Annotatsiya.
O‘quvchilar maktablarda jismoniy tarbiyaga oid ko‘plab xususiyatlarni
egallashlari kutiladi. Shunday qilib, talabalar jismonan ta'lim olish huquqini amalga oshiradilar.
Shu nuqtai nazardan, faoliyatda ishtirok etuvchi shaxs o'quv jarayonining oxirida ma'lum
standartlarga etadi. Ushbu standartlarning ma'nosi shundaki, har bir shaxs o'z imkoniyatlari
doirasida jismoniy mashg'ulotlarda ishtirok etish uchun zarur bo'lgan bilim, ko'nikma va
ko'nikmalarni egallaydi va saqlaydi.

DETERMINING THE SKILL LEVEL OF CHILDREN IN HANDBALL.
Abstract.
Students are expected to acquire many features related to physical education in
schools. Thus, students exercise their right to physical education. In this context, the person
participating in the activity reaches certain standards at the end of the learning process. The
implication of these standards is that each individual acquires and maintains the knowledge, skills,
and abilities necessary to participate in physical activity to the best of their ability.

ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЕ УРОВНЯ МАСТЕРСТВА ДЕТЕЙ В ГАНДБОЛЕ.
Аннотация.
Ожидается, что учащиеся приобретут многие особенности,
связанные с физическим воспитанием в школе. Таким образом, студенты реализуют свое
право на физическое воспитание. В этом контексте человек, участвующий в
деятельности, достигает определенных стандартов в конце процесса обучения. Смысл
этих стандартов заключается в том, что каждый человек приобретает и поддерживает
знания, навыки и способности, необходимые для участия в физической активности в меру
своих способностей.

Kirish
Ushbu tadqiqot 9-11 yoshli bolalarning gandbolga xos mahorat darajasini aniqlash uchun
o'tkazildi. Tadqiqotda ilgari hech qanday sport mashg'uloti olmagan 9-11 yoshli 23 o'g'il va 16 qiz
jami n = 39 o'quvchi ishtirok etdi. Tadqiqotimizda ishtirok etgan talabalarning bo'yi va tana vazni
o'lchovlari o'tkazilgandan so'ng, ushbu talabalarning qo'l to'pi bo'limiga xos ko'nikmalarini
aniqlash uchun qo'l to'pi qobiliyatini sinovdan o'tkazish qo'llanildi.

