Abstract. The article summarizes theoretical scientific opinions about the structure and

classification of construction materials, and analyzes construction materials. The article is

Bunday usullar bilan qurilish ashyolarining kimyoviy va fizik xossalari ilmiy tomondan

tajriba qilish, quruvchi va arxitektor mutaxassislar uchun o’quv dasturda ko’rsatilmagan. Ammo,

bunday usullarni asl mohiyatini kelajak magistr va menejerlar bilishi zarur.

Kimyoviy usul

- qurilish ashyolari tarkibidagi kremniy oksidlari, alyumin, temir, magniy,

kalsiy va shu singari faol moddalar miqdori aniqlanadi.

Qurilish ashyolarini (sement, beton, qorishmalar, bitum, har turli bo’tqalar) olishda ularni

suyuqlikdan quyuqlikka va qattiq holatga o’tish jarayonini, ya’ni koagulyasiya tuzilishda

koagulyasiya-krisstall va kristallga aylanishi plastometriya usulida tajriba qilib aniqlanadi.

Oquvchan moddalarni (bitum, sement suvi, smola, lok-bo’yoqlar va h.k.) suyuqlik darajasi

viskozometriya usullari bilan topiladi.

Elektrokimyo

usuli - ashyo tarkibidagi moddalarni o’zaro kimyoviy birikishidan ular

o’rtasida elektrofizik va elektrokimyo jarayon ko’rsatkichlari tahlili qilinadi.

Temir-beton konstruksiyalardagi armaturani zanglashi, eritmalarni RN ko’rsatgichlarini

aniqlashda potensiometr usuli qo’llaniladi. Ushbu usul eritmaga botirilgan elektrodlar orasida

kuchlanish farqini o’lchab aniqlashga asoslangan.

Termoanalitik

usul yordamida qurilish ashyolarini tayyorlashda yoki ishlatishda undagi

fizik-kimyoviy jarayonlar davom etaveradi. Natijada kichik issiqlik energiyalari paydo bo’ladi

(ekzotermik) yoki issiqlikni o’ziga yutadi (endotermik) yana moddalar aro buzilish, kristallarni

parchalanishi ro’y beradi.

Ushbu fizik jarayon termoanalitik usul yordamida o’rganiladi.

Differensial- termik analiz (tahlil) DTA

– usul yordamida issiqli ta’sirida ro’y

berayotgan moddalararo kimyoviy birikish va fizik o’zgarishlar o’rganiladi. Tajriba

bajarilayotganda bir yo’la na’munaning og’irligini o’zgarishi derivatograf asbobidan

foydalaniladi. Natijada, na’munani issiqlikni o’zida saqlash darajasi (DTA), na’muna harorati (t),

og’irligi (tg) va uning o’zgarish tezligi (DTG) aniqlanadi. DTA usuli bilan ashyodagi ekzo- va

endotermik jarayonlar ham o’rganiladi.

Ma’lumki har bir qurilish ashyosi atom kristall to’rlardan tashkil topgan. Atomlar orasidagi

masofa qancha kichik bo’lsa, ashyo shuncha mustahkam bo’ladi. Kristall to’rdagi atomlararo

masofani rentgen nurlari to’lqinlarni uzunligi bilan aniqlanadi.

Rentgengrafik

usuli. Qurilish ashyolarini tashkil qiluvchi moddalar va ularning atomlari

har turlidir. Rentgen nurlari esa har bir atom yuzasidan har xil tezlikda, uzunlikda va oraliqdagi

nurlar tarqatadi.

Natijada, qurilish ashyolarining tarkibini, tuzilishini, xossalarini va qanday birikkan yoki

birikmagan moddalardan tashkil topganligini, ularni o’lchamlari va faolligini aniqlash mumkin.

Infraqizil spektroskapiya (IK)

usuli. Moddani spektr nurlarini yutish va qaytarish

uzunligi va nur to’lqinlarini o’lchamini aniqlab uni tarkibi qanday moddalardan tashkil topganligi

aniqlanadi. Shuningdek, modda molekulalarini qanday bog’langanligi to’g’risida ma’lumolarni

ushbu usul bilan aniqlanadi.

Elektron paramagnit rezonans (EP)

(tebranish) usuli. Qurilish ashyolariga kuch

berganda molekula va atomlarda kuchlanish ro’y beradi va ular tebranadi. Bir xil tebranib turuvchi

molekulalarni boshqasi ta’sirida tebranishini o’zgarishi undagi elektron zaryadlar kuchlanishi ham

kattalashtiradi. Texnologik jarayonda bo’ladigan kimyoviy reaksiya natijasida erkin radikallar

hosil bo’ladi va ashyoni tuzilishi hamda o’zgarishiga doir ko’rsatgichlar aniqlanadi, shuningdek

bu usul bilan ashyodagi paramagnit moddalar miqdorini ham aniqlash mumkin.

