Subjects of research: natural dammed lakes in Uzbekistan and neighboring mountainous areas, the system of Kurbankul dammed lakes.
Purpose of work: complex hydrometeorological estimation of conditions of mountainous dammed lakes in Uzbekistan and surrounding areas, developing of scientifically well-founded proposals for reducing of their outburst risks.
Methods of research: hydrometeorological analysis, hydrological and hydrogeological calculations, topographic and cartographic methods, geographical similarity and comparisons, mathematic statistics.
The results obtained and their novelty: mountainous dammed lakes were investigated on the basis of hydrometeorological approach, the regularity of their geographical distribution was founded; morphometric indicators of the dammed lake were defined, parameters of landslide dam of the Kurbankul lake were researched; the bottom sediment of the lake was calculated and it’s dynamics was researched; safety extreme water level was defined; factors controlling stability of main dam of the Kurbankul lakes system were characterized, which define the stability of main dam of lake system Kurbankul, the stability of the dam was defined; scientifically well-founded recommendations were worked out and the offers for reducing risk of the main dam failure.
Practical value: the results of dissertation, scientific-methodical recommendations and offers may be used in academic process, on working out the measures on prevention of catastrophic floods, which are possible after dammed lakes outburst, the recommendations can be used by Government committee of hydrometeorology, by organizations of civil protection and for organization of monitoring of dangerous lakes.

The results of the research arc used by Fergana regional office of the Ministry to extraordinary situations of Republic of Uzbekistan.

Subjects of research: the literary language of modem Uzbek literature and periodical press, the five-volume “The Defining Dictionary of the Uzbek Language”.
Purpose of work: revealing the spatial relationships among the linguistic units in Uzbek. Defining the means realizing these spatial relationships.
Methods of research: systcmatic-and-structural method, the methods of componcntial analysis, of opposition, of distribution, of classification and of transformation.
The results obtained and their novelty: the scientific novelty of the research is represented by the following:
- the role of the sema of ‘space’ in actualizing syntagmatic relations has been designated;
- the notions of ‘locus’ and ‘localization’ have been introduced into study of Uzbek language;
- the means generated localization relations have been defined;
- the distribution of means revealing localization relations has been found out;
- the semantic differences of loci being in distributional relations have been illuminated.
Practical value: the dissertation results and materials serve as a source in writing textbooks and educational books; in organizing special lecture-courses and seminars intended to systematic studying the language for philology faculties of the higher educational institutions.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: more than 19 scientific articles based on dissertational materials were published and stated at presentation format at republican, inter-university scientific and practical conferences; materials and abstract were published in academic collected books and magazines.

The object of investigation: semantics of Korean proverb aphorisms with lexeme - pap .
The aim of the work: considering proverb aphorisms as precedent-related texts, implementing ethical presentation of native speakers of the Korean language; determining and forming language model “ethic standards” as well as revealing methods of its interpretation in proverb aphorisms with lexeme - pap.
Methods of research: descriptive - analytical method, oppositive method, method of field modeling, component analysis and experimental monitoring of research data
Gained results and their novelty : an attempt to form language model “ethic standards” on the base of the material of proverb aphorisms with lexeme - pap has been undertaken for the first time. As the constituent parts of the model we have distinguished: “condemned characteristics of man” ~ “approved characteristics of man”; “condemned human interrelations” ~ “approved human interrelations”, the links between them have been determined. On the base of survey it has been revealed that the factors affecting the degree of manifestation of ‘precedentness’ sign are social and complex personality factors.
Practical significance: materials and results of the work can be used in special and general courses on the lexicology of the Korean language, Introduction to Philology, theory and practice of translation.
The degree of implementation and economic effectiveness are determined by the possibility of using the results of the present research in forming paremiologic theory, description of Korean language picture of the world. Materials and results of the work are being introduced and used in teaching process at the stages of Bachelor’s and Master’s training of students of Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, particularly, at the courses “Lexicology of the Korean language”, “National-cultural semantics of the phraseological system of the Korean language”.

