country. Students studying in a higher educational institution have a wider creative potential than
other representatives of the field. Because they choose a direction that suits their creative interests,
acquire broader knowledge and skills in this area, apply them in practice, get acquainted with
theoretical methodological information, conduct scientific work, write articles and theses, hold
competitions in their creative direction, create a circle of healthy conflicts and are supported and
rewarded by the university . They can also conduct collaborative work following their creative
interests.

Intellectual abilities are the expressiveness of a person, the strength and integrity of his

perception of the subject, the availability of extensive information about it. Also, it is manifested
in the variability and speed of thinking, logical and competent reasoning, systematic actions,
synthesis-analysis-synthesis, the ability to creatively express, generalize and conclude, and having
one's own opinion. The development of intellectual and creative abilities in students is carried out
through the use of practical and theoretical forms of education, innovative didactic methods, as a
result of which the formation of a modern qualified personality is achieved [1].

Today, many opportunities are being created for students in our country, which contributes

to the development of their creative abilities, as well as their desire to pursue a future profession
and become talented personnel. In particular, according to the information service of the Ministry
of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, over the past 6 years, the number of higher
education institutions has increased from 77 to 170, and enrollment in them has increased by 3.5
times. By supporting competition in higher education and attracting the private sector, 24 foreign
and 27 non-state universities have been established. On this basis, the level of coverage of young
people with higher education has increased from 9 percent to 32 percent.

In order to increase the level of coverage of higher education, the total number of

admissions to the republic's universities in the 2022/2023 academic year amounted to 197,858
(including 16,933 master's degrees), an increase of 15% (27,203) compared to the previous
academic year. This year, 25 new universities were launched, including 27 non-state higher
education institutions, 31 foreign universities, and 112 state universities [2]. Examples of factors
of spiritual growth include social activity, moral and aesthetic education, positive attitude to
values, active participation in national holidays, and visiting theaters and museums.

All this is a factor in the development of the creative, intellectual, and spiritual potential of

students. In addition to the educational process, various organizations are operating in our country
to further develop the creative vision of students. There, they create their own creative works,
attend clubs in their areas of interest, make and experiment with various inventions, in short,
additional opportunities created by our country are the key.

There are several factors that affect the creative direction of students and the level of

knowledge they acquire. First, the student's inability to clearly choose the direction of his creative
interest, the direction he assigned did not match his interests, the inability to establish a positive
psychological dialogue with the audience, problems in relations with teachers, the lack of teaching
aids, literature on the direction, as well as economic difficulties, and the fact that the most widely
used "Artificial Intelligence" currently limits the minds of students are considered the main
problems. In this case, the student expresses his opinion dependent on intellect. As a result,
personal opinion is lost, which leads to a weakening of the student's creative potential. In

particular, internal factors include the inability of professors and teachers in higher education
institutions to adapt to new working mechanisms or the lack of professional knowledge and skills,
dedication and initiative, as well as the fact that most students study only for a diploma, the lack of
educational resources in higher education institutions, and the lack of a strategy for developing
financial policy [3].

In order to prevent these problems, various clubs are being established, opportunities are

being created that meet modern standards. Various literary sources are being made available to
students, and the number of libraries is being expanded.

In conclusion, students are the main support of the human resource base. This indicates

that their contribution to the prosperity of the country is enormous. Therefore, the full
manifestation of creative abilities by each individual of our society at the level of their activity, the
high level of intellectual potential and the harmony of spiritual values in this process of interaction
will lead to the well-being of the country and the individual. Creativity leads us, students and
youth, to the ideal. The rational and full use of all the opportunities created by our country, and the
ability to apply our creative talents in practice, will create the basis for our rise.

DEAR YOUTH! We must remember – “You must love what you do, and then work – even

the hardest work – WILL TURN INTO CREATIVITY!” (M. Gorky).
