Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi  yengil atletikaning kelib chiqish va rivojlanish tarixini o’rganish.Yengil atletika orqali aholini sog'ligini mustahkamlashda yurish, yugurish mashqlarining inson salomatligidagi o‘rni juda kattadir. Maktabgacha ta’lim, umum ta’lim maktablari, akademik-litseylar, kasb hunar kollejlari, oliy o‘quv yurtlarining ta’lim jarayonlariga kiritilganligi  o‘qitish va o‘rgatish metodikasini yildan-yilga takomillashtirib borishni taqozo etmoqda. Bu esa nafaqat ta’lim sohasini takomillashtirish balki, o'qitish va o‘rgatish amaliyoti darslarini samarali tashkil qilishda ham muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.

Anotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqotning maqsadi yengil atletikaning kelib chiqish va rivojlanish

tarixini o’rganish.Yengil atletika orqali aholini sog'ligini mustahkamlashda yurish,
yugurish mashqlarining inson salomatligidagi o‘rni juda kattadir. Maktabgacha
ta’lim, umum ta’lim maktablari, akademik-litseylar, kasb hunar kollejlari, oliy o‘quv
yurtlarining ta’lim jarayonlariga kiritilganligi o‘qitish va o‘rgatish metodikasini
yildan-yilga takomillashtirib borishni taqozo etmoqda. Bu esa nafaqat ta’lim
sohasini takomillashtirish balki, o'qitish va o‘rgatish amaliyoti darslarini samarali

Yildan-yilga jismoniy tarbiya va sport sohasida ko’plab ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari

o’tkazilmoqda, sport turlari bo’yicha o’quv mashg’ulotlari va texnikasi hamda
o’rgatish uslubiyatlari takomillashmoqda.Boshqa sport turlari qatorida yengil
atletika sport turi ham ancha rivojlanishga ega bo`ldi.

Yurish, yugurish, sakrash va uloqtirishni (nayza, toshlar va boshqa qurollari)

qadim zamondagi kishilar hayotining ajralmas qismi bo’lib kelgan.

Yengil atletika mashqlaridan yugurish, sakrash va uloqtirish qadimgi

Gretsiyada anchagina rivoj topdi. Jismoniy mashqlarning boshqa turlari qatori, ular
quldorlarning harbiy-jismoniy tayyorgarligida katta o’rin egalladi va qabilalar
hamda umum grek diniy bayramlarning muhim qismini tashkil etadigan bo’ldi. Shu
sababli yengil atletika mashqlarining tashkil topishi va rivojlanishining boshlanishi
Qadimiy Gretsiyada bizning eramizdan oldingi 776 yili o’tkazilgan I Olimpiyada
o’yinlari hisoblanadi. Birinchi Olimpiya o’yinlarida atletlar bir stadiyalik (192, 27

Yengil atletika yurish, yugurish, sakrash, uloqtirish va ko’pku-rash

bo’limlaridan tashkil topgan asosiy sport turlaridan biri hisoblanadi.

Yengil atletika bo’yicha mashg’ulot iloji boricha ochiq havoda o’tkazilishi

lozim. Ular organizmning markaziy asab tizimi, nafas olish, Yurak-qon tomir
tizimlariga ijobiy ta’sir ko’rsatib rivojlantiradi va sog’liqni mustahkamlaydi.

Yengil atletika mashqlari har tomonlama shug’ullanuvchilarning jismoniy

sifatlarini tarbiyalab, sportcha yurish, yugurish, sakrash va uloqtirish turlari
texnikasini o’zlashtirish bo’yicha amaliy ko’nikma hosil qiladiradi va malakalarini
shakllantiradi.

Yugurish va sakrash ko’pgina sport turlarida mashqlarning ajralmas qismi

bo’lib hisoblanadi.

Har bir talaba yengil atletikani asosiy fan sifatida o’rganishi vaqtida va

jismoniy tarbiya o’quvchilarini o’z ustida mustaqil ishlash bilan quyidagilarni bilishi
shart:

1.

Yengil atletikani nazariy asoslarini o’rganish.

2.

Sportcha yurish, yugurish, sakrash, uloqtirish va boshqa asosiy mashqlarni

talablar darajasida o’zlashtirish.

3.

Yengil atletikani o’rgatish uchun kerak bo’ladigan amaliy-pedagogik

ko’nikma va malakalarni egallash, shuningdek, musobaqalarni tashkil qilish va
hakamlik qilish.

Harakatga inson faoliyatining ma’lum usullari sifatida qarash kerak. Masalan,

talabaning jismoniy tarbiya mashg’ulotlaridagi o’quv faoliyati, ta’lim muassasalari
dasturida nazarda tutilgan harakatlar tizimini o’zlashtirishdan tarkib topadi.

Hozirgi vaqtda o’zbek xalqining o’z-o’zini anglash tuyg’usi avj olganligi,

milliy va madaniy qadriyatlar tiklanayotganligi, aholining ko’p tabaqasi tomonidan
urf-odatlar va marosimlar amalga oshirilishi munosobati bilan jismoniy tarbiyaga,
xususan, yengil atletikaga zamon talabi va milliy an’analar ruhida bilim berish va
tarbiyalashga asoslanib yondashish zarur. Bunda yengil atletikaning ulushi juda
ulkandir.

Yengil atletika degan nom shartli bo’lib, bu sport turiga kiradigan hamma

mashqlarni tabiiy ahamiyatini yoritib bera-olmaydi. SHu bilan birga yengil atletika

qadimiy Yunoncha «atletika» so’zidan olingan bo’lib, «mashq», «kurash»,

«bellashuv» degan ma’noni beradi. Qadimiy Yunonistonda kuchlilik va

chaqqonlikda musobaqalashgan kishilarni atletlar deb ataganlar.

