The article is devoted to the analisys of historical information on the basis of “Kitab al-Futuh” (“The Book of Discoveries”) by Ibn ‘A‘tham al-Kufi.

This article reveals the essence of such terms as stability and security.

This article reviews the issues of cooperation between South Eastern Asian countries and China. Emphasizing attention on economic contribution of these countries, and also perspectives of coloboration development. The main stress is made on analysis of external policy of China and Asian Pasific region after “Cold War”. The key point of research is to study diversified cooperation on the issues of safety in the region on the platform of Association of South East Asian countries.

The article reviews the position of innovation in the national economy, the development prospects of innovation activity and the issues of formation and development of innovation infrastructure in enhancement of competitiveness of national economy. It  substantiates  the  importance  of  the  acquisition  of  foreign  technology  in  the innovation policy of the countries with transition economy. Analyzed the leading direction of creating a national innovation system and there are given suggestions for development and effective management of innovation infrastructure.

This article is dedicated to one of the urgent problems of our time as the migration  to  the  example  of  the  countries  of  Africa  and  the  Middle  East.  Actuality  is characterized by the fact that in spite of the measures taken in recent years, the number of migrants is increasing  on a large scale and become unmanageable process. This is facilitated by a number of factors, which are discussed in detail in the article.

This article is devoted to some features of the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China on ensuring the stability of social and political processes in the states of  Central  Asia  and  promoting  economic  prosperity  of  the  region.  In  particular,  the essence of the Belt and Road Initiative, aimed at the consistent development of constructive, good-neighborly relations between China and the Central Asian states, as well as raising them to a new level by increasing the region’s potential, is revealed.

The article is dedicated to analysis the essential tendencies of modern political reforms in the People’s Republic of China, as well as features of modernization of China’s political system, its economic and foreign policy aspects.

Recently, Republic of Korea and Republic of Uzbekistan have been buoyed up by expectations for new leadership. Under the new governments and new policies, the relationship between the two countries has entered a new phase. The new Korean government led by Moon Jae-in sees the new domestic and foreign policy initiatives led by the Mirziyoyev government as highly  encouraging  and  shows  great  interest  in  establishing  mutually  beneficial  partnership with the new government in Uzbekistan.

This article highlights the issue of studying the scientific heritage of Hakim Termizi in the Arab Republic of Egypt. In the study, information about more than thirty books of Hakim Tirmizi which studied by Egyptian scholars is given and some analyzes are made.

This  article  gives  the  information  about  handwritten  copies  of  “Arba’in” works in which there were collected 40 hadiths together and given them a poetry explanation and which were very popular in Eastern Islamic classical literature.

The article is devoted to work of Middle Asian scientist of XIII – beg. XIV century Jamal al-Karshi “Al-Mulkhaqat bi-s-Surakh” (“Addition to As-Surakh voca-bulary”). The article deals primarily with the relevance of the work and the level of its study and its translation, as well as research that will be made in the future.

This article is devoted to discuss what kind of religion people worshiped in the Nawbahar temple in Balkh in pre-Islamic times. In medieval sources there is different information  about  character  of  a  cult  in  the  Nawbahar  temple  in  Balkh.  According  to some sources, this temple was a temple of fire worshipers, i.e. Zoroastrians, according to another sources – it was a temple of idolaters, i.e. Buddhists. I think that the Nawbahar temple was built in reign of the Turkic qaghan El-Tegin (Parmuda, Nili-Khan) and in VI–VII centuries AD it was a cult centre of the Manichaeans.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the works of one of the greatest Chinese writers of the XXI century − Bi Shumin. The basis of Bi Shumin's works is the problems of every society. In the article the author analyzed the stories of Bi Shumin “Even the dog has a purpose in life" and "Positive qualities − 0". They refer to didactic stories, the purpose of which is to show exemplary behavior for the youth, aimlessly wasting their lives.

This article is devoted to Uzbek translations of Indian writer Premchand. In the article it was analyzed the problems of translation from Hindi into Uzbek. Especially, to the translation of phraseology in Premchand’s novel “Vardan”.

The question of teaching vocabulary of the Chinese language in Universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan is considered in the article. Particularly, the author based on the results of the questionnaire survey among the teachers of  Chinese language of Universities  and  students  of  Chinese  studies,  which  made  an  analysis  and  offered  her vision on solving the problem of development foreign language lexical competencies of students of the Republic of Uzbekistan with using  modern pedagogical technologies.

Newspaper-journalistic style has specific features and the main task of the materials  of  this  style  is  to  report  certain  information  to  certain  positions;  thereby achieving the desired effect on the reader or listener. The content of the newspaper and informational  messages  is  different  in  that  here  we  are  talking  about  events  that  are available for a broad understanding of the layers of non-specialists, directly or indirectly related to their lives and interests.

In the article, a linguo-poetic analysis of Alisher Navai's gazelle was carried out. It depicts the feelings of the lyrical hero, his views on the world and man. The article attempts to highlight the main facets of this image.

This  article  is  devoted  to  the  experiences  of  Mahmud  Tarzi,  the  Afghan enlightener, journalist, poet and statesman, in the tragic event, related to the coup d'état of 1928–1929 in the country, and through his poems of this period, his attitude to these events and factors, which led to them.

The  article  is  dedicated  to  scientific  heritage  of  the  great  encyclopedial scientist Abu Raykhan Beruni. There given information about his role in world's science and books written by him. As well as, there given analysis of Berunis scientific activity and common points in works of another scientists of his time.

In this article, the study of the history of the Arab conquests in the English-language  historiography  in  XX–XXI  centuries  is  discussed.  The  data  about  the  well-known English orientalists and their works on the history of conquests is analyzed.

The article is devoted to discuss Mirzo Ulugbek’s talents which not studied enough  by  scientists  and  his  contribution  on  innovation  and  achievements  on  history, music, poetry, mathematics, architecture as king and scientist.

The  article  is  dedicated  to  study  the  attributes  of  the  tent belongs  to  the  19th century used by Emir of Bukhara and nowdays is kept in the State Hermitage of St. Petersburg. Its museum piece is analyzed from a museum studies point of view in the article.
