning maqsadi va vazifalari
Maqsad
– o‘qituvchini kasbiy faoliyatga kompleks tayyorlash, uni pedagogik jarayonni
tashkil etuvchi yetuk mutaxassis sifatida shakllantirish.
Vazifalar:

Pedagogik bilimlarni egallash;
✓
Pedagogik texnologiyalarni qo‘llashni o‘rganish;
✓
O‘z-o‘zini rivojlantirishga tayyorlikni shakllantirish.
4. Zamonaviy ta’limda pedagogik tayyorgarlikning ahamiyati
✓
Bugungi kunda raqamli texnologiyalar, inkluziv ta’lim, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv kabi
omillar pedagogik tayyorgarlikni yangicha talqin qilishni talab qilmoqda. Shuning uchun:
✓
Innovatsion metodlarni egallash;
✓
Tanqidiy va reflektiv fikrlashni rivojlantirish;
✓
Axborot-kommunikatsion texnologiyalarni o‘zlashtirish — zaruriy omillar hisoblanadi.
Pedagogik tayyorgarlik — bu o‘qituvchi shaxsining kasbiy tayyorgarlik darajasini
belgilovchi asosiy mezondir. U faqat nazariy bilim emas, balki psixologik, metodik,
kommunikativ va ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarni ham o‘z ichiga oladi. Yaxshi shakllangan
pedagogik tayyorgarlik — bu zamonaviy, innovatsion va ta’sirchan o‘qituvchi
yetishtirishning asosi hisoblanadi.
2. Modelga asoslangan yondashuv
Zamonaviy ilmiy va amaliy muammolarni hal etishda modelga asoslangan yondashuv
(ing.
Model-Based Approach
) keng qo'llanilmoqda. Ushbu yondashuv murakkab tizimlarni,
jarayonlarni yoki hodisalarni modellashtirish orqali tahlil qilish, bashoratlash va qaror qabul
qilish imkonini beradi. Modelga asoslangan yondashuv nafaqat texnika va tabiat fanlarida, balki
iqtisodiyot, ta’lim, sog‘liqni saqlash, menejment kabi sohalarda ham keng qo‘llaniladi.
Modelga Asoslangan Yondashuvning Mohiyati
Model — bu real tizim yoki jarayonning soddalashtirilgan matematik yoki grafik ifodasidir.
Modelga asoslangan yondashuv deganda esa real voqelikni o‘rganishda modellar qurish, ularni
tahlil qilish va natijalar asosida qarorlar qabul qilish tushuniladi. Ushbu yondashuvning asosiy
bosqichlari quyidagilardan iborat:

Tizim yoki muammoni aniqlash
2.
Model yaratish (matematik, grafik, algoritmik va h.k.)
3.
Modelni tekshirish va verifikatsiya qilish
4.
Simulyatsiya va natijalarni tahlil qilish
5.
Model asosida qaror qabul qilish yoki takliflar ishlab chiqish
Yondashuvning Ahamiyati
Modelga asoslangan yondashuv ko‘plab afzalliklarga ega:
•
Murakkablikni boshqarish: Murakkab tizimlarni soddalashtirilgan shaklda ko‘rib chiqish
imkonini beradi.
•
Tezkor tahlil: Real muammoni tajriba yo‘li bilan emas, model orqali tezda baholash
mumkin.
•
Bashorat qilish: Kelajakdagi natijalarni oldindan ko‘rish imkoniyatini yaratadi.
•
Resurslarni tejash: Tajribalarni real sharoitda emas, balki modelda amalga oshirish orqali
vaqt va mablag‘ tejaladi.

Amaliy tatbiqlari
1.
Ta’limda
O‘quvchilar bilimini baholash, o‘quv dasturlarini optimallashtirishda pedagogik modellar
yordamida samarali yondashuvlar ishlab chiqiladi.
2.
Sanoatda
Ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini modellashtirish orqali samaradorlik oshiriladi, nosozliklar
oldi olinadi.
3.
Tibbiyotda
Kasallik tarqalishini tahlil qilish yoki dorilar ta’sirini simulyatsiya qilish uchun biologik
modellar ishlatiladi.
4.
Iqlim o‘zgarishini o‘rganishda
Atmosfera va iqlim modellaridan foydalangan holda global iqlim tendensiyalarini tahlil
qilish mumkin.
Model o‘z ichiga quyidagilarni oladi:
a) Maqsadli komponent:

Tarix o‘qituvchisini zamonaviy ta’lim talablariga mos ravishda tayyorlash;
✓
Ijtimoiy-falsafiy va milliy-ma’naviy qadriyatlarni singdirish.
b) Mazmuniy komponent:
✓
Pedagogika va metodika fanlarining uzviy uyg‘unligi;
✓
Tarixiy materiallarni tanlashda didaktik yondashuvlar.
c) Texnologik komponent:
✓
AKT, interaktiv metodlar, loyiha va muammoli ta’lim texnologiyalarini qo‘llash;
✓
Kasbiy kompetensiyalarni bosqichma-bosqich shakllantirish.
d) Natijaviy komponent:
✓
O‘quvchining mustaqil fikrlash qobiliyatini shakllantira oladigan o‘qituvchini tayyorlash;
✓
Kasbiy malaka va reflektiv ko‘nikmalarga ega bo‘lgan kadr yetishtirish.
3. Modelni amaliyotga tatbiq etish yo‘llari
✓
Universitetda o‘quv dasturlarini model asosida qayta ishlab chiqish;
✓
Pedagogik amaliyot jarayonini refleksiv-tahliliy bosqichlarga ajratish;
✓
Treninglar, seminarlar, dars tahlili mashg‘ulotlarini joriy etish.
Xulosa
Bo‘lajak tarix o‘qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligi o‘zaro bog‘liq komponentlardan
tashkil topgan tizimli yondashuvni talab etadi. Taklif etilayotgan model bu tayyorgarlikni izchil
va zamonaviy yo‘nalishda tashkil etish imkonini beradi. Ushbu model ta’lim sifatini oshirish,
tarixiy bilimlarni chuqurlashtirish va o‘quvchilarda tarixiy ongni shakllantirishda muhim omil
bo‘lib xizmat qiladi.