Hozirgi kunda jismoniy kamolotga erishgan komil kishi-larni atlet deyiladi.

Ayrim mamlakatlarda yengil atletikani «atletika» (Fransiyada) yoki «yo’lka va

maydondagi mashqlar» (AQSH, Angliyada) deb ataydilar.

Yengil atletika hayotda eng kerakli keng tarqalgan mashqlarni – Yurish,

Yugurish, sakrash va uloqtirish mashqlarini birlashtirib, eng ommaviy sport turi

hisoblanadi.

Ko’pgina yengil atletika mashqlari umumiy omma bajara oladigan, eng kichik

yoshdagi bolalardan boshlab kattalargacha har kungi hayotda har xil turda uchraydi

va me’yorlanadi. Yengil atletika bilan yil davomida shug’ullansa bo’ladi.

Yengil atletikani ko’pincha «sport malikasi» deb atashadi. Bunga sabab, u

respublika, xalqaro musobaqalar, Olimpiya o’yinla-rini hamma dasturlariga

kiritiladi, shu bilan birga o’ynaladigan medallarning majmuasi va soni bo’yicha eng

ko’pi hisoblanadi.

Yengil atletika musobaqa mashqlarining turli-tumanligi bilan xarakterlanadi

va ularni bajarishni har xil usullari va variantlari mavjud.

Yengil atletika mashqlarini aniq tasnifga tushirish uchun uni besh bo’limlarga

bo’lib (Yurish, Yugurish, sakrash, uloqtirish, ko’pkurash) tavsiflash maqsadga

muvofiqdir. Ular o’z navbatida turlarga, turning xillariga hamda variantlar va

masofalarga ajratiladi. Hozirgi vaqtda yengil atletikaning 24 turi erkaklar, 23 turi

ayollar Olimpiya o’yinlari dasturiga kiritilgan.

Yengil atletika sakrashlari

ikkita guruhga bo’linadi: vertikal va gorizontal

to’siqlar osha sakrashlar.

Birinchi guruhga quyidagilar kiradi:

a) Yugurib kelib balandlikka sakrashlar;

b) Yugurib kelib langarcho’p bilan sakrashlar.

Ikkinchi guruhga quyidagilar kiradi:

a) Yugurib kelib uzunlikka sakrash;

b) Yugurib kelib uch hatlab sakrashlar.

Yengil atletika sakrashlarining birinchi guruhi:

Yugurib kelib balandlikka sakrash

(O) – asiklik tur, u sportchidan tezlik-

kuch sifatlarini, sakrovchanlikni, chaqqonlikni, egiluvchanlikni namoyon qilishni

talab etadi. Erkaklarda va ayollarda, stadionda va manejda o’tkaziladi;

(O) – asiklik tur, u sportchidan

tezkorlik, kuch, tezkor-kuch, va tezkor kuchga bo’lgan chidamlilik sifatlarini hamda

egiluvchanlikni, chaqqonlikni talab etuvchi tur. Erkaklar va ayollar o’rtasida stadion

va manejlarda o’tkaziladi.

Yengil atletika snaryadlarini uloqtirishlarda texnik jihatdan har xil Yugurib

kelish turini bajarishga ruxsat beriladi, lekin final kuchlanishi faqat qoidalarga

asosan bajariladi. Masalan, nayza, granata, to’pni faqat bosh orqasidan, elka ustidan

uloqtirish kerak; diskni va bosqonni faqat yon tomondan uloqtirish zarur; yadroni

sapchib turib, burilib itqitish, yoki aylanma xarakatlar bajarib itqitish mumkin.

Nayza (O) (granata, to’p) uloqtirish

– asiklik tur hisoblanib, u sportchidan

tezlik, kuch, tezkor-kuch, egiluvchanlik, chaqqonlik sifatlarini namoyon qilishni

talab qiladi.

Uloqtirish to’g’ridan Yugurib kelib bajariladi, erkaklar va ayollarda, faqat

stadionda o’tkaziladi. Nayza aerodinamik xususiyatlarga ega.

Disk va bosqon uloqtirish (O)

– asiklik turlar, ular sportchidan kuch, tezlik-

kuch sifatlarini, egiluvchanlikni, chaqqonlikni namoyon qilishni taqozo etadi.

Uloqtirishlar aylana ichidan, erkaklar va ayollar tomonidan, faqat stadionda

bajariladi. Disk aerodinamik xususiyatlarga ega.

Yadro itqitish (O)

– asiklik tur, u sportchidan kuch, tezkor-kuch, chaqqonlik

sifatlarini namoyon qilishni taqozo etadi. Itqitish aylana ichidan, erkaklar va ayollar

tomonidan, stadionda va manejda bajariladi.

qo’yilmaydi.

Xulosa

Yengil atletika bu- eng ommaviy sport turlaridan hisoblanib harakat

qobiliyatlari va texnik tayyorgarligini oshirishni ta'minlaydigan sport turidir,

jismoniy va texnik tayyorgarlik darajasini oshirish uchun o'yin usullarini

shakllantirish va muvofiqlashtirish qobiliyatini rivojlantirishga birgalikda ta'sir

qilish vositalarini joriy etish zarur. Yengil atletikachilarining taktik tayyorgarligi

sport o'yinlarida mashg'ulot jarayonini takomillashtirishning asosiy usullaridan biri

bu yo'naltirilgan jismoniy faollikdir mehnat qobiliyati va almashinuv jarayonlariga

o'ziga xos ta'sir ko'rsatadigan kuch, tezlik, chidamlilik (aerob va anaerob) namoyon

bo'lishi bilan bog'liq. Jismoniy tayyorgarlik har bir tanada qancha yuqori bo’lsa

natijaga erishish shuncha oson bo’ladi.