The results achieved and their novelty: Building information model of the processes of the subject matter and implementation of algorithms and software development of automated information system for monitoring and evaluation of educational institutions and on the basis of their results to obtain decision support for departments of educational institutions.
Practical value: Automated exchange of information on processes of governance average-special vocational educational institutions. Simplified decisionmaking processes on the basis of which operational reports. Subjects of research: runners, having 2 sports category, specialised on short distances
Purpose of work: development of parameters of training loadings used by runners’ preparation in short and long sprint, on the basis of a principle of individualization in view of biological features.
Methods of research: the analysis of the scientific - methodical literature, testing of physical qualities and special physical reparation; the analysis of quantitative parameters of a racing step; pedagogical experiment; methods of anthropometry, somatometry, dcrmothoglific; methods of mathematical statistics
The results obtained and their novelty: arc revealed and the new approaches and variants of optimum construction of training process for runners, specializing in short and long sprint arc scientifically proved. Arc established most known morphological parameters ensuring high productivity on sprint distance. The concrete genetic markers, in particular attributes of dcrmothoglific, associated with a high level of high-speed qualities arc revealed. The parameters GCA (general crest account) arc most information attributes and can be used as authentic and objective criteria at realization of sports selection of the persons having high high-speed qualities.
Practical value: practical use of the received results will allow to carry out the differential approach in a choice of means and methods of physical athletes’ preparation, specializing in short and long sprint; the methodical ways of individual correction of training influences arc determined in view of biological features of organism.

Subjects of research: subjects of research are the medicinal plants: radix Althaeae, flores Chamomillae, flores Achilleae millefolium, herba equiseti, folia Juglantis rediae, folia Salviae, herba Taraxaci, aethanol and purified water.
Purpose of work: development of composition and technology of “Tonzilat” elixir. With expectorant, anti inflamatori, antiseptic action on the base of local raw materials. Conducting of its quality control, standardization, study of its stability and bioavailability.
Methods of research: spirituose extract was obtained by means of maceration-circulation method from medicinal plants; spirit consentration was determined by means Of method, density-by means of picnometer, pl l-by means of potentiometric method, refractometric parameter-by means of Abbe refractometer dry residue of elixir in accordance with XI edition of SPh USSR. Bioavailability of preparation was studied in “vivo” experiments. Identity and assay of elixir active substances was determined with CMS (Chromatomassspectrometry) THC, SPh methods; storage term of elixir was established with “native” method (in ordinary condition).
The results obtained and their novelty: Optimal composition and rational technology of “Tonzilat” elixir were developed on the base of conducted researches Bioavailability of “Tonzilat” elixir suggested was determined in “in vivo” experiments. Storage condititions and terms of “Tonzilat” elixir were established.
Practical value: Projects of laboratory regalement and TPP (TPA) for “Tonzilat” elixir were developed on the base of results of researches conducted
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: TPP (TPA) developed for “Tonzilat” medicinal elixir was introduced into projects of laboratory regalement. Technology of “Tonzilat” elixir successfully probed in LLC “Galenika”which gave an agreement for introduction of this preparation into industrial manufacture on its base.

Subject of the rezearch: materials which are kept in Folk archive of Institute of language and literature named after Alishera Navoi under the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, published Uzbek, Turkmen, Azerbaijanian, Turkish, Kazakh, Tatar, Tajik versions and variants of epos, folk materials, written by the author.
Purpose of work: study of genesis of epos “Gorogly”, determination of stages of its evolutionary developments, time and the base of origination of root subject, scientific study of theoretical questions, concerning main hero, leading images and motives, particularly, questions of transition of epos from mythological into artistic-historical layer.
Method of research: in thesis of version and epos of “Gorogly” is investigated on the base of comparative and historical method, key copulas of the subject of dastan, the fortune of certain heroes and semantic of motives, their historical improvement learnt on the base of comparative and typological method.
The results achieved and their novelty: on the basis of study of genesis epos for the first time in study of folklore explored the system of heroism as the key element of heroic dastans. The level of historical development of early subject were determined. It proved that roots of dastans leave in sun worship period and ritual of myths, wide-spread in antiquity on the territory of Central Asia. Deeply studied questions, concerning the role of epos in forming of historical fortune of folk, epos and ethnos on example of epos “Gorogly”.
The practical value: on base of comparative studyof Uzbek and other version and variants of dastans of “Gorogly” is made attempt of determination and scientifically-theoretical generalization of regularities of epic thinking.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: materials and scientific results of study, in particular, monographs and articles, published on subject of thesis, can be used in special courses and seminars, dedicated to Uzbek folklore, and also for reading the lectures on folklore, in spending scientifically-practical lessons.