Optika (yorug’lik)

usuli. Qattiq va suyuq jismlarni optik xossalari ularni qotishi va

quyuqlanish jarayonida o’zgaradi. Optik mikroskoplar yordamida 0,2 mkm gacha bo’lgan

zarrachalarni ko’rish mumkin.

Elektron mikroskop

bilan bir to’p elektronlarni kichik to’lqinli nur yordamida, o’lchami

Qurilish ashyolarining fizik xossalari

Mahsulotlarning sifatini baholashda, uning ichki tuzilishi xossalari bilan bog’liq

qonuniyatini o’rganishga doir ilmiy tekshirish ishlari mahsus tajribaxonalarda aniqlanadi.

Ashyolarning

fizik

xossalariga quyidagilar kiradi: ashyoning haqiqiy va o’rtacha zichligi,

g’ovakligi, bo’shlig’i; nam yutuvchanligi, suv shimuvchanligi, bug’ va gaz o’tkazuvchanligi;

issiqqa, yuqori haroratga, alangaga, sovuqqa va radiasiyaga chidamliligi, tok o’tkazuvchanligi,

tovush yutuvchanligi, tovushdan muhofazalash va h.k.

Pardozbop ashyolar tajribaxona sharoitida chidamlilikka, deformasiyalanishga,

ishqalanishga va issiqqa bardoshlilikga, hamda boshqa xossalarga sinab ko’riladi. Qurilish

ashyolari va buyumlarning xossalarini o’rganishda asosiy o’lcham birliklari to’g’risida mukammal

tasavvurga ega bo’lmoq kerak. Ashyolarning uzunligi, eni, qalinligi va bo’yi, mm, sm hamda

metrda ifodalanadi. Yuza maydoni, ashyoning yoki buyumning kesimi, sm

Ashyo zichligi uning tabiiy va g’ovaksiz holatdagi hajm birliklar nisbati, uning

o’rtacha zichligini (ρ) ifodalaydi:

G’ovak va sochiluvchan ashyolarda ρ<1, zich ashyolarda esa ρ=1 ga teng bo’ladi.

Ashyo zichligi orqali bino devorlarining issiqlikni saqlash qobiliyatini, xajmiga ko’ra

og’irligi kabi ko’rsatkichlarni bilish zarur.

G’ovaklik va zichlik ashyoning asosiy xossalarini ifodalovchi ko’rsatkichlardir. Bu

ko’rsatkichlar orqali ashyoning mustahkamligi, namlanuvchanligi, issiqlik o’tkazuvchanligi,

muzlashga chidamliligi va boshqa xossalari to’g’risida fikr yuritish mumkin. Ashyodagi g’ovaklar

G’ovak ashyoning to’la suvga shimilishi uchun sarflangan suv og’irligi shu ashyoning

quruqholatidagi og’irligiga bo’lgan nisbati orqali ifodalanadi. G’ovaklarning suvga to’la

qondirilgan holati ashyoning

hajmiy suv shimuvchanligi

deb ataladi. Odatda, g’ovaklarning

hammasi suv bilan to’lmasligi sababli ashyoning suv shimuvchanligi uning absolyut g’ovakligidan

kam bo’ladi. Chunki ashyolardagi kichik (0,0001 mm dan 0,001 mm larga teng bo’lgan)

g’ovaklarga normal atmosfera bosimida suv kirmaydi.

Suv shimuvchanlikni aniqlashda ashyolarni asta-sekin suvga cho’ktirish, qaynatish va

bosim ostida sinash usullari bor.

Jismning havodagi namlikni o’ziga yutish xususiyati havodan namlanish (gigroskopiklik)

deb ataladi. Gigroskopiklik

sochiluvchan ashyolar atrof muhitdan namni o’ziga tortadi.

O’zgarmas bosim ostida ashyoning havoiy nam holatidagi og’irligining quritilgan holdagi

og’irligiga nisbati shu ashyoning havodan namlanish xususiyatini ifodalaydi.

Ashyolarning suv shimuvchanligi bilan havoiy namlik ko’rsatkichlarining ortishi, ularning

xossalariga yomon ta’sir ko’rsatadi. Masalan, ashyo suvga to’la to’yinganda uning mustahkamligi

va chidamliligi kamayadi, zichligi, issiqlik o’tkazuvchanligi va egiluvchanligi esa ortadi.

