Abstract

Although sport today represents one of the multifunctional and convenient areas closely related to many aspects of life, it has now started to become an industrial product. Innovation in sports is a topic that always amazes and amazes people. Although the origins of innovation in sport are rarely of interest to sports spectators, participants or athletes, innovation in sport is of great importance to sports organizations, businesses, organizers of major events and even nations because of the great impact they have on the organization they create. In addition, innovation in sports usually refers to the implementation of a new management, process, organization, marketing approach, or the introduction of a new sports product. Innovation in sports is a phenomenon that facilitates the organization of sports organizations, profits for the business of sports and prestige for the countries that organize major events. When studying the international literature, many innovations that can be seen as innovative practices in large sports organizations are included in the organizational process. Therefore, in order to show sports innovation and its examples more clearly in this study, it has a different perspective. An attempt has been made to create product, process, service, organizational and marketing oriented innovations that can be classified as innovations in sports.

Annotatsiya. Sport bugungi kunda hayotning ko‘plab jabhalari bilan chambarchas bog‘liq

bo‘lgan ko‘p funksiyali va qulay sohalardan birini ifodalasa-da, endi u sanoat mahsulotiga aylana
boshladi. Sportdagi innovatsiyalar har safar kishini hayratga soladigan va hayratga soladigan
mavzu. Sportdagi innovatsiyalarning kelib chiqishi sport tomoshabinlari, ishtirokchilari yoki
sportchilarni kamdan-kam qiziqtirsa ham, sportdagi innovatsiyalar sport tashkilotlari,
korxonalar, yirik tadbirlar tashkilotchilari va hattoki davlatlar uchun ular tashkil etayotgan
tashkilotga katta ta’sir ko‘rsatishi uchun katta ahamiyatga ega. Bundan tashqari, sportdagi
innovatsiyalar, odatda, yangi boshqaruv, jarayon, tashkil etish, marketing nuqtai nazarini yoki
yangi sport mahsulotini joriy etishni amalga oshirishni anglatadi. Sportdagi innovatsiyalar - bu
sport tashkilotlarini tashkil qilishni osonlashtiradigan vosita, sport biznesi uchun foyda va yirik
tadbirlarni tashkil etuvchi mamlakatlar uchun obro' keltiradigan hodisa.

Xalqaro adabiyotlar o‘rganilganda, yirik sport tashkilotlarida innovatsion amaliyot

sifatida ko‘rilishi mumkin bo‘lgan ko‘plab innovatsiyalar tashkilot jarayoniga kiritilgan.Shuning
uchun ushbu tadqiqotda sport innovatsiyasi va uning misollarini yanada yaqqolroq ko‘rsatish
maqsadida, boshqa nuqtai nazarga ega bo‘ldi. Sportdagi innovatsiyalar sifatida tasniflanishi
mumkin bo'lgan mahsulot, jarayon, xizmat, tashkiliy va marketingga yo'naltirilgan
innovatsiyalarni yaratishga harakat qilindi.

Аннотация. Сегодня спорт представляет собой одну из многофункциональных и

удобных сфер, тесно связанных со многими сторонами жизни, но теперь он стал
промышленным продуктом. Инновации в спорте – тема, которая всегда удивляет и
поражает людей. Хотя истоки инноваций в спорте редко интересуют спортивных
зрителей, участников или спортсменов, инновации в спорте имеют большое значение для
спортивных организаций, предприятий, организаторов крупных мероприятий и даже
стран из-за огромного влияния, которое они оказывают на организации, в которых они
работают. создавать. Кроме того, инновации в спорте обычно подразумевают внедрение
нового менеджмента, процесса, организации, маркетингового подхода или внедрение
нового спортивного продукта. Инновации в спорте – это явление, которое облегчает
организацию спортивных организаций, прибыль спортивного бизнеса и престиж стран,
организующих крупные мероприятия.

