Эндометриоз является частой причиной тазовых болей и поражает до 10% женщин репродуктивного возраста. Эутопические клетки эндометрия у женщин с эндометриозом не могут подавлять гены, необходимые для децидуализации, такие как участвующие в регуляции клеточного цикла, что приводит к неудержимой пролиферации. Имеется несколько причин резистентности эндометрия к прогестерону, включая врожденное при котором внутриутробная среда делает младенцев восприимчивыми к неонатальным маточным кровотечениям и эндометриозу.

Ushbu maqolada O'zbekistondagi nodavlat oliy ta'lim muassasalarining rivojlanishi, yutuqlari va muammolari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida nodavlat OTMlarning paydo bo'lishi, huquqiy asoslari, erishgan yutuqlari va duch kelayotgan qiyinchiliklari o'rganilgan. Shuningdek, nodavlat OTMlarning mamlakat oliy ta'lim tizimidagi o'rni va ahamiyati ham ko'rib chiqilgan. Maqolada mavjud muammolarni hal etish yo'llari va istiqboldagi rivojlanish yo'nalishlari taklif etilgan.

It is not a secret that in recent years special attention has been paid to the development of the construction industry in Uzbekistan. Методы сравнения двух рукописных текстов с целью установления авторства были разработаны уже в течение значительного времени. Во многом это было просто связано с поддержанием опыта в связи с изменением техники почерка и разработки новых пишущих инструментов. Методы, к проблеме определения почерка были описаны в обширной литературе и изданы во многих странах.

This thesis examines the distinctions between code switching and code mixing, two critical phenomena in multilingual communication. By providing clear definitions and exploring the functions of each practice, the research highlights their unique characteristics and contexts of use. The study investigates the sociolinguistic implications of code switching and mixing, revealing how these practices reflect social identity, group affiliation, and cultural negotiation. Through a mixed-methods approach, including surveys and conversational analyses, the thesis offers insights into the motivations behind these linguistic behaviors and their relevance in educational settings. Ultimately, this research enhances the understanding of multilingual discourse and informs teaching strategies that acknowledge and leverage students' linguistic resources.

Technological advancements are transforming the banking industry, particularly in the area of risk management. Off-balance sheet (OBS) operations—such as derivatives, securitization, and guarantees—pose significant risk challenges to commercial banks. This study investigates the role of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and blockchain technology in mitigating these risks and improving transparency in OBS activities. The research employs a mixed-methods approach, integrating quantitative data from leading commercial banks with qualitative insights from industry reports, academic literature, and case studies. The findings suggest that advanced technologies significantly enhance risk assessment and management by automating processes, improving predictive accuracy, and increasing transparency in complex financial instruments. This study provides critical insights into how commercial banks can leverage these technologies to reduce systemic risk and enhance financial stability.

This article deals with the research of language units representing color and their conceptualization. Basically, the article emphasizes that the lexemes "white, black" in English and "aq, qara" in Karakalpak language are used in other meanings besides the meaning of color. Moreover, the article covers the analysis that represent worldviews of two comparing nations and the views of linguists on conceptual map of the world.

В данной работе рассматриваются изменения, новшества и достижения в спортивной сфере Узбекистана, а также необходимость подготовки квалифицированных специалистов в этой области. Учитывая растущую популярность массовых спортивных мероприятий, возникает потребность в квалифицированных спортивных судьях, что подчеркивается высказыванием Президента Республики Узбекистан Ш.М. Мирзиёева о важности образования и здорового образа жизни как основополагающих элементов национальной идеи. Процесс совершенствования компетенций студентов в области проведения спортивных соревнований и судейства осуществляется через внедрение кредитно-модульной системы. В исследовании применяются различные методы, такие как педагогическое наблюдение, опросы и анкетирование, что позволяет создать удобные и наглядные условия для обучения на платформах Hemis и Moodle.

This article examines the development of online markets and their impact on small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) in international trade. Based on literature analysis, the study explores SMEs' opportunities to access international markets in the context of digital transformation, analyzing the advantages and challenges of e-commerce.

В данной статье обозначены роль и значение государственных и частных предприятий в развитии экономики страны, проанализированы эффективности работы государственных компаний и предложены пути их развития, а также сделаны выводы и предложения по вопросам развития государственно-частного партнерства.

This scientific thesis is aimed at studying the pedagogical foundations of the development of oral speech in school reading classes of children with hearing impairment. The thesis describes the importance and effective methods of forming oral speech in students with hearing impairment. The study was conducted in order to meet the communicative needs of hearing impaired children, improve their socialization, and also ensure their linguistic development. The author reflects on the advantages and results of using interactive methods, didactic games, logopedic approaches in the teaching process. Ways to improve teaching methods in practice and the importance of creating the necessary environment for the development of oral speech are emphasized.