The aim of the research: automobile roads construction development, theoretical and practical sides of strategy in using them in the conditions of modernization of national economy, working out of scientific and practical proposals and recommendations on the perfection of the system of industry management.

The results achieved and their novelty: the conceptional grounds of strategic management of the sphere of automobile roads construction in the conditions of modernization of economy have been worked out; the ways of experience usage of the developed foreign countries in automobile roads construction management have been grounded; the ways of solving current definite problems through the analysis of institutional foundations in regulation the sphere of automobile roads constructions have been shown; the ways of strategic planning of automobile roads construction and use of the methods of perspective development have been scientifically grounded; from the scientific and practical point of view the main directions in perfection of management strategy of JSC “Uzavtojul” have been shown; the scientific and practical proposals and recommendations on organization of effective system of automobile roads construction management and their usage have been worked out.

Subject of research: nominative sequence as expressive syntactic unit of monologue prose narration
Purpose of work study of formal structure and semantic-functional peculiarities of nomination sequences in Russian ornamental prose of the first third of XX century.
Methods of research: descriptive, comparative and statistic.
The results achieved and their novelty. It was defined that comparing to verse ornamental prose uses more various ways of expressing extension, complication of nominative sequences and including them into the text, wider set of lexical-semantic categories and thematic groups of prop nouns is presented. Traditional and non-traditional, simple and combined semantic models of nominative sequence were defined, the sequence of specific for ornamental prose types of the given semantic models was revealed. It was revealed that in vertical section of analyzed novels of modernist writers nominative sequences subjectivize author’s narration, accomplish both static and dynamic representation of reality; accomplish characterological function; organize compositional-thematic unity of chapters; can be used as figurative-expressive means of accomplishing central themes, ideas, images of the literary work..
Practical value: The material of research can be used in institutional courses of syntax and stylistics of Modem Russian Language, in special courses and seminars on studies of literary language, in practice of teaching Russian language and literature at school.

Objects of research: phosphate raw of the Djeroy Sardara deposit, nitrous gas, nitrous - nitrocalcite of phosphate concentrate, nitrogenous phosphatic fertilizer (NPF).
The purpose of work: Development of ecologically effective technology of processing of low-grade phosphorites using waste nitrous gases and obtaining nitrogen-phosphorus-calcium containing concentrate.
Methods of research: thermodynamic, graphical and analytical, x-ray phase, infrared, scanning electron microscopy - SEM, chromatography.
The received results and their novelty: On the basis of thermodynamic, graphical and analytical methods of research was studied possibility and mechanism of structural changes of initial and end-products of carbonate and calcium phosphate interaction in the systems “СаСОз-МОг-ҒЬО” and “Саз^Од^-МОг-ҒЬО” depending on rate of nitrous gases and pH. It was proved change and decompose properties of “NO2-H2O” system and possibility of its use in process weak soluble substances and technogenic wastes. Influence of various factors to the low-grade phosphorites process by nitrous gases in the water and rheology characteristics of the pulps are studied. Determined parameters and the nitrogen-calcium phosphorus containing concentrate (fertilizer) flow chart from low-grade phosphorites and a nitrous.
The practical importance: Established of possibility involving of low-grade phosphorites and gas waste in nitrogen industry by obtaining phosphate concentrates and nitrogen- calcium phosphorus fertilizers.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: technology was tested on the pilot plant of "NavoiAZOT" Ltd with release of experimental batches of production. Determined operating practices of manufactures, the technological scheme is developed and material balances are calculated. Technical and economical calculations revealed, that in case of using offered technology charges on catalytic clearing cost will decrease on 12 386 323 sum. Cost of 1 t nitric acid at “NAVOIAZOT” JSC by use of waste nitrous gases and get phosphate concentrate will reduce to 38950.7 sum.
Field of application: Manufacture of mineral fertilizers, inorganic materials, agriculture and preservation of the environment.