1.Mushaklar rivojlanishi suyak rivojlanishidan orqada qoladi. Kichik mushaklarning
rivojlanishi tezlashdi.
2. Muhim rivojlanish o'smirlik davrida boshlanadi. Bu har bir bola uchun farq qiladi.
3.Jinslar o'rtasida farqlar mavjud. Qizlar odatda o'g'il bolalarga qaraganda balandroq.
4. Muvofiqlashtirish yaxshilanishda davom etmoqda.
5.Harakat xususiyatlari o'g'il bolalarga qaraganda qizlarda ko'proq rivojlangan bo'lishi
mumkin.
Kognitiv, affektiv, ijtimoiy rivojlanish xususiyatlari
1.Diqqat va konsentratsiya vaqtlari oshdi. Turli sport turlariga qiziqish ortdi.
2. Raqobat va qat'iyatlilik hissi rivojlangan.
3. Mustaqil harakat qilish va boshqalarga yordam berish tuyg'ulari rivojlangan.
4. Musobaqalardan zavqlanishsa-da, ular tezda ruhiy tushkunlikka tushib, charchashadi.
5. Ularning sarguzasht hissi rivojlangan. Ular har xil tajribalarga qiziqishadi va sinab
ko'rish uchun jasur bo'lishlari mumkin.
Tadqiqotda qo'llaniladigan o'lchovlar va testlar
1. Bo'yi va vaznini o'lchash: talabalarning bo'yi va vazni o'lchovlari olindi.
2.Handball Aptitude testi
Maqsad Dominant qo'l yordamida yo'nalishni o'zgartirib, tez dribling qilish, turli masofa
va o'lchamdagi nishonlarga aniq zarbalar berish va devorda tez paslar qilish qobiliyati.
Test qismlarini sinab ko'ring
1) Dribling testi
Materiallar: o'lchov lentasi (metr), markirovka lentalari, slalom tayoqlari, mahoratni
o'lchash va ishlashni baholash kartalari va qalam. Tayyorlanishi: Dastlabki sinov stantsiyasi
tayyorlanadi. Belgilangan nuqtalarda oltita slalom tayoqchalari bir qatorda ular orasidagi masofa
bir metr bo'lgan holda joylashtiriladi, chiziq birinchi tayoqdan 1 metr uzoqlikda tortiladi.
Talaba qo'lida to'p bilan boshlang'ich nuqtada kutadi. Boshlash buyrug'i bilan u o'ng va
chap qo'llari bilan slalom tayoqchalari orasiga s chizadi.
2) Pin egilish sinovi
Materiallar: o'lchash tasmasi (metr), markirovka lentalari, sharli savat, 4 ta pin, mahoratni
o'lchash va ishlashni baholash yozuvlari.
•Gandbol to‘pi ustun qo‘l bilan o‘q otish joyidan 1-nuqta piniga aylantiriladi.
Muvaffaqiyatli otishma amalga oshirilsa, o'yinchi boshqa pinni otish uchun otish nuqtasiga
o'tadi. Muvaffaqiyatsiz otish bo'lsa, o'yin 3 martagacha davom etadi.Agar 3 ta otish
muvaffaqiyatsiz bo'lsa, o'yinchi keyingi klubga o'tadi. Sinov barcha to'rtta klubni otish natijasida
yakunlanadi.
•Gandbol to‘pi devordagi nishonga dominant qo‘l yordamida 3 marta tashlanadi va
zarbalarni yelka sathidan bajarish so‘raladi.
•Baholash: bir-birining ichida joylashgan 3 ta doiraning eng kichigiga tekkan zarbalar
uchun 3 ball. Ichki aylana chizig‘i bilan o‘rta doira chizig‘i orasidagi maydonga tegib kelgan
zarbaga 2 ball, o‘rta doira chizig‘i bilan tashqi doira chizig‘i orasidagi maydonga teggan zarbaga
1 ball, o‘tkazib yuborilgan zarbalar uchun 0 ball beriladi.
3) Devordagi tez zang sinovi

