Abstract

O’qituvchilarning pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarligini tarkib topirish modeli bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning nafaqat pedagogik bilimlarni, balki psixologik ko’nikmalarni ham o’zlashtirishini nazarda tutadi. Ushbu model pedagogik va psixologik bilimlarning uyg‘unligini yaratish, o’qituvchilarni individual yondashuvlar, o’quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini tushunish va ta'lim jarayonini samarali boshqarish uchun zarur bo'lgan ko'nikmalar bilan ta'minlashni maqsad qiladi. Modelda o'qituvchining pedagogik va psixologik bilimlar, kommunikativ ko'nikmalar, refleksiya va o'zini tahlil qilish kabi asosiy jihatlar qamrab olingan. Ushbu model o'qituvchilarning o'quvchilar bilan samarali muloqot o'rnatishi, ularning psixologik holatlarini tushunishi va ta'lim jarayonini yuqori sifatda olib borishi uchun zarur bo'lgan kompleks ko'nikmalarni shakllantiradi.

Annotatsiya. O’qituvchilarning pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarligini tarkib topirish

modeli bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning nafaqat pedagogik bilimlarni, balki psixologik ko’nikmalarni

ham o’zlashtirishini nazarda tutadi. Ushbu model pedagogik va psixologik bilimlarning

uyg‘unligini yaratish, o’qituvchilarni individual yondashuvlar, o’quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini

tushunish va ta'lim jarayonini samarali boshqarish uchun zarur bo'lgan ko'nikmalar bilan

ta'minlashni maqsad qiladi. Modelda o'qituvchining pedagogik va psixologik bilimlar,

kommunikativ ko'nikmalar, refleksiya va o'zini tahlil qilish kabi asosiy jihatlar qamrab olingan.

Ushbu model o'qituvchilarning o'quvchilar bilan samarali muloqot o'rnatishi, ularning psixologik

holatlarini tushunishi va ta'lim jarayonini yuqori sifatda olib borishi uchun zarur bo'lgan

kompleks ko'nikmalarni shakllantiradi.

THE CONTENT AND SIGNIFICANCE OF THE MODEL OF PEDAGOGICAL AND

PSYCHOLOGICAL PREPARATION OF TEACHERS

Abstract. The model of pedagogical and psychological preparation of teachers assumes

that future teachers acquire not only pedagogical knowledge, but also psychological skills. This

model aims to create a harmony of pedagogical and psychological knowledge, provide teachers

with the skills necessary for individual approaches, understanding the needs of students and

effectively managing the educational process. The model covers such basic aspects of a teacher

as pedagogical and psychological knowledge, communicative skills, reflection and self-analysis.

This model forms the complex skills necessary for teachers to establish effective communication

with students, understand their psychological state and conduct the educational process with high

quality.

СОДЕРЖАНИЕ И ЗНАЧЕНИЕ МОДЕЛИ ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЙ И

ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ УЧИТЕЛЕЙ

Аннотация. Модель разработки содержания педагогико-психологической

подготовки учителей предполагает, что будущие учителя овладевают не только

педагогическими знаниями, но и психологическими умениями. Данная модель направлена на

создание гармонии педагогических и психологических знаний, обеспечение учителей

навыками, необходимыми для индивидуального подхода, понимания потребностей

учащихся и эффективного управления образовательным процессом. Модель охватывает

ключевые аспекты педагогических и психологических знаний учителя, коммуникативные

навыки, рефлексию и самоанализ. Данная модель развивает комплекс навыков,

необходимых преподавателям для установления эффективной коммуникации с учениками,

понимания их психологического состояния и качественного осуществления

образовательного процесса.

Bo’lajak o’qituvchilarni tayyorlash tizimi, zamon talablariga mos ravishda rivojlanib

borayotganini inobatga olgan holda, ta’lim jarayonida faqatgina bilim berish bilan cheklanmay,

o'quvchilarning psixologik va ijtimoiy ehtiyojlarini ham hisobga olishni taqozo etadi. Shuning

uchun bo’lajak o’qituvchilarning pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarligini tarkib topirish modeli,

ularning nafaqat bilim va ko'nikmalarini rivojlantirish, balki o'quvchilarning individual psixologik

holatlarini tushunish va ularni qo'llab-quvvatlashga qaratilgan strategiyalardan iboratdir. Ushbu

maqolada, pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikning tarkibiy qismlari, uning ahamiyati va

takomillashtirish yo’llari ko'rib chiqiladi.

Pedagogik-Psixologik Modelning Asosiy Tarkibiy Qismlari

Pedagogik Bilimlar

o

Bo’lajak o'qituvchilar ta'lim metodlari, o'qitish strategiyalari, o’quv jarayonini tashkil etish

va boshqarish kabi asosiy pedagogik bilimlarni o'zlashtirishi zarur. Ushbu bilimlar o’qituvchining

o’quvchilarni samarali o’rgatish va ularga individual yondashish qobiliyatini shakllantiradi.

Ta’lim jarayonining turli jihatlarini, o’quvchilarning ehtiyojlarini va qobiliyatlarini

inobatga olgan holda, o’qituvchining pedagogik yondashuvlarini ishlab chiqish.

