Abstract

Annotatsiya.

Sportchilarga reabilitatsiya, kuch va konditsioner dasturlarini tavsiya qilish

va boshlashdan oldin, ularning faqat bir qismi emas, balki ularning harakat shakllarini tekshirish,
shu bilan biomexanik zanjirdagi eng zaif bo'g'inni ochib berish. Ish dasturlaridagi eng zaif

Abstract.

МЕТОДИКА ВЫЯВЛЕНИЯ СЛАБОРАЗВИТЫХ МЫШЦ У

ГАНДБОЛИСТОВ.

Аннотация.

Прежде чем рекомендовать и начинать программы реабилитации,

силовой и физической подготовки для спортсменов, изучите их модели движений, а не
только их часть, тем самым выявляя самое слабое звено в биомеханической цепи. Его
следует подготовить таким образом, чтобы обеспечить ликвидацию наиболее слабых
звеньев в рабочих программах и способствовать исправлению и устранению ограничений
на передвижение.
