  • The issues of hormonal regulation of inflammatory reactions in periodontium and their development on the background of thyroid gland dysfunction remain insufficiently studied. The markers of inflammation and periodontal microbiocenosis in rats with periodontitis without concomitant pathology and on the background of hyper- and hypothyroidism have been studied. The results of our studies showed that the urease activity in the periodontal tissues homogenate of rats with periodontitis increased by 3.1 times, in rats with periodontitis and hyperthyroidism by 5.1 times, in rats with periodontitis and hypothyroidism by 3.8 times compared to the control group. At the same time, the changes in lysozyme activity in the homogenate of periodontal tissues were multidirectional. Thus, in rats with periodontitis on the background of hyperthyroidism this index significantly increased by 13.9%, in rats with periodontitis on the background of hypothyroidism - decreased by 1.9 times compared to the control group. The activity of elastase in the homogenate of periodontal tissues in rats with periodontitis increased by 50.8%, in rats with periodontitis and hyperthyroidism by 92.3%, in rats with perio-dontitis and hypothyroidism by 73.2% compared to the control group. It has been concluded that experimental periodontitis is accompanied with the increase in elastase and urease activities and the decrease in lysozyme activity in the homogenate of periodontal tissues. These data indicate on the development of local inflammatory reactions, a pronounced degree of dysbiosis, and the decrease in the level of nonspecific protection. Imbalance of thyroid hormones strongly affects the course of periodontitis, especially in hyperthyroidism

  • In experiments in vitro it is established, that heavy metals Co 2 + and Cd 2 + effectively influence breath and system of mitochondriosome. Ions Co 2 + inhibits breath mitochondriosome in conditions V 3 and V 4 , sepa-rating oxidizing phosphorylation (OPh). Effect Cd 2 + on breath and OPh mitochondriosome differs from action Co 2 + and other heavy metals. Thus, Cd 2 + in low concentration increases breath mitochondriosome, in high concentration inhibits it. The results received in the present work expand traditional representations about var-ious mechanisms of action of heavy metals on a biopower metabolism of a cell.

  • Connection of lead in a doze of 6 mg/100 g. Mass and cadmium in a doze 2mg/100 g. Cause changes the ultra structures responsible for power and synthetic processes in cells. A primary place of the appendix are mitochondriosome, and connections of lead influence mainly the power centers of cells (mitochondriosome), and connections of cadmium – on the structures connected with heterosynteze (HYDROELECTRIC POWER STATION, a lamellar complex). Their joint application potenced action of everyone, with occurrence more rad-ical changes in hepatic cells

  • This article is devoted to work aimed at normalizing the condition of degraded soils in open-pit mines as a result of anthropogenic influences through phytomass. By creating a biological cover from plants, it has been achieved to improve the composition of the soil. Plants such as Datura starmonium, Portuluca oleracea,Caspella bursa-pastoris, Chenopodium vulvaria, Chenopodium album, Plantagolanceolata, Vaccaria hispanica,
    Vicia angustifolia were used for the research. The effect of micronutrients on plants was studied.

  • The aim of research work is isolation of the flavonoids from plants Scutellaria phyllostachya Juz. and Scutellaria cordifrons Juz., determining their chemical structures and pharmacological properties.
    The objects of the research work are species of the genus Scutellaria phyllostachya Juz. and Scutellaria cordifrons Juz.
    Scientific novelty of the research work:
    26 flavonoids: 14 glycosides and 12 aglycons from the plants Scutellaria phyllostachya Juz. and Scutellaria cordifrons Juz. have been isolated;
    it has been determined that 26 substances from the isolated substances belong to the flavones, 2 of them to new flavanones;
    it has been established, that chemical structures of two new flavanones are -(+)-5,2'-dihydroxy-6,6',7 trimethoxyflavanone and (+)-5,2'-dihydroxy-6,6',7,8-
    tetramethoxyflavanone);