4) Materiallar: o'lchash tasmasi (metr), markirovka lentalari, rangli bo'r, shar savati,
mahoratni o'lchash va ish faoliyatini baholash kartalari.
•O‘quvchi qo‘l to‘pi bilan otishni o‘rganish joyida kutadi va “Start” buyrug‘i bilan tezda
otishni boshlaydi. U 30 soniya ichida eng yuqori o'tishlar soniga erishishga harakat qiladi.
•Baholash: Otishmalar 2 metr uzunlikdagi va devordan 2 metr uzoqlikdagi otishma
chizig'ining orqasidagi maydondan amalga oshiriladi. To'pni devorga uloqtirish, devorga urish va
uni yana ushlab olish to'liq tsikl bo'lib, 1 ball beriladi. To'liq bo'lmagan looplar uchun ball
berilmaydi.
Ta'lim standartlari.
•O‘quvchilar maktablarda jismoniy tarbiyaga oid ko‘plab xususiyatlarni egallashlari
kutiladi. Shunday qilib, talabalar jismonan ta'lim olish huquqini amalga oshiradilar. Shu nuqtai
nazardan, faoliyatda ishtirok etuvchi shaxs o'quv jarayonining oxirida ma'lum standartlarga yetadi.
Ushbu standartlarning ma'nosi shundaki, har bir shaxs o'z imkoniyatlari doirasida jismoniy
mashg'ulotlarda ishtirok etish uchun zarur bo'lgan bilim, ko'nikma va ko'nikmalarni egallaydi va
saqlaydi. Turli manbalardan foydalangan holda va mamlakatimiz sharoitlarini hisobga olgan holda
aniqlangan standartlar quyida qisqacha tushuntiriladi.
1. Standart
•Harakat shakllari va turli jismoniy mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashish uchun harakat
ko‘nikmalarini egallaydi.
•Ushbu standartning maqsadi jismoniy faoliyatda ishtirok etish uchun zarur bo'lgan
jismoniy ko'nikmalarni rivojlantirishdir. Harakat ko‘nikmalarini o‘rganish o‘quvchining o‘quv va
darsdan tashqari mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashish imkoniyatini oshiradi. Dastlabki 3 yil ichida talaba
ob'ektlarni harakatga keltiradigan, muvozanatlashtiradigan va boshqaradigan harakatlarni
bajarishda yetuklik va ko'p qirralilikka ega bo'ladi. 4-5. Sinflarda bu ko'nikmalar moslashtiriladi
va raqs, gimnastika va turli o'yinlarda mahorat rivojlantiriladi. 6-8. Sinf xonalarida ular doimiy,
birlashtirilgan va xilma-xil bo'ladi. Sport sohasi bilan bog'liq ko'nikmalar namoyish etilishi
mumkin. Ya'ni, bu jarayonda harakatlar murakkab bo'lishi mumkin.
2.Standart
•Jismoniy faoliyatni o‘rganish va bajarish jarayonida harakat bilan bog‘liq tushunchalar,
tamoyillar, qoidalar, strategiya va taktikalarni tushunganligini ko‘rsatadi.
Ushbu standartning maqsadi talabalarga kognitiv bilimlarni tushunishni osonlashtirish va
undan vosita ko'nikmalarini egallash va rivojlantirishda foydalanishni ta'minlashdir. Kognitiv
bilim: Harakatni bajarish bilan bog'liq tushunchalar, tamoyillar, qoidalar, strategiyalar va
taktikalardan tashqari, sport psixologiyasi va sotsiologiyasi, biomexanika va jismoniy mashqlar
fiziologiyasi kabi fanlar bo'yicha bilimlarni ham o'z ichiga oladi. Ushbu tushuncha va tamoyillarni
bilish ularni qanday va qachon qo'llashni mustaqil o'rganish imkoniyatini oshiradi. Shunday qilib,
jismoniy mashg'ulotlarda yanada muntazam va samarali ishtirok etish ta'minlanadi. Harakatga oid
tushunchalar, tamoyillar va qoidalarni boshlang'ich ta'limning birinchi 3-sinfida egallash kifoya.
4-8. Sinflarda talabalar faoliyat doirasida yangi strategiya va taktikalarni ishlab chiqishlari va
tushunchalar, tamoyillar va qoidalarni real hayotda va jismoniy faoliyatda qo'llash orqali
umumlashtirishlari mumkin.