При изучении международной литературы многие инновации, которые можно

рассматривать как инновационную практику в крупных спортивных организациях,
включены в организационный процесс, поэтому, чтобы более наглядно показать
спортивные инновации и их примеры в данном исследовании, оно имеет иной ракурс. Была
предпринята попытка создать продукты, процессы, услуги, организационные и
маркетинговые инновации, которые можно отнести к инновациям в спорте.

Kirish

Innovatsiyaning turli ta'riflarini ko'rib chiqsak, mos keladigan ta'rif yoki tushunchaning

yo'qligi innovatsiyaning turli maqsadlarga asoslanganligi bilan bog'liq. Adabiyotlarni ko'rib
chiqilsa, innovatsiyaning ko'plab ta'riflari va tushunchalari mavjud. Ushbu ta'riflarning aksariyati
innovatsiyaga "mavjud narsalarni farqlash" va "innovatsiya" kabi atamalar bilan murojaat qiladi.

Shu nuqtai nazardan, innovatsiya "yangi" va "innovatsiya" so'zlari bilan ifodalangan

shakllanishlar sifatida ta'riflanadi, ular ko'p yoki kamroq innovatsiyalarni o'z ichiga olgan
jarayonlar va sharoitlarda institutlarning faoliyatiga farqlar keltiradi. Adabiyotlardan olingan ba'zi
turli ta'riflar, bir tomondan, innovatsiyani yangi usullar, tartib va jarayonlar bilan izohlasa, ikkinchi
tomondan, mahsulot va xizmatlar bilan bog'liqligini ta'kidlaydi. Ushbu iboralarning barchasidan
tushunilishi mumkinki, innovatsiyani aniq yoki nomoddiy yangiliklarni o'z ichiga olgan hodisa
sifatida tushuntirish mumkin. Innovatsiya ta'riflarining umumiy nuqtasi; U muammolarni hal

o'rniga ishlab chiqarilgan ma'lumotlarni tez va boshqacha tarzda taqdim eta oladigan boshqaruv
yondashuviga ustuvor ahamiyat berdi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, sportni boshqaradigan barcha
muassasalar mijozlarga va tashkiliy tuzilishga mos keladigan texnologiyani yoki sinovdan
o'tmagan g'oyani sport maydoniga moslashtira oladigan innovatsiyalarni ishlab chiqdilar va turli
xususiyatlarni qo'shib ishlab chiqilgan innovatsiyalardan foydalanganlar. Bu o'zgarishlarning

zamirida sanoat va innovatsiyalar yotadi. Innovatsiyalar tashkilotning raqobatbardoshligi va
samaradorligi uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Shu nuqtai nazardan qaraladigan bo‘lsak, yirik sanoatga ega bo‘lgan sport sohasi o‘z

daromadini oshirish maqsadida yillik byudjetidan bir qismini innovatsiyalarga ajratadi.Lekin
sportdagi innovatsiyalar faqat foyda olish maqsadida amalga oshirilmaydigan hodisadir, balki
shuningdek, tashkiliy qoniqish va davlat imidji kabi elementlarni o'z ichiga oladi. Sport
adabiyotlari o‘rganilganda, sportdagi innovatsiya tushunchasi kamdan-kam o‘rganilgan va turli
yondashuvlar bilan ta’kidlangan tushunchadir.

Mahsulot innovatsiyasi

Sport sanoatida barcha sport tarmoqlari bir xil sur'atda rivojlanmaydi. Chunki sport

tarmoqlarida zarur asbob va jihozlar har xil; raketkalar, chang'ilar, to'plar, ustunlar, maxsus
poyabzallar kabi. Iste'molchilarning tanlovlari va tendentsiyalari juda tez rivojlanmoqda, bu esa
mahsulotlarning ishlash muddatini qisqartiradi.Sport mahsuloti turli xil qo'shimcha malakalar
tufayli texnologik jihatdan murakkab; Kimyo, mexanika, to'qimachilik va metallurgiya kabi
talablar.