Subject of the research: verbal word forming categories in Russian.
Purpose of work: revealing systems of verbal word formation category and its role in the organization of verbal lexis through systems of the ways of action verbs. Methods of the research: Methods of component analysis which is connected with appearing stem of composition of verbs defined in the ways of action verbs; and transformational analysis method which is connected with the type of analysis of transformation on the line of reproducing- derivation. Traditional descriptive method has been used in the investigation.
The achieved results and their novelty: There has been established correlation between the word - forming categories, categories of aspect and voice and the ways of verbal action as between lexical -word-forming groups of verb. The terms “brevity”, “intensively”, “time limiting”, “effectiveness”, “formation”, “causation” are described as a set of signs, defined by the type of word- forming meaning; there has been set their formant supply. The categories of aspect and voice are regarded as verbal categories of classifying type, creating and regulating verbal word- forming; aspect- as mostly inside the verb, voice- as nominative. For the first time there are revealed the types of interaction of the categories of aspect and voice in word - forming processes.
Practical value: it is connected with general and special courses on wordforming, lexicology, morphology; making up manuals “The ways of verbal action and word- forming categories of Russian verb”; carrying on the work on the exercises in semantics of the ways of verbal action in Russian, which can be found application in higher educational institutions as well as in school teaching.
Degree of embed: The materials of the investigation are used in practical classes in Russian (I-III years) in the chair of human and social- economic sciences of the Urgench branch of TUIT.

Subjects of research: quinazolin-2,4-diones.
Purpose of work: a systematic studing of the reactions of acylation and chlorosulphonation of quinazolin-2,4-diones.
Revealing of the factors influencing to a course and a direction of acylation and chlorosulphonation reactions.
Development of convenient, effective methods of the synthesis of derivatives quinazolin-2,4-dionc and search for biologically activity compounds among them.
Methods of research: fine organic syntheses, methods of IR-, NMR 'Н spectroscopy, mass-spectrometry, TLC, X-ray.
The results obtained and their novelty: for the first time, an acylation of quinazolin-2,4-diones with aromatic acid chlorides in the presence 1-10'2 mol of Lewis acids was investigated and the factors influencing to a course and a direction of reactions is determined.
The relative activity series of 4-substitutcd bcnzoylchlorides and catalysts in the reactions of catalytic acylation of quinazolin-2,4-diones have been established.
It was found that in reactions of quinazolin-2,4-diones with chlorosulphonic acid chlorosulphonylic group is directed to 6-position of quinazolin-2,4-diones, in the case of 6-bromoquinazolin-2,4-diones to the position 8. It gives possibility of synthesis of 6- and 8-chlorosulphonylquinazolin-2,4-diones.
Practical value: in the result of conducted studies the possibility of syntheses of 6-acylquinazolin-2,4-diones, 6-chlorosulphonylquinazolin-2,4-diones, 6-bromo-8-chlorosulphonylquinazolin-2,4-dione, 6-mcrcapto- and 6-bromo-8-
mcrcaptoquinazolin-2,4-diones, 2,4-dioxoquinazolin-6- and 6-bromo-2,4-dioxoquinazolin-8-sulphoacids, their amides and esters arc shown.
The preparative method for syntheses 6-chlorosulphonylquinazolin-2,4-diones were developed. Among synthesized compounds the biologically active substances arc revealed.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: among synthesized compounds arc revealed substances, which posses plant growing and herbicide activities. In future they can find using in agriculture.
Field of application: organic chemistry, agriculture.

Subjects of the inquiry: Uzbek long staple cotton varieties: Surhan-5, Surhan -7, Surhan -9 and the Egyptian selection: Giza-45, Giza-75 and Giza-83, geographically far distant hybrids FrF3 and the best progenies F4.
Aim of the inquiry: on the basis of geographically inter varieties far distant hybridization in view of established of some genetic laws developing of genetically new hybrid and selection material.
Method inquiry: laboratory and field experiences, biometric measurements, technological analyses and variation-statistical processing.
The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time with participation of the above-mcntonca geographically far distant varieties hybrid material F1-F3 where a number of genetic laws of variability, inheritance, hcritability of some economic-valuable traits is for the first time is established It is proved, that a method of geographically far distant hybridization on the initial us initial and hybrid material, in view of the established laws yields positive results, as at developing of genetically new hybrid and selection material combining high values of group of economic-valuable traits. The selection material is developed genetically new, early, highly productive, at a level of progenies combining high quality and quantity of a fibre.
Practical value: the method of hybridization used by us and the hybrid on its base, hybrid and selection material can be used in breeding and seed-growing organisations of our country and behind its limits in selection process for developing high productive, early maturate varieties of a long staple cotton, combining high quantity and quality of Ist type fibre.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: new progenies arc studied in control nursery and in nursery of seed production, and best of them can serve as ancestors of new cotton varieties of G.barbadcnse L. superior the best zoned varieties.
Sphere of usage: agriculture, research institutions, the elite-seed-growing farms and higher educational institutions of an agricultural structure.

