Abstract

Maqola bo’lajak tarix o’qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalarini taqdim etadi. So’rovnomalar, intervyular va kuzatuvlar orqali olingan ma’lumotlar asosida talabalarning pedagogik kompetentligi, o’qitishga bo’lgan motivatsiyasi va metodik bilimlari baholanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari pedagogik ta’lim dasturlarini optimallashtirish va bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning kasbiy mahoratini oshirish bo’yicha takliflar ishlab chiqish uchun asos bo’lib xizmat qiladi.

Annotatsiya.

Maqola bo’lajak tarix o’qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligini

takomillashtirishga qaratilgan empirik tadqiqot natijalarini taqdim etadi. So’rovnomalar,

intervyular va kuzatuvlar orqali olingan ma’lumotlar asosida talabalarning pedagogik

kompetentligi, o’qitishga bo’lgan motivatsiyasi va metodik bilimlari baholanadi. Tadqiqot

natijalari pedagogik ta’lim dasturlarini optimallashtirish va bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning kasbiy

mahoratini oshirish bo’yicha takliflar ishlab chiqish uchun asos bo’lib xizmat qiladi.

PEDAGOGICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF FUTURE HISTORY

TEACHERS

Abstract.

The article presents the results of an empirical study aimed at improving the

pedagogical preparation of future history teachers. Based on the data obtained through

questionnaires, interviews and observations, the pedagogical competence, motivation for

teaching and methodological knowledge of students are assessed. The results of the study serve

as the basis for developing proposals for optimizing pedagogical training programs and

improving the professional skills of future teachers.

ПЕДАГОГИКО-ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ПОДГОТОВКА БУДУЩИХ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ

ИСТОРИИ

Аннотация.

В статье представлены результаты эмпирического исследования,

направленного на совершенствование педагогической подготовки будущих учителей

истории. Педагогическая компетентность, мотивация к обучению и методические

знания студентов оцениваются на основе данных, полученных путем анкетирования,

интервьюирования и наблюдения. Результаты исследования служат основой для

разработки предложений по оптимизации программ педагогической подготовки и

повышению профессионального мастерства будущих учителей.

Bo’lajak tarix o’qituvchilarining pedagogik tayyorgarligi juda muhim, chunki ularning

kelajak avlodlarga tarixni qanday o’rgatishi bevosita shu tayyorgarlikka bog’liq. Quyida bu

tayyorgarlikning asosiy jihatlari va ularga qo’yiladigan talablar haqida batafsil ma’lumot

berilgan:

1. Asosiy maqsadlar:

Tarixiy bilimlar va tushunchalarni chuqur o’zlashtirish:

Bo’lajak o’qituvchilar

tarixiy faktlar, voqealar, davrlar, madaniyatlar va sivilizatsiyalar haqida keng va chuqur bilimga

ega bo’lishlari kerak.

Pedagogik mahoratni shakllantirish:

O’quvchilarga tarixni qiziqarli va tushunarli

tarzda yetkazish, ularning qiziqishini uyg’otish va mustaqil fikrlash qobiliyatini rivojlantirish.

shaxslarni tarbiyalashga qaratilgan bo’lishi kerak.

Bo’lajak tarix o’qituvchilarining psixologik tayyorgarligi ularning nafaqat bilim berish,

balki o’quvchilar bilan samarali muloqot qilish, ularning psixologik xususiyatlarini hisobga

olish, stressga bardoshli bo’lish va o’zini anglash qobiliyatini rivojlantirish uchun juda

muhimdir. Quyida bo’lajak tarix o’qituvchilarining psixologik tayyorgarligining asosiy jihatlari

keltirilgan:

1. Psixologik tayyorgarlikning asosiy maqsadlari:

O’quvchilarning psixologik xususiyatlarini tushunish:

Yosh davrlariga xos psixologik

o’zgarishlar, individual farqlar, o’quv motivatsiyasi, qobiliyatlar va qiziqishlarni aniqlash.

O’quv jarayonida psixologik muhitni yaratish:

Ijobiy va qulay muhitni yaratish,

o’quvchilarning o’ziga bo’lgan ishonchini oshirish, hamkorlik va o’zaro hurmatni

rag’batlantirish.

Muloqot ko’nikmalarini rivojlantirish:

Empatiya, faol tinglash, savol berish, fikr

bildirish va ziddiyatlarni hal qilish qobiliyatlarini shakllantirish.

Stressga bardoshlilikni oshirish:

O’qituvchilik kasbiga xos bo’lgan stress omillarini
