Abstract

Our brain is one of the most amazing wonders of nature. The human brain usually uses all of its parts. All parts of the brain are used for different tasks, but each part has its own function. One part controls sensitivity and emotions, while other parts handle thought, memory, and other intellectual functions. These processes together lead to the use of the brain. This is evidence that the functions of all parts of the brain are closely related to each other.

Annotatsiya

. Bizning miyamiz — tabiatning eng g‘aroyib mo‘jizalaridan biri.Inson miyasi

odatda ularning xamma qismi orqali foydalanadi. Miyaning barcha qismlari turli vazifalarni
bajarish uchun ishlatiladi, ammo har bir qism o'z vazifasini bajaradi. Bir qismi sezgirlik va
hissiyotlarni boshqaradi, boshqa qismlari esa fikr, xotira va boshqa intellektual vazifalarni
bajaradi. Bu jarayonlar birgalikda miyaning ishlatishga olib keladi. Bu esa miyaning barcha
qismlarining bajariladigan vazifasi bir biriga chambarchas bog'liqligini dalilidir.

Abstract.

Our brain is one of the most amazing wonders of nature. The human brain usually

uses all of its parts. All parts of the brain are used for different tasks, but each part has its own
function. One part controls sensitivity and emotions, while other parts handle thought, memory,
and other intellectual functions. These processes together lead to the use of the brain. This is
evidence that the functions of all parts of the brain are closely related to each other.

НАУЧНЫЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ ПОКАЗЫВАЮТ, КАКУЮ ЧАСТЬ МОЗГА

ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТ ЧЕЛОВЕК

Аннотация.

Наш мозг — одно из самых удивительных чудес природы.Человеческий

мозг обычно использует все свои части. Все части мозга используются для разных задач,
но каждая часть выполняет свою функцию. Одна часть контролирует чувствительность
и эмоции, а другая отвечает за мышление, память и другие интеллектуальные функции.
Эти процессы вместе приводят к использованию мозга. Это свидетельство того, что
функции всех отделов мозга тесно связаны друг с другом.

edi. Birinchi katta yutuq shifokorlar elektrodlarni to'g'ridan-to'g'ri miyaga joylashtirishga
muvaffaq bo'lganlarida yuz berdi. Taxminan bir vaqtning o'zida neyron qanday ishlashi va u
nervlar bo'ylab va bir neyrondan ikkinchisiga qanday sodir bo'lishi aniq bo'ldi. Miya umumiy tana
vaznining taxminan 2 foizini tashkil etishiga qaramay, u kislorodning deyarli 20 foizini va
organizm tomonidan iste'mol qilinadigan bir xil miqdordagi kaloriyalarni ishlatadi. 1945 yilda
olimlar miyaning taxminan 73% suv ekanligini hisoblab chiqdilar. Uning atigi 2% suvsizlanishi
zaiflik, e'tibor, xotira va inson qobiliyatlarining yomonlashishiga olib keladi. Ko'pchilik xolesterin
salomatlikning asosiy dushmani ekanligiga ishonishadi. Albatta, siz xolesteringa boy oziq-ovqat
bilan o'zingizni bezovta qilmasligingiz kerak, ammo odam bu moddasiz umuman yashay olmaydi.
Tanadagi barcha xolesterinning taxminan 25% miya hujayralarida to'plangan bo'lib, ularsiz nobud
bo'ladi. Uzoq muddatli spirtli ichimliklarni iste'mol qilish bir qator sog'liq muammolariga,

funktsiyalarni yaxshilaydigan omega-3 yog kislotalarining ajoyib manbalari; yong'oq, pecans
(yong'oq tarkibidagi antioksidantlar ham miya holatiga foydali ta'sir ko'rsatadi).
Neyrojarrohlarning narkozsiz miya operatsiyasini bajarishini bilasizmi? Faqat miyada og’riq
sezgisi yo’q. Shuning uchun, biz bosh og’rig’ini boshdan kechirganda, miyaning o’zi emas, balki
atrofdagi to’qimalari o’g’riydi. Biz uyqu vaqtida miya o’chadi deb o’ylashimiz mumkin, lekin
aslida kundan ko’ra u tunda faolroq ishlaydi. Tetik vaqtda, miya alfa va beta to’lqinlarni va uyqu