Subject of research: Long-term dynamics of disease of VH; contamination and morbidity by hepatitis; suffering from acute VH; various categories of the healthy population; various contingents of people who arc "at the risk of infection" and vaccinated people.
Purpose of work: Studying the prevalence of VH, the contamination of the population by viruses of hepatitis, algorithm of marker diagnostics and strategy of VH’s vaccine prevention in the circumstances of Kazakhstan.
Methods of research: The viral, immunological, serological and the statistical analysis have been used in this research.
The results obtained and their novelty: HEV circulation causing sporadic cases of acute hepatitis E is established for the first time among adult population in the territory of Kazakhstan. The role of HEV in occurrence of outbreak of hepatitis in the south of the country is proved by scro-cpidcmiological analysis. The etiological structure of acute VH is established by carrying out the marker diagnostics using PCR and IFA methods. Our development of the algorithm of testing of markers of VH A,B,C, E, TT allows to open the etiological structure of acute and chronic VH. Practical value: On the basis of application of IFA and PCR methods the algorithm of marker diagnostics of the VH is developed, it allows to define markers of acute and chronic hepatitis from "A" to "TT" in a test of one scrum of blood. The offered strategy and tactics of vaccination against hepatitis A and В include besides newborn children, a wide coverage of all ages and professional groups of the population. The vaccination allows to create a specific immunity among the population till 20- 25 years and to lower the morbidity of VH A and B.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: The results have found their reflexion in methodological recommendations: "Revealing of specific diagnostic markers of acute and chronic virus hepatitis and interpretation of their results" (Ulan Bator, 2003), "Медициналык кызметкелер арасында В вирусты гепатитпн алдын алу шаралары "(Astana, 2005), "Strategy of vaccine prevention of virus hepatitis В in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Almaty, 2005), "Strategy of vaccine prevention of virus hepatitis A in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (Astana, 2006), "Bases of marker diagnostics of an etiology of acute and chronic virus hepatitis from "A" to "TT" (Almaty, 2006). Results of the research work arc introduced in practice of work of republican medical inspection service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Economic effectiveness of 1$ putting to the vaccination of hepatitis A gives the output of 15.5$ or 4.3$ of profit in view of “preventive expenses” for treatment of patient in conditions department.

Subject of the research: soils of deserted zones and rhizosphere of desert plants, halo- and thermotolerant bacteria
Purpose of work: the main aim was search for and isolation of halotolerant and thermotolerant bacteria from salty soils of the Southern Aral Sea region, determination of their diversity and establishment of the collection of extremophilic bacteria with valuable biotechnological features.
Methods of the research: classical microbiological (Yegorov, 1995; Gusev and Mineeva, 2006; Dobrovol’skaya, Skvotsova and Lysak, 1989) and biochemical (Yesikova et al., 2002; Yegorov, 2003) methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time, the distribution of halo- and thermotolerant microorganisms was studied in details for specific conditions of the Ustyurt Plateau, deserts Aralkum and Karakum, which are characterized by extreme natural conditions. The frequency of their appearance in different substrates (soil, plants’ rhizosphere and so on) was determined as well.
1152 strains of halo- and thermotolerant bacteria were isolated from salty and alkali soils of the Southern Aral Sea region (Central Karakum, Aralkum and the Ustyurt Plateau). 27 extremophilic bacteria and producers Bacillus circulans 600, B. circulans 608, B. muciloginosis 334, strain Halobacteriaceae 301 were selected and identified. Optimal medium was determined and cultivation conditions were optimized for growth and development of extremophiles. Their resistance to antibiotics was studied and antagonistic activity of selected bacteria was determined. It was revealed that metabolites of extremophilic bacteria increase seeds’ germination and growth of desert plants.
For the first time, the collection of indigenous halo- and thermotolerant bacteria isolated from natural zones with extreme environmental factors was established.
Practical value: for the first time in Uzbekistan the detailed microbiological work on study of microbial diversity of desert and deserted biotopes of the Southern Aral Sea region and on isolation and study of halo- and thermotolerant bacteria characteristic for that region was conducted. Obtained theoretical data may be included in to study books recommended for the educational institutions.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: isolated extremophilic bacteria may be applied for rehabilitation of grazing areas of the desert regions of Uzbekistan.