•Jismoniy faollik bilan shug‘ullanishda salomatlikni mustahkamlovchi darajada ishtirok
etishga erishadi va davom ettiradi.
•Boshlang‘ich maktabga qadam qo‘yayotgan bolalar uchun muhim jihat shundaki, ular
jismoniy tayyorgarlik elementlarini bilishlari va jismoniy tayyorgarligini oshiradigan
sog‘lomlashtiruvchi mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashishda zavqlanishlaridir.
4.Standart
• Jismoniy mashqlarda muntazam qatnashadi.
•O‘quvchilar o‘z ixtiyori bilan jismoniy mashg‘ulotlarga qatnasha boshlagach,
mashg‘ulotlardan zavqlana boshlaydilar. Faoliyat va uning organizmga tez va kuzatiladigan ta'siri
o'rtasidagi bog'liqlikni anglay boshlaganlarida, jismoniy mashg'ulotlarda muntazam ishtirok etish
boshlanadi; Bu tananing jismoniy va psixologik salomatligini, ijtimoiy imkoniyatlarni,
munosabatlarni va hayot sifatini oshiradi.
5.Standart
•Jismoniy faollik muhitida mas'uliyatli shaxsiy va ijtimoiy xulq-atvorni namoyish etadi.
Ushbu standartning maqsadi shaxsiy ma'no beruvchi jismoniy faoliyatda ishtirok etishning
qiymati va ichki afzalliklari haqida xabardorlikni rivojlantirishdir. Jismoniy faollik qiziqarli, qiyin
va qiziqarli bo'lishi mumkin, bu o'z-o'zini ifoda etish va ijtimoiy muloqot qilish uchun
imkoniyatlar yaratadi. Bu imtiyozlar o'ziga bo'lgan ishonchni oshiradi va odamning o'ziga nisbatan
ijobiy munosabatini rivojlantirishga yordam beradi. Shunday qilib, u odamlarga hayoti davomida
biron bir faoliyatda qatnashish imkonini beradi. Boshlang‘ich ta’lim 1-5. 1-sinf o‘quvchilari
jismoniy mashg‘ulotlarda qatnashishdan zavqlanadilar, qiyinchilikdan zavqlanadilar va ularning
harakat qobiliyatlari rivojlanib, zavqlanadilar. 6-8. Sinflarda jismoniy mashg'ulotlarda qatnashish
qiyinchiliklarga dosh berish imkoniyatidir va ijtimoiy o'zaro ta'sir va guruhga a'zolik uchun muhim
jarayondir.
Yutuqlar
Yutuqlarni aniqlashda ular shaxsning rivojlanish xususiyatlari, ilmiy tadqiqot natijalari va
shaxs ehtiyojlarini hisobga olgan holda ikkita asosiy ta’lim yo‘nalishi (1. Harakat bilimlari va
ko‘nikmalari, 2. Faol ishtirok va sog‘lom hayot) bo‘yicha alohida belgilandi va ular boshqa
kurslarda ham xuddi shunday yutuqlar bilan bog'liq edi.
Xulosa va tavsiyalar
Ko‘rinib turibdiki, iqtidorlarni saralashda sport yo‘nalishiga mos bolalarni aniqlash,
ularning hozirgi sport tarmog‘ini qaysi yoshdan boshlaganini hisobga olgan holda to‘g‘ri tanlash
va yo‘l-yo‘riq berish muhim ahamiyatga ega. Bundan tashqari, tanlanadigan filiallarda tarmoqqa
xos test yaratish va ularni tanlangan bolalar guruhiga qo'llash filialga xos sport mahoratini aniqlash
nuqtai nazaridan muhim ahamiyatga ega deb hisoblanadi. 16 nafar ayol va 23 nafar erkak
o‘quvchining umumiy balliga qarasak, biz qo‘l to‘pi qobiliyatini sinovdan o‘tkazishtesti
qo‘llaganimizda, talabalar odatda standartlardan past ekanligi aniqlandi (Yomon). Olingan
ma'lumotlarning (Yomon) natijasiga kursda qatnashayotgan o'qituvchilar, sinf o'qituvchilari yoki
yetarli jihozlarga ega bo'lmagan filial o'qituvchilari ta'sir ko'rsatishi kuzatildi.
Takliflar
•Tana tuzilishi sportga mos bo‘lgan bolalarni yoshligidan tanlab olish, tegishli sport
tarmog‘iga yo‘naltirish va o‘sha sohaga o‘rgatish kerak.

•Har bir sport sohasi uchun alohida iste'dodlarni tanlash mezonlari yaratilishi va
sportchilarni tanlash ushbu mezonlarga muvofiq juda sinchkovlik bilan amalga oshirilishi kerak.
•Iste'dodlarni tanlash va yo'l-yo'riq ko'rsatish bo'yicha tadqiqotlar keng yoyilishi va ko'plab
bolalarga tatbiq etilishi kerak.