Suvga chidamlilik.

Ashyoga muttasil yoki vaqti-vaqti bilan suv ta’sir etganda, uning

texnik xususiyatlari o’zgarmasa, bu ashyo suvga chidamli deb ataladi. Ayrim ashyolar, masalan,

hom g’isht namlansa, mustahkamligi kamayadi va o’z shaklini o’zgartiradi. Oddiy gipsdan

tayyorlangan buyumlarga ham suv ta’sir etsa, ularning mustahkamligi kamayadi.

Ashyo g’ovaklarining yuzasi gaz va suv molekulalarini adsorbsiya (molekulalarni yuzaga

botib kirishi) qiladi va namlanadi. Namlanish ashyoning tabiiy tarkibiga va uning tuzilishiga

bog’liq. Agar ashyo, tabiatan o’ziga suv molekulalarini faol sur’atda yutsa - uni gidrofil

(namlanuvchan) yoki suv molekulalarini o’zidan qochirsa - gidrofob (namlanmaydigan) deb

ataladi. Ashyolarni, ayniqsa maydalangan xillarini namlanmaydigan holatda saqlash kerak. Aks

holda uning namlanishi natijasida kukun bog’lovchi moddalarning xossalari yomonlashadi.

Ashyoning nam va quruqholatidagi og’irliklari orasidagi farqni 100 ga ko’paytirsak, uning

namlik darajasini (%) aniqlagan bo’lamiz. Ashyolarning namligi ortishi bilan bog’lovchi modda

zarrachalari orasidagi yopishish kuchi susayadi, binobarin, uning mustahkamligi kamayadi.

Muzlashga chidamlilik.

Ashyoni suvga to’yingan holatida muzlatib yana qayta eritganda

unda sezilarli buzilish alomatlari bo’lmasa, ya’ni mustahkamligi 25% dan, og’irligi esa 5% dan

ko’p kamaymasa bu ashyo muzlashga chidamli deb hisoblanadi.

Ashyo g’ovaklaridagi suv harorati pasayishi bilan muzlaydi va hajmi 10% gacha kengayadi

va buyumni mustaxkamligi va chidamligi kamayadi.

Ashyoning muzlashga chidamliligi mahsus muzlatgich kameralarida aniqlanadi.

Buning uchun sinalayotgan ashyodan tayyorlangan namunani quruq va to’la suvga

shimdirilgandagi quritilib og’irligi topiladi, keyin muzlatgich (harorati -15°S bo’lgan) kameraga

qo’yiladi. Muzlagan ashyoni eritish uchun, uni normal haroratdagi (20-25°S) suvga botiriladi.

Ashyoning turiga qarab, muzlatish va eritish uchun 4-6 soat vaqt ketadi. Namunaning 1 marta

muzlatib eritilishi bir

Serg’ovak ashyolarning suv shimish darajasi 85% dan oshmasa, uni muzlashga chidamli

Muz25, Muz35, Muz300, va undan ko’p.

Namunalarni 10, 15 yoki 300 siklgacha sinab, ularni siqilishga bo’lgan mustahkamligini

etalon namunalarga nisbatan qanchaga kamayganligi aniqlanadi va u muzlashga chidamlilik

koeffisenti - K

orqali ifodalanadi.

Tajribaxona sharoitidagi muzxonalarda sinalgan ashyolarning muzlashga chidamlilik

ko’rsatgichi uch yillik tabiiy muhit ta’siriga to’g’ri keladi. Taqqoslash uchun ayrim qurilish

ashyolarining muzlashga chidamlilik markasini keltiramiz: devorbop qurilish ashyolari - Muz15,

Muz35; tombop asbestsement - Muz30, Muz50; yuk ko’taradigan konstruksiyalar, gidrotexnik

inshootlar, yo’l qurilishi betonlari - Muz50, Muz300 va h.k.

Issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik.

Ashyoning bir yuzasi (sirti) issiq, ikkinchi yuzasi sovuq bo’lsa,

undan issiq oqim o’taboshlaydi. Uning issiqlikni o’tkazishiga qarab issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik

darajasi topiladi. Ashyoning bu xususiyati issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisenti (

) orqali

ifodalanadi.

Issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti haroratlar farqi (t1-t2) 1°S ga, qalinligi 1m, yuzasi 1

m

ga teng bo’lgan namunaning bir yuzasidan ikkinchi yuzasiga o’tgan issiqlik miqdoriga teng.