Subjects of research: orc deposit, exploited methods of UL on the conditions of using horizon mining system.
Purpose of work: developing computer model of UL in heterogeneous environments in the realization of horizon mining systems for the analysis and decision making support in the control of technological processes of UL.
Methods of research: methods of control theory, mathematical modeling, finite-difference methods and computational experiment.
The results obtained and their novelty: mathematical model of controlling UL processes was developed on the conditions of horizon mining systems; dynamics of pressure change and the values of reagent concentration in the various values of outcome parameters, influencing on the behavior of technological process of UL on the conditions of horizon mining systems, was studied; computer model for carrying out computational experiments and visualizing the results in two dimensional and three dimensional graphics was developed; software package of UL process in the conditions of horizon mining systems for supporting making technological decisions in the control of mine workings was developed.
Practical value: developed computational algorithms and computer model can be applied for the analysis, prognosis of the parameters of leaching process and decision making for controlling its parameters on the purpose of optimal extraction of minerals from real deposit mines on the conditions of horizon mining systems of mine workings.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: obtained results were applied in the mine North Bukinai NMSK, the act of applications was taken. Developed software was registered by Government Patent Committee of Uzbekistan.
Field of application: mineral deposit mines exploited by the method of UL.

The objects of research: the object of research is liquidity management practice of the JSCB “Agrobank” of Uzbekistan.
Purpose of work: working out of scientifically proved theoretical and practical recommendations on developing innovation strategy of liquidity management of commercial banks in conditions of modernization of economy.
Methods of research: statistic classification, expert estimation, systematical approach, comparison, comparative and structural analysis.
Obtained results and their novelty: proved features and strategies of liquidity management in crisis conditions; scientifically proved theoretical and practical recommendations on the basis of foreign experience in producing innovation strategy of liquidity management in commercial banks; proved preconditions for improving liquidity management strategy on the base of Basel standards; determined problems in liquidity management and regulation in banking system and worked out recommendations and ways to solve them; scientifically proved practical recommendations on developing tools of liquidity regulation of Central Bank; as soon as proved theoretical and practical recommendations to the developing innovation strategy of liquidity management of JSCB “Agrobank”.
Practical value: scientifically proven ideas and thoughts, highlighted in the dissertation might be used in further developing liquidity management and regulation in banking system, as soon as, can be used in producing innovation strategy of liquidity management in commercial banks.
Degree of embed and economic efficiency: obtained results and worked out conclusions and suggestions have been introduced into the practice of joint-stock commercial bank “Agrobank”, and have been widely used in lectures on “Bank management” and “Banking” at Tashkent State University of Economics.

Subjects of the inquiry: algorithms of stream cipher, estimation crypto stability and efficiency.
Aim of the inquiry: development algorithms of stream cipher, methods estimation crypto stability and efficiency, development of the software.
Methods of inquiry: theory systems of cryptographic protection of information, theory of probability, theory of numbers, mathematical logic and combination theory.
The results achieved and their novelty: classification of generators of pseudo-casual sequences and a method them estimation, on the basis of the offered transformations developed four algorithms stream cipher, and also practically estimation them crypto stability and efficiency.
Practical value: developed algorithms of stream cipher can be used in cryptosystems for providing information confidentiality.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: results gained in the dissertation, software is inculcated in the «National center of cartography and a geodesy» for protection of information state cadastre and land resource, used in educational process in Armed Forces Academy of Uzbekistan.
Sphere of usage: results gained in thesis, can be used in the enterprises and manufacturing in Republic high-speed hardware-software means for information safety in information and communication systems, estimation of crypto stability and efficiency hardware-software means based on algorithms stream cipher.