O'qituvchining psixologik bilimlari, o’quvchilarning psixologik holatini tushunish va

ularga mos pedagogik ta’sir ko’rsatish ko’nikmalarini o'z ichiga oladi. Bu, o’quvchilarning hissiy

holatini boshqarish, stressni yengish, motivatsiya yaratish va ijtimoiy muhitda muvaffaqiyatli

o’rnashish kabi ko’nikmalarni rivojlantirishni anglatadi.

Psixologik bilimlarga o’quvchilarning rivojlanish bosqichlarini, ularning hissiy

intellektini, xulq-atvorini va ijtimoiy munosabatlarini tushunish kiradi.

Kommunikativ Ko'nikmalar

o

O'qituvchining samarali muloqot o'rnata olish qobiliyati bo’lajak ta'lim faoliyatining

ajralmas qismidir. O’qituvchi o’quvchilar bilan samarali aloqalar o’rnatish, ularni motivatsiya

qilish, hissiy holatini tushunish va jamoaviy ishlarni boshqarish ko'nikmalariga ega bo'lishi kerak.

Kommunikativ ko'nikmalarni rivojlantirish o'qituvchining o'quvchilar bilan ishonchli va

samarali muloqot o’rnatish, ularning xulq-atvorini boshqarish va dars jarayonini rivojlantirishga

yordam beradi.

Pedagogik Psixologik Yondashuvlar

Bo'lajak o'qituvchilarning pedagogik psixologik modelida innovatsion yondashuvlar ham

muhim o’rin tutadi. Zamonaviy o’qituvchilar pedagogik texnologiyalardan, interaktiv

metodlardan va raqamli vositalardan foydalanishni o’rganishlari kerak.

O’quvchilarning ijtimoiy va psixologik ehtiyojlarini hisobga olgan holda, o'qituvchilar

innovatsion pedagogik texnikalarni qo’llash orqali o’quvchilarning motivatsiyasini oshirishlari

mumkin.

O'zini Tahlil Qilish va Refleksiya

o

Pedagogik-psixologik modelda o'qituvchining o’z faoliyatini tahlil qilish va refleksiya

qilish ko’nikmalari ham muhim ahamiyatga ega. O'qituvchi o’z xatolaridan o’rganib,

o’quvchilarni yanada samarali o’rgatish uchun yangi metodlar ishlab chiqishi zarur.

O'zini tahlil qilish orqali o'qituvchilar o'z kuchli va zaif tomonlarini aniqlab, o’z pedagogik

psixologik malakalarini takomillashtirishi mumkin.

6.

Amaliyot va Tajriba Almashish

o

Pedagogik-psixologik modelning muhim tarkibiy qismi sifatida amaliyotni kiritish kerak.

Bo'lajak o'qituvchilarni real ta'lim muhitida o’z faoliyatlarini sinab ko’rish va o’zlarining

pedagogik-psixologik bilimlarini amaliyotda qo’llash imkoniyatlari bilan ta'minlash zarur.

O'qituvchilarni bir-birlari bilan tajriba almashish, zamonaviy metodlarni o'rganish va

o'zaro fikr almashish imkoniyatlarini yaratish modelni takomillashtirishga yordam beradi.

va ularga individual yondashuvlarni ishlab chiqish muhimdir.

Yangi pedagogik texnologiyalarni o'zlashtirish

o

O'qituvchilarni zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar bilan tanishtirish, onlayn va oflayn

ta'limni integratsiya qilish, interaktiv metodlardan foydalanish va raqamli vositalardan samarali

foydalanishni o’rgatish zarur.

Pedagogik amaliyotlar va refleksiya tizimini mustahkamlash

O'qituvchilarning amaliyotlarda qatnashishi va o’z faoliyatlarini tahlil qilishni

rivojlantirish, shuningdek, pedagogik psixologik bilimlarni amaliyotda qo’llashga e'tibor qaratish

zarur.

Shaxsiy rivojlanish va o'zini tahlil qilish

o

O'qituvchilarni o'zini tahlil qilishga, refleksiya qilishga va kasbiy rivojlanishga yo'naltirish

orqali, pedagogik va psixologik ko'nikmalarini mustahkamlash.

1. Pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikning ahamiyati

Pedagogik-psixologik

tayyorgarlik bo’lajak o’qituvchining kasbiy faoliyatini

muvaffaqiyatli olib borishi uchun zarur bo'lgan bilimlar, ko'nikmalar va malakalarning to'plamidir.

Ta'lim jarayoni o’qituvchi va o’quvchi o’rtasidagi murakkab munosabatlar asosida

quriladi. O'qituvchi faqat ilmiy bilimlarni yetkazish bilan cheklanmay, o’quvchilarni psixologik,

hissiy va ijtimoiy jihatdan ham rivojlantirishi lozim. Pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlik

o’qituvchiga o'quvchilarning individual ehtiyojlariga mos keladigan pedagogik usullarni ishlab

chiqishga imkon beradi va shu orqali samarali ta'limni ta'minlaydi.

