It was founded in 1998.

The journal covers the problems of neurology, psychiatry, and neurosurgery. The Journal covers a whole range of current issues in etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases and associated disciplines, such as neuropsychoneurology, cardioneurology, neurosurgery, neuroendocrinology, physiotherapy, etc.