Subject of research: theoretical and practical aspects of legal regulation of social attitudes in information sphere which arise at creation and use of domain names.
Purpose of work: to give a complex and conceptual analysis of legal problems of legal regulation of attitudes connected with domain names and on the basis of it to make practical offers on perfection of the national legislation.
Methods of the research: Conceptual, problem-target, comparative, historical, logical and other methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: is in complex studying of legal problems connected with domain names and attitudes arising on domain names. Offered proposals on the result of research: formation of a legal concept of a domain name, adopting a law on domain names and develop national legislation on the bases of positive foreign experience.
Practical value: the results of dissertation research can be used in perfection of legal base in sphere of domain names, in legislative process; by consideration of disputes on domain names; at teaching a subject of legal computer science and the information law, in upgrading experts qualification and state bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Degree of embed and economic affectivity: the results of research were published in scientific journals. Recommendations can be used as elements of government policy and in events and measures aimed to reformation and development of legal regulation of domain names and attitudes in the given sphere.

Subjects of the inquiry: different types of minerals, ores, sorts of industrial enterprises and manufactures and also standard samples of steels, colour metallurgy and other materials.
Aim of inquiry: elaboration of methods of amperometric and conductometric determination of the Pt(IV). Pd(II) и Au(III) by solution of thioacctamide on different by acid-base properties of phone electrolytes and buffer mixtures with high metrological characteristics and analytical parameters. Practical realization of elaborated electrochemical methods to analysis of some real natural objects and industrial materials.
Method of inquiry: potentiostatic culonomctry, chemical methods,
conductometry, polayrographiya. voltampcroinctry, amperometric titration.
The results achieved and their novelty: voltamperomctric bchavour of thioacetamide and it's metallocomplcxcs on the platinium microdisk anode on different by nature and concentrations buffer solutions and phone electrolytes was investigated. Nature of limited anode currents and number of elcctronodonation oxidation of one molecule of thioacctamide were determinated and also the conditions of Pt(IV), Pd(ll) и Au(IIl) determination by it's solution were optimized. On the base of obtained data the possibility of using of elaborated electrochemical methods to analysis of some real objects and industrial materials was shown.
Practical value: the possibility of amperometric and conductometric titration of Pt(lV), Pd(II) и Au(III) in model binary, triple and more complex mixtures imitating real natural objects and industrial materials by to using of different by nature and concentration phone electrolytes and buffer mixtures and high - sensitive reagent thioacctamide was shown.
Obtained results have allowed to realize a choice of rational way of analysis of different by composition shlams, tails, standart samples and alloys, jewelry articles and others materials.
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: obtained experimental data by electrochemical titration of Pt(IV), Pd(ll) и Au(III) by thioacetamide solution were tested and proposed to practical introduction in practices of analysis of laboratories Almalik mining - metallurgical combinate. Subject of the research: urban settlements and their location in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Aim of the research: to investigate peculiarities of the formation and development of urban agglomerations in Uzbekistan on the example of the Tashkent agglomeration and to elaborate scientific- practical recommendations on its improvement.
Methods of research: economic- geographical and demographical analysis, comparative- geographical statistical, system- structural, cartographic, social interrogatory, typological and others.
The results achieved and their novelty: In the thesis the main stages of urban agglomerations formation have been investigated and the evolutional scheme of their development has been elaborated; the typology of agglomerated forms of settlement on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been worked out; different aspects of agglomerations as specific environment of social life population and the highest form of the concentration of manufacturing, infrastructure and innovation potential have been considered; on the example of the formation and development of the metropolitan system of settlement has been investigated and the territorial- structural problems has been recommendations on the Tashkent agglomeration improvement have been given.
Practical value: the scientific recommendations and suggestions elaborated can be applied during the elaboration of the General Schemes of the development of cities and agglomerations, the programs of social- economic development of the republican regions for special purposes, as well as in the theory and practice of town- building,
Degree of imbed and economic effectiveness: the main recommendations and suggestions, resulting from the research, have been used at the scientific research institution “ Uzshaharsozlik LITI” during the working out of the “General Scheme of the settlement on the territory of Uzbekistan”, in scientific research and project works at the “Tashgenplan” institution and in the teaching of the course “Geography of cities” at the geographical faculty of the Uzbekistan National University.

