SUBCONSCIOUSNESS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON OUR BEHAVIOR

Abstract.
The article is devoted to the philosophical understanding of the
subconscious theme and its influence on human behavior. The question is considered,
how the subconscious is different from consciousness. Examples are given of how the
subconscious helps a person in everyday life, and also what limitations it leaves on
human perception.
Key words:
Consciousness, subconsciousness, control.
Humans are unique among animals for both the diverse complexity of our
cognition and our reliance on culture, the socially-transmitted representations and
practices that shape experience and behavior. During lifespan, people relay on their
emotions, physical strength and intelligence millions if not billions of times that all of
them have one root as we call cognition. It is the ability to think and analyze that make
people distinguishable from other creatures and give them the power to control over
others. There are eight billion people in the world which equals to say that billion sorts
of cognition development and adoption. The reason is that, cognition is the result of
many factors, phycology which is considered as a prime factor. Several ups and downs
on person’s life that shape the cognition widely and intensively. Common
misunderstandings and mistakes that cause depression, continuous stress, anxiety and
remorse influence on cognitive thinking of person and put remarkable difference on
their phycology that is considered as a part of cognition. Apart from personal life
experience that plays crucial role in cognition development. Given the common
stereotypes, superstitions, beliefs and traditions that covers the identity since his
birthday, make the cognition developed in certain direction which different from people
in diverse backgrounds.
Metaphoricly described, cognition is controller of human div and personality. It
is through cognition that individuals take actions and make decisions. Cognition is not
a unitary concept and various cognitive functions, or cognitive “domains”, responsible
for regulation of specific behaviours or actions have been identified. These functions
are often convoluted, and operate synergistically making it challenging to measure
distinct cognitive processes. Before we make a decision or do something, we use our

consciousness. But our life is replete with various actions at every moment of time.
These actions are not always the result of conscious decisions, the subconscious plays
an important role in them. Actions controlled subconscious, beyond control.
Subconscious exploration and understanding this process can help you understand
yourself and better understand others.
Consider the example of driving a car. When a person first learning to drive, his
attention is directed to the gear and clutch. He concentrates on the entire process.
Notices every bump, every pothole and all the obstacles. As he becomes more
experienced, his subconscious registers the actions and he drives without making any
conscious effort. A person automatically avoids obstacles, changes gears when while
performing other activities such as listening music or talking on the phone. As mastery
comes, the driving process becomes natural and decisions become auto mode.
Just like driving a car on a winding and bumpy road, so and a person’s whole life
is a multitude of subconscious actions. On the path of life there may be many obstacles
that need to be overcome.
Will the person's actions have a positive or negative character,
he must take into account the pros and cons- what he should and should not do.
With age, a person gains knowledge that becomes vital necessary. A person
evaluates the people around him and divides them into good and bad. Depending on
people's appearance, a person will come to certain conclusions. When an unpleasant
person meets gray eyes and a long nose, the initial impression will be that people with
such traits are bad. When something like this happens again a person’s beliefs reinforce
his subconscious thoughts: “I said...», at this moment his judgment is strengthened.
From a logical point of view this may be wrong, but these judgments are firmly
entrenched in the person’s subconscious. If we look at a person with traits that have
already been formed in our subconscious, we automatically choose such a way of
communicating that we don’t even think about.
Tasks are performed consciously, but most actions depend on the subconscious.
This is almost at the level of reflexes. Our div automatically reacts to certain stimuli.
Right after reflex action comes awareness of how the div reacted. However less, when
the subconscious takes over, the conscious mind does not understand that the reaction

happened on a subconscious level.
There are a number of things that the subconscious mind interprets as negative.
These things fall into two categories:
First, what is comfortable for a person and about which he can say: “This not
acceptable to me” or “I can't do this” or “This is not meant for me”.
The second category refers to those things that for a person uncomfortable.
These include thinking about your own weaknesses and missed opportunities. This
category deals with the unconventional and unnatural human behavior. She refers to
the formed opinion about herself (“There’s something wrong with me.”) These
thoughts are reinforced in your subconscious. They associated with experiences where
you were embarrassed, thus creating the opinion “There is something wrong with me.”
Man naturally wants to forget these things, because they evoke unpleasant memories.
Human consciousness gets rid of them, but the subconscious keeps them. Such
memories form subconscious pain points. Human consciousness gets rid of them, but
the subconscious keeps them. Such memories form subconscious pain points. A person
experiences many shocks in life, but some of them touch pain points in the
subconscious. When this happens, it unsettles a person. It could be the same sensations
that a person experiences when he has experienced unpleasant incidents in childhood.
Each person has their own “pain points”. Because pain points vary from person to
person, different people react to the same stimuli differently. A person may not likes to
be in control, but still acts on his own subconscious.