Ashyoning issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti – λ tajribaxonada aniqlanadi. Issiqlik

o’tkazuvchanlik, avvalo ashyoning tuzilishiga bog’liq.

Masalan, organik zich ashyolar (polimerlar va bitumlar) uchun λ=0,25-0,35 ga, anorganik

ashyolar uchun esa λ=5,0 Vt/(m∙°S) gacha bo’lishi mumkin.

Havoning issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti nihoyatda kam bo’lganligi uchun

(λ=0,02), bu ko’rsatkich doimo ashyoning g’ovakliligiga bog’liq bo’ladi. Ashyo qancha serg’ovak

bo’lsa, uning zichligi shuncha kam bo’ladi. Binobarin, g’ovaklar havo bilan to’lganda uning

issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti kamayadi.

Qurilish ashyolari issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyentiga ko’ra quyidagi sinflarga

bo’linadi: A-λ=0,08 gacha; B-λ=0,8-0,12; V-λ=0,12-0,2 va G-λ=0,2-0,24. Issiqlikni saqlovchi

konstruksiyalar va konstruksiyalarbop ashyolar uchun λ>0,21 Vt/(m∙°S).

Tashqi devorlarni qurishda, tombop va qavatlararo plitalarni tayyorlashda, issiqquvurlarni

muhofaza qilishda ishlatiladigan ashyolar ilmiy asosda tanlansa, respublikamiz kommunal

xo’jaligi sohasida eng qimmatli energiya manbaini tejagan bo’lamiz. Ashyoning g’ovaklari suvga

to’lishi bilan uning issiqlik o’tkazuvchanligi ortadi. Chunki havonikiga nisbatan 25 marta ko’p.

Ba’zi qurilish ashyolarining issiqlik o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti 2.2-jadvalda keltirilgan.

Gaz o’tkazuvchanlik.

Binoning ichki va tashіi tomonlarida bosimlar farqi bo’lganligi

sababli, devorlar va qavatlararo plitalardan havo o’tadi. Ashyoning havo yoki gazni o’tkazish

xususiyati uning gaz o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti bilan belgilanadi.

Gaz o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti µ—devorning qalinligi a=1 m, yuzasi S=1 m

va uning

ikki tomonidagi bosimlar farqi (R1-R2)=1 atm simob ustuniga teng bo’lgan holda τ=1 soat

davomida o’tkazgan gaz miqdori bilan o’lchanadi. Ba’zi ashyolarning gaz o’tkazuvchanlik

Gaz o’tkazuvchanlik ashyolarning fizik xususiyatlariga, avvalo g’ovakligiga va

g’ovaklarning tuzilishga bog’lik. Namlikning oshishi bilan gaz o’tkazuvchanlik ko’rsatkichi

kamayadi. Agar quruq betonning gaz o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti µ=0,04 ga teng bo’lsa, uni

suvga to’la shimdirilganda u o’zidan gazni umuman o’tkazmaydi.

Olovbardoshlik.

Qurilish ashyolari yonayotganda va olov manbai yo’qotilgandan so’ng

ham yonaveradigan ashyolarga (yog’och, qamish, jun va boshqalar)

yonuvchi ashyolar

deb

ataladi. Ba’zi yonuvchi ashyolar (smola, bitum, mum va h.k.) alangalanishdan avval yumshaydi

va eriydi.

Olov ta’sirida qiyin alanga oluvchi, tutaydigan yoki yonmay ko’mirga aylanuvchi, olov

manbai yo’qotilganda alangalanmay so’nib qoladigan ashyolar qiyin yonuvchi ashyolar deb

ataladi. Masalan, organo-mineral ashyolardan: arbolit, fibrolit, sement-qirindili plita shular

jumlasidandir.

Yonmaydigan ashyolar

o’t ta’sirida alangalanmaydi, tutamaydi, ko’mir holatiga ham

o’tmaydi. Bunday ashyolarga tabiiy anorganik ashyolar: g’isht, cherepisa, beton va boshqalar

kiradi. Yonmaydigan ashyolar o’z navbatida yana issiqlikka va yuqori haroratga chidamli

ashyolarga bo’linadi.

Agar ashyo 1580°S dan yuqori harorat ta’sirida uzoq vaqt qolganda erimasa va

deformasiyalanmasa, bunday ashyoni olov ta’sir etmaydigan deb ataladi. Masalan, shamot, dinas

va boshqalar.