balki 3,5 va eng yuqorisi 10% ishlashi haqida bahs qilishdilar. Albert Eynshteyning miyasi ham 3
foizga ishlagan, fikringiz noto’g’ri inson miyasi 100 foizga ishlashi mumkin emas degan

xulosalarga kelishdi. Endi o’zimning shaxsiy fikrimga keladigan bo’lsak , inson miyasi 100 foizga
ishlasa odam uchib ketadi degan gaplar juda ham ko’p. Bunga sabab esa kinofilimlar bu fikrni juda
omallashtirib yuborgan zeroki u film ilmiy fantastik bo’lsa ham, lekin insonlar buni kinoligini
unutib qo’yishgan. Inson miyasi neyroegiluvchanlik xususiyatiga ega. Agar biz miyamizning
qaysidir qismini ishlatmay qo’ysak, aynan o’sha qismi atrofiyaga uchrab, yo’q bo’lib ketishi
mumkin. Bu degani inson miyasi 5% ishlaganda 95% neyronlari atrofiyaga uchrab kichrayib, yo’q
bo’lib ketishi ham mumkin edi. Miyani 3-5% ishlashi haqidagi afsona Louel Tomas ismli
yozuvchiga borib taqaladi. Louel Tomas 1936-yilda Deyl Karnegi ismli mashxur yozuvchining
kitobidabiz faqatgina miyamizning 10% ini ishlatamiz’’ degan gapni aytib o’tgan . Bu ma’lumotni
jurnalistlar ommalashtirib targ’ib qilib yuborishgan. Shu sababli ko’pchilik bu ma’lumotga
ishonishni boshlagan. Jeyms Kaled ismli olimning aytishicha “1930-yillarda inson miyasi haqida
ko’p ma’lumotga ega bo’lmaganimiz va miyaning qanday vazifani bajarishini bilmaganmiz” deb
aytib o’tgan, shu sababli o’sha davrdagi neyrobiologlar inson miyasining ko’p boʻlimlari ishlamas
ekan, shu boʻlimlarni biz ishlatmas ekanmiz, 3 foizdan 10 foizgacha ishlatar ekanmiz, agarda
qolgan foizlarni ishlata olsak, kanday hodisa roʻy berar ekan?“, degan savolni qoʻyishgan. Bu
maʼlumotlar jurnalistlarning qulog’iga yetib borgan va ular turli xil afsonalarni yaratishni
boshlashgan. Hozirgi kunga kelib, har qanday neyrofiziologdan soʻrashingiz mumkin, inson
miyasi aynan 100 foizga ishlaydi. Lekin 100 foizli imkoniyatdan biz faqatgina maʼlum qismini
ishlata olamiz. Barri Gorden ismli neyrofiziologning tahliliga ko’ra, inson miyasi 100 foizga
ishlaydi, agar 100 foiz ishlamaganda, bunchalik energiya sarf qilmas edi. Inson miyasi 2 foiz
vaznimizni tashkil qiladi, lekin organizmimizdagi 20-25 foiz energiyani, tanadagi taxminan 50
foiz kislorodni sarflashi mumkin. Undan tashqari, inson miyasini MRT orqali oʻrganishganda,
miyaning deyarli barcha xujayrasi ishlashi kuzatilgan.

Xulosa

: Inson miyasi odatda ularning xamma qismi orqali foydalanadi. Miyaning barcha qismlari

turli vazifalarni bajarish uchun ishlatiladi, ammo har bir qism o'z vazifasini bajaradi. Misol uchun,
bir qismi sezgirlik va hissiyotlarni boshqaradi, boshqa qismlari esa fikr, xotira va boshqa
intellektual vazifalarni bajaradi. Bu jarayonlar birgalikda miyaning ishlatishga olib keladi. Bu esa
miyaning barcha qismlarining bajariladigan vazifasi bir biriga chambarchas bog'liqligini dalilidir
