This article discusses the issues of the state language and speech ethics, in particular, the specific aspects of the culture of official communication. It analyzes the importance of the correct, literary use of the Uzbek language as the state language in official documents, official correspondence, and departmental communication processes. It also substantiates the professional and social importance of adhering to ethical standards in the official style, observing the principles of respect, etiquette and language culture in the communication process. The article analyzes the inextricable link between speech ethics and the culture of official communication, and their role in the socio-cultural development of society.References