Bino ashyolari va konstruksiyalari bo’ylab tarqaladigan ovoz to’lqinlari quvvatini

pasaytiruvchi va bir qismini qaytaraolish xossasiga ega bo’lgan qurilish ashyolari aks-sado

beruvchi (akustika) xususiyatga egadir. Tovushdan saqlovchi va tovush yutuvchi ashyolar,

aks-

sado beruvchi

Bino va inshoot devorlari va shiplari orqali o’tuvchi zarb tovushlari, havodagi va ashyo

tuzilishi bo’ylab yuruvchi tovush to’lqinlari, ashyo g’ovaklari ichidagi zarrachalarni tebranma

harakatga keltiradi va ularning bir qismi so’nadi. Binoni o’rab turgan ashyolarning tovushdan

saqlash qobiliyati desiball (dB) bilan o’lchanadi. Tovush to’lqinlari yuqori bo’lgan bino va

inshootlarda, ularni quvvatini pasaytirish uchun ishlatiladigan buyumlarga tovushdan saqlovchi

qurilish ashyolari deb ataladi.

Tovushdan saqlovchi qurilish ashyolariga mineral paxta va shisha tolali plitalar, ko’pik

polimerlar va hokazolarni misol qilish mumkin.

Qurilish ashyolarining

nur o’tkazuvchanligi

deganda, to’g’ri va tarqoq nurlarni o’zidan

o’tkazish qobiliyatga aytiladi. Ashyo qatlamidan o’tayotgan to’g’ri va tarqoq nurlar miqdorining

ashyoga tushayotgan nurlarning umumiy miqdoriga nisbati nur o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisenti deb

ataladi.

Ashyolarning nur o’tkazuvchanligi nafaqat uning kimyoviy tarkibiga, balki uning yuzasini

silliqligi va g’adir-budirligiga ham bog’liq. Masalan, qalinligi 2 mm li, yuzasi siliqlangan shishaga

to’g’ri quyosh nuri tushsa, uning nur o’tkazish koeffisiyenti η=0,78 ga, shisha yuzasi kamroq

silliqlanganda esa u η=0,85 ga teng bo’ladi. Shishadan o’tadigan hamma ultrabinafsha va ultraqizil

nurlar ashyoning nur o’tkazuvchanligini ifodalaydi. Inson organizmi uchun foydali bo’lgan

organik shishadan o’tadigan (polimetilmetakrilatdan) ultrabinafsha nurlar miqdori, ko’pincha 0,9

dan oshmaydi. Qolgan shishaplastik ashyolarning nur o’tkazuvchanlik koeffisiyenti 0,75-0,8 ga

teng. Silikat (oddiy) shisha oynalari o’zidan ultrabinafsha nurlarni o’tkazmaydi.

Xulosa.

Qurilishning muhim yo’nalishlaridan biri atom quvvatidan foydalanishga doir

yirik kapital qurilishlaridagi ashyolarga ta’sir etuvchi radiaktiv nurlar uning tuzilishini va

xossalarini o’zgartirmasa radiasiyaga

chidamli ashyolar

desa bo’ladi. Radioaktiv nurlanish

natijasida ko’p qurilish ashyolarining xossalari keskin o’zgaradi. Jumladan, temirning oqish

chegarasi oshadi (zanglamaydigan po’latniki 3 martagacha) uglerodli, hamda alyuminiy

qotishmalarining eziluvchanligi kamayadi, sopol ashyolarning zichligi va issiqlik o’tkazuvchanligi

ham kamayadi. Shuningdek, shishalarning rangi o’zgaradi. Radiasiyaga chidamli ashyolarni

tanlashda, ularning kimyoviy tarkibi va zichligiga qarab olingan namunalar sinaladi. Natijalar esa

o’zaro taqqoslanib ichidan engoniqarlisi nurlanish bor bo’lgan bino va inshootlar qurilishida

ishlatiladi.

Ashyoga jumladan temirga zararli modda ta’sir etganda uning yuza qatlamidagi zanglash

darajasi fotometrik usul bilan aniqlanadi. Mos ravishdagi sinash uchun ashyo namunalarining bir

yoki bir necha qirralari berilgan yaltiroqlikgacha keltiriladi (masalan, beton namunalarni qolipga

joylashtirganda betonga kam yopishadigan silliq shisha, po’lat yoki polimer plastinkalar), ularning

miqdori yaltiroqlikni o’lchovchi asbob bilan o’lchanadi. Sinash davomida yaltiroqlikni yo’qotish

o’lchanadi va uning miqdori bilan korroziya baholanadi.