2. Modelning tarkibiy qismlari

Pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikning tarkibiy qismlari bo’yicha quyidagi asosiy

yo'nalishlar ajratib ko'rsatilishi mumkin:

2.1. Pedagogik bilimlar

Pedagogik bilimlar bo’lajak o’qituvchining ta'lim metodlari, o'quvchilarga bilim

berishning samarali usullari, o’quv jarayonini rejalashtirish, baholash tizimlari va didaktik asoslar

bo'yicha bilimlarni o'z ichiga oladi. O'qituvchilar zamonaviy ta'lim metodlarini o'zlashtirib,

o'quvchilarga individual yondashuvni amalga oshirishlari lozim. Pedagogik bilimlar bo’yicha:

O'qitishning an'anaviy va innovatsion usullari.

Ta’lim jarayonida ijtimoiy va axloqiy qoidalar.

Pedagogik tajriba va amaliyotlar.

O’qituvchining psixologik tayyorgarligi o'quvchilar bilan samarali muloqot qilish, ularning

psixologik holatini tahlil qilish, stressni boshqarish va motivatsiyani oshirishni o'z ichiga oladi.

Psixologik bilimlar o'qituvchiga:

O’quvchilarning rivojlanish bosqichlarini tushunish.

Xulq-atvorni boshqarish va konfliktlarni hal etish.

O'quvchilarning psixologik ehtiyojlariga javob berish.

O'quvchilarning hissiy holatini boshqarish.

2.3. Kommunikativ ko'nikmalar

O'qituvchining kommunikativ ko'nikmalari o'quvchilar bilan muvaffaqiyatli muloqot

o'rnatish, guruhlarda ishlash va ta'limda o'quvchilarni motivatsiya qilishni ta'minlaydi. Effektiv

muloqot o'quvchilarning ijtimoiy va hissiy rivojlanishini qo'llab-quvvatlashga yordam beradi.

2.4. Innovatsion pedagogik yondashuvlar

Zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar, yangi texnologiyalar va interaktiv metodlardan

foydalanish orqali o'qituvchilar o'quvchilarga yaratqon muhitda bilimlarni taqdim etadilar. Bu

yondashuvlar:

Onlayn va oflayn ta’limning integratsiyasi.

Gamifikatsiya va raqamli ta’lim vositalaridan foydalanish.

O'quvchilarning ijodiy fikrlashini rivojlantirish.

2.5. Amaliyot va tajriba almashish

O'qituvchilarni amaliyotga tayyorlash orqali ta’lim jarayonini real sharoitda ko’rish va

o’zlashtirish mumkin. Amaliyotlar va tajriba almashish:

Ta’lim jarayonida o’qituvchilarning o’zaro fikr almashishlarini tashkil etish.

Yangi pedagogik metodlarni sinab ko’rish va natijalarni tahlil qilish.

3. Modelning takomillashtirish yo’llari

Pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikni takomillashtirish bo’yicha bir qancha strategiyalar

mavjud:

Pedagogik psixologiya fanlarini chuqurlashtirish

: Bo’lajak o'qituvchilarga psixologik

bilimlarni faqat nazariy tarzda emas, balki amaliyotda qo'llash imkoniyatlarini yaratish zarur. Bu

orqali o'qituvchilar o'quvchilarning psixologik ehtiyojlarini yaxshiroq tushunishlari mumkin.

2.

Treninglar va seminarlar tashkil etish

: O'qituvchilarni muntazam ravishda pedagogik va

psixologik treninglarda ishtirok etishga jalb qilish, ularning yangi pedagogik yondashuvlar va

metodlardan xabardor bo'lishini ta'minlaydi.

3.

Pedagogik amaliyot va refleksiya

: O'qituvchilarni sinfda o’z faoliyatini tahlil qilish va

refleksiya qilishga o'rgatish, o’z xatolaridan o’rganish va o’quvchilarga samarali ta'lim berishning

yangi usullarini ishlab chiqishga yordam beradi.

Zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalarni joriy etish

: Raqamli ta'lim vositalari va onlayn

platformalardan foydalanish bo’lajak o’qituvchilarga zamonaviy metodlarni o'zlashtirish va ta'lim

jarayonini interaktiv va samarali qilish imkonini beradi.

Xulosa

Bo’lajak o’qituvchilarni pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikdan o’tkazish, ta’lim jarayonini

yanada samarali qilish va o’quvchilarning barcha ehtiyojlariga mos yondashish uchun muhimdir.

Pedagogik-psixologik tayyorgarlikning tarkibiy qismlari o'qituvchining kasbiy faoliyatini

muvaffaqiyatli olib borishi uchun zarur bo'lgan ko'nikmalarni va bilimlarni shakllantiradi. Ushbu

modelni takomillashtirish orqali ta'lim tizimining sifatini oshirish, o'quvchilarga yuqori sifatli

ta'lim berishga erishish mumkin. O'qituvchilar nafaqat bilim beruvchilar, balki o'quvchilarning

ruhiy va hissiy rivojlanishiga hissa qo'shadigan muhim shaxslar sifatida tayyorlanishlari lozim.
