В статье представлены результаты клинической эффективности расчетной формулы с поправочным коэффициентом оптической силы интраокулярной линзы у детей с врожденной катарактой с риском развития артифакичной миопии. Персонализированный корректирующий коэффициент Rm в формуле расчета силы ИОЛ у детей с риском развития артифакичной миопии позволяет достичь целевой рефракции в 83,3% случаев и уменьшить развитие рефракционной миопической рефракции.