Bugungi Olimpiya o'yinlari, jahon chempionatlari, Evropa chempionlari, ligalar va sport

tadbirlari aslida texnologiya musobaqalaridir. Har bir yangi tashkilot turli xil yangiliklarni o'z
ichiga oladi. Sun'iy intellekt dasturiy ta'minoti bilan yaratilgan aqlli tizimlar ma'lumotlarni
tushunish va uni boshqa tizimlarga o'tkazish kabi funktsiyalarga ega.Sportda mahsulot
innovatsiyasi boshqa mahsulotni joriy etish yoki mavjud bo'lmagan mahsulotni ishlab chiqish deb
hisoblanadi. Sportda mahsulot innovatsiyasining maqsadi faol va passiv ishtirokchilarga foyda
keltirishdir. Boshqacha qilib aytadigan bo'lsak, sportdagi mahsulot innovatsiyasining maqsadi
umuman tomosha qilish zavqini oshirish, tashkilot boshqaruvida muvofiqlashtirish va nazorat
qilish yoki hakamlarga aniqroq qarorlar qabul qilish imkonini beradigan mahsulotlarni kiritishdir.
Sport tashkilotini tashkil etish yoki mavjud mahsulotni takomillashtirish va uni bozorga taqdim
etish jarayonini osonlashtiradigan yangi mahsulotni joriy etish mahsulotni innovatsiya deb
hisoblash mumkin.

So'nggi yillarda sportga kiritilgan mahsulot yangiliklarini misollar bilan ko'rib chiqish

o'rinli bo'ladi. 2016 yilgi Rio Olimpiada oʻyinlarida suv oʻtkazmaydigan kauchukdan tayyorlangan
bilaguzuklar 4000 dan ortiq nuqtalarda amal qiladigan NFC (Yaqin maydon aloqasi) texnologiyasi
bilan turli sektorlarga toʻlovlarni amalga oshirish uchun ishlatilgan. Golf musobaqalari uchun
yaxshilangan ekran tajribasi, radar o‘lchash tizimi skorbordlari va kamondan otish musobaqalarida
olingan ballni o‘q nishonga tegganidan atigi bir soniya o‘tgach ekranda ko‘rinadigan qilish kabi
yangi mahsulot innovatsiyalari misolida birinchi marta foydalanilgan.

Jarayon innovatsiyasi

Korxonalar raqobati texnologik, vaqtinchalik va bozor o'zgarishlari ta'sirida shakllanadi.
Sport korxonalarida mahsulot innovatsiyasi ba'zan qisqa muddatli afzalliklarni ta'minlasa

ham, raqobatdosh ustunlikni saqlab qolish uchun sport mahsulotlari va xizmatlarini ishlab
chiqarish faoliyatidagi takomillashtirish jarayonlarini qat'iy nazorat qilishga bog'liq. Jarayon
innovatsiyasi tashkilot ichida sodir bo'lganligi sababli, u mahsulot innovatsiyasi bilan
solishtirganda osongina boshqarilishi va bevosita amalga oshirilishi mumkin bo'lgan xususiyatga
ega. Jarayon innovatsiyasining asosiy maqsadi jarayonning ta'sirini oshirishdir. Jarayon

innovatsiyasi xizmatlar ishlab chiqarish va ishlashni optimallashtirishni o'z ichiga oladi. Jarayon
innovatsiyasi mahsulot innovatsiyasi yordamida vaqt va xarajatlardan foyda olishga imkon beradi.

Shu bilan birga, jarayon innovatsiyasi maqsadlarga tez va samarali erishishni ta'minlaydi.

Sport xizmatlarida jarayon innovatsiyasi deb hisoblanishi mumkin bo'lgan ko'plab ilovalar
mavjud, ulardan ba'zilari E-imzo, Paso ligasi va ish faoliyatini yaxshilash dasturlari.

