FOREIGN EXPERIENCES ON THE USE OF STEAM EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION

STEAM technology first appeared in the United States in the form of STEM and entered education in the 90s of the XX century. American researchers J. Moon and S.R. Singers: "STEAM technology is a technology for deeply in-depth teaching of science by simultaneously organizing theoretical and practical training during the teaching process. This technology ensures that the child's interest in science, mathematics, information technology, robotics and organization of experiments increases during the preschool age. Indonesian scientists S. Wahyuningsih, N.E. Nurjanah, U.E. Endang, R. Hafidah, A.R. Pudyaningtyas, M.M. Syamsuddinlar: "With the help of STEAM, subjects are integrated not in separate networks, but also show the interrelationship of subjects with everyday life, and bring out children's creativity. That is, in STEAM technology, children learn to show their creativity by solving several related tasks while completing a given task. In this way, the child not only comes up with ideas, but also learns to implement them in his daily life, learns to solve his activities independently within the limits of his existing capabilities", they admitted.[1]
