Mazkur maqolada Inson huquqlarini himoya qilish sohasida indikatorlarni shakllantirish bo’yicha xalqaro va horijiy mamlakatlar tajribasi, shuningdek bu borada ijobiy tajribalarni O’zbekiston Respublikasining milliy huquq tizimiga implemintatsiya qilish masalalari nazariy jihatdan tahlil etilgan.

Tadqiqot doirasida oliy ta'lim tizimidagi mavjud baholash usullari o'rganilgan, ularning kamchiliklari aniqlangan hamda takomillashtirish yo'nalishlari taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko'ra, baholash mezonlarini aniqroq belgilash, raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanish, xalqaro tajribani hisobga olish kabi yondashuvlar rahbarlar faoliyati samaradorligini yanada oshirishga xizmat qiladi.

Problem loans, commonly referred to as non-performing loans (NPLs), are a significant challenge for banks and financial institutions. These loans occur when borrowers fail to make scheduled payments, leading to potential financial instability. Understanding the root causes of problem loans is crucial for developing effective risk management strategies. This article explores the various factors contributing to the emergence of problem loans, including external factors such as economic downturns, market conditions, and regulatory changes, as well as internal factors like poor credit assessment, inefficient loan monitoring, mismanagement, and concentration risk. Additionally, borrower-specific factors such as overleveraging, susceptibility to business cycles, and ethical conduct are examined. By recognizing these causes, banks can implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain financial stability.

The problem of aerostasis after surgical interventions on the lungs remains unresolved. A comparative assessment of the effectiveness of wound coatings for aero- and hemostasis was carried out. The new method of aerostasis consisted in attaching a light free flap of the parietal pleura to the wound surface, and its fixation was ensured due to the high adhesive ability of Hemoben.In studies, it was found that the new method of aerostasis, along with hemostasis, promotes rapid healing of a wound defect in the lungs, reduces the likelihood of formation of moorings and adhesions in the pleural cavity with restoration of the functional ability of the operated lung.

This article covers the statistics of children in the world, the history of minors' labor, analysis of their involvement in various harmful jobs, the prevalence of child labor in pre-industrial and industrial times, and the efforts made to prevent it .

It was concluded that the main reason for the cases of minors' use of labor at different levels in history was the insufficient development of laws in this regard, the absence of a control mechanism against child discrimination in labor, the rise of political instability, and the prevalence of famine and poverty .

Today, in the regional industry of our republic, the evaluation of the efficiency of the market of goods and services has a number of priorities as an important new direction. Based on the analysis of the scientific research works of the scientists who researched the market efficiency models for the purpose of these directions, various models were studied and based on them, a new conceptual model of increasing the market efficiency was developed. These measures are detailed in the article.