Subjects of the research: the folklore material covered in traditional and contemporary mass media of Uzbekistan, the works of art created on the basis of folklore plots and folklorisms, articles, conversations, comments, bibliographies, conversations with specialists in folklore and journalists.
Purpose of work: studying the tendencies of elucidation and interpretation of Uzbek folklore in mass media, originalities of tendencies of the Soviet period and the era of Independence, specificity of traditional and contemporary mass media, and investigation of folklorism occurrences in post-folklore.
Method of the research: the comparative-historical, analytical, artistic-journalistic and statistical-bibliographical methods have been used in the dissertation.
The results achieved and their novelty: for the first time the history of tendencies of coverage and interpretation of Uzbek folklore in mass-media have been investigated; the comparative analysis of folklore studies and journalism has been made; the historical syncretism of folklore and news media has been brought to light; the tendencies of the independence period have been identified and folklore occurrences in post-folklore have been investigated; coverage of folklore in newspapers, magazines, radio and TV has been investigated; the main trends of traditional and modem mass-media as well as their resources and potentialities have been explored in comparative aspects; the science-based conclusions have been formulated.
The practical value: scientific results and conclusions of the dissertational work can be used in studies of history, coverage, and interpretation of Uzbek folklore in mass media, as well as they afford an opportunity to make use of this experience in journalistic and folkloristic practices.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: the dissertational results can be used in rendering lectures on folklore at faculties of philology and journalism of higher educational institutions, academic lyceums and colleges, and in writing textbooks, educational books, and preparing recommendations.
Field of application: research works on journalism, folklore studies, and extensive propagating the cultural wealth and intellectual values of the Uzbek people.

Subject of research: the cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan with People Republic of China in 1991-2001.
Purpose of work: an investigation and analysis of history of interrelations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and People’s Republic of China in the fields of economy, science and culture.
Methods of research: historical-retrospective, systematical, comparative and statistical methods.
The results achieved and their novelty: in the investigation it is carried out in first time scientific analysis of the process of establishment and development of cooperations between Uzbekistan and People’s Republic of China.
Practical value: materials of the dissertation can be used for strengthening of the national idea of Uzbekistan, enlightening of the vitality of principles of state inner policy, directed for opening ways of integration with world community, increasing of international status of Uzbekistan.
Degree of embed and economic effectivity: substantive provisions and research conclusions arc approved by the author of dissertation in perfomances at scientific articles and theses of conferences and seminars.
Field of application: the investigation results might be used for teaching students of humanitarian higher educational establishments and secondary educational institutions, making textbooks for educational establishments.

Subjects of research: bones of wrist, metatarsus, metacarpus, I, II, III phalanx of pectoral and pelvis limbs of karakul and gissar sheep.
Purpose of work: for determination of the influence of the conditions of inhabitancc and their adaptation on morphofunctional peculiarities in postnatal ontogenesis of different breeds of sheep, breeding in different ecological zones, was put the aim to study postnatal ontogenesis of bones autopodies of sheep of karakul and gissar breeds of different ages of postnatal development under adccquatc and extreme conditions of steppe and foot lull zones of Uzbekistan.
Methods of research: macroanatomical, microanatomical, physical, eolourmetrieal, spcctrophotomctrical.
The results obtained and their novelty: as a result of the scientific researches for the first time there were studied the comparative morphofunctional peculiarities of bones of autopodies of sheep of karakul and gissar breeds, grown under adequate and extreme ecological natural conditions in postnatal ontogenesis. For the first time acquired scientific data about physical and chemical peculiarities of autopody bones and influence to them national environmental conditions at postnatal ontogenesis period. Besides, for the first time there were determined the critical phases of postnatal life of sheep.
Practical value: taking into account morphological and physical -chemical changes of bones in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis of sheep, it’s possible to conduct prophylactic measures, purposed to the prevention of negative deflection in animal’s organism.
The scientific information, obtained as a result of microanatomical and physical - chemical researches can be used in veterinary judical medical examination, during archeological researches.
The degree of embed and economic effectivity. The results of inquiries were inculcated into educational process in the chairs of anatomy, physiology, surgery of animals and pharmacology of SamAI and in the chairs of zoology, physiology, genetic and chemistry of SamSU sections of UzSIKDE. There were published 3 practical recommendations, 1 monograph on the materials of the dissertational work.