Elektron imzo - bu elektron shaklda qo'llaniladigan qonuniy autentifikatsiya tizimi. Ushbu

jarayon innovatsiyasi bilan sport tashkilotlari yoki sport bilan bog'liq barcha yozishmalarning
mazmuni o'zgarmagan holda, ma'lumotlar uchinchi shaxslar qo'liga o'tmasdan tezroq uzatilishi
mumkin bo'ldi.

Tashkiliy innovatsiyalar

So'nggi yillarda o'tkazilgan barcha tashkilotlarning, ayniqsa yirik tashkilotlarning

boshqaruvida katta o'zgarishlar bo'ldi. Tashkilot faoliyati samaradorligini oshirish uchun kiritilgan
innovatsiyalarni tashkiliy innovatsiyalar deb hisoblash mumkin. Shuning uchun tashkiliy
innovatsiyani boshqa innovatsiya turlaridan mustaqil ravishda ko'rib chiqmaslik kerak. Uning
asosiy yo'nalishi tashkilot xizmatlari va tashkilotga imtiyozlar berish sohasidagi innovatsiyalarga
qaratilgan.

Xizmat innovatsiyasi

Xizmat doimo odamlar bilan o'zaro aloqada shakllanadi. Yuqorida ko'rsatilganidek, sport

innovatsiyasi mahsulot va jarayonlardagi ko'plab ma'lumotlar va topilmalarni, shuningdek, xizmat
ko'rsatish sohasidagi ko'plab ma'lumotlarni o'z ichiga oladi. Xizmat innovatsion jarayonini jarayon
innovatsiyasi va mahsulot innovatsiyasidan alohida ko‘rib chiqish mumkin emas. Xizmat
ko'rsatishning yangi yoki sezilarli darajada o'zgargan yondashuvi, xizmatlarni taqdim etish va
tarqatish tizimidagi innovatsiyalar va farqlar, xizmat ko'rsatishda yangi texnologiyalardan
foydalanish xizmat innovatsiyalari hisoblanadi. Dunyoda rivojlanayotgan texnologiya,

Marketing innovatsiyasi

Sport tovarlari va xizmatlarini bozorga chiqarish uchun; Bu turli marketing usullarini

Xulosa

Natijada, sport sanoatiga sarflangan mablag'lar bugungi kunda boshqa ko'plab sohalarga

sarflangan xarajatlardan ancha yuqori. Aytish mumkinki, sportdagi innovatsiyalar muammolarga
avvalgidan ko'ra yaxshiroq yechim ishlab chiqaradigan tuzilishga ega. Shuning uchun
innovatsiyalar tashkil etilgan har bir tashkilot uchun muhimdir. Sportdagi innovatsiyalar turli
darajalarda sodir bo'lishiga qaramasdan, innovatsiyalarning har xil turlari sport tashkilotlari,
biznes va marketingning turli jihatlariga ta'sir qilishi mumkin. Sport tashkilotlari; Ular uchun sport

bozorida hukmronlik qilish, tashkilot faoliyatini osonlashtirish uchun mahsulot, xizmat, jarayon,
tashkiliy va marketing kanallari kabi turli sohalarda turli xil innovatsiyalarni amalga oshirish va
ushbu yangiliklarni saqlab qolish muhimdir. xizmatlarni osonlashtirish.

Innovatsiya - bu bugungi sport tashkilotlarini samarali boshqarish uchun qadrlanishi kerak

bo'lgan hodisa. Innovatsiya deb ta'riflanishi mumkin bo'lgan innovatsiyalar tashkilotlarda har bir
manfaatdor shaxs yoki guruh, tomoshabinlar, hakamlar va sport menejerlari tomonidan
qo'llaniladi.Sportda innovatsiyalarning qo'shgan hissasini yanada aniqroq ochib berish uchun
tadqiqotlarga ehtiyoj bor, bu keng tarqalgan emas. Tegishli adabiyotlarga keng kiritilmagan
sportdagi innovatsiyalarning sport korxonalari, tashkilot va tashkilotlariga qo‘shgan hissasini
yanada aniqroq ochib berish uchun ilmiy izlanishlar zarur.
