In this article, we will consider the problems associated with the interaction of students from different cultures in the process of learning Russian. The problems of teaching Russian as a foreign language are a complex process that requires not only the assimilation of vocabulary and grammar, but also the development of intercultural competence. Linguistic problems such as grammar and pronunciation, sociocultural problems such as understanding cultural norms and customs, and psychological problems such as social discomfort are analyzed. To overcome these problems, recommendations are proposed for Russian language teachers as a foreign language. The PISA and TIMSS programs focus on assessing students’ academic achievements, including logical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific competencies, and through these programs, the effectiveness of education systems and students’ competencies are compared. The article discusses the existing challenges in applying international assessment criteria in Uzbekistan’s primary education system and their pedagogical implications. These challenges are mainly related to insufficient methodological preparation, lack of resources, and the inadequate qualifications of teachers. Education policies based on international assessment systems can positively influence not only the quality of education but also the economic and social development of the country. The research on applying international assessment methods in Uzbekistan’s primary education system is analyzed, and successful practices from educational systems in countries such as Finland, Singapore, and Japan are studied. This article analyzes the role of the Scratch program in the process of developing imagination and learning the alphabet in 1st grade students. The role of interactive and innovative technologies in the modern educational process is becoming increasingly important. Educational games, animations, and exercises created using Scratch serve to develop students’ creative thinking and reading and writing skills. Visualization of data using the Scratch programming language allows students to expand their imagination and develop creative thinking skills. By activating the letters of the “alphabet” and practicing their pronunciation, they are helped to better understand the letters. Additionally, exercises can be performed using letters to find similarities in words in terms of meaning and structure, distinguish differences and similarities between words, and derive specific meanings from capital letters. It is also substantiated that the visualization of words and letters using scripts in game scenes has an effective impact on the development of students’ imagination, as well as on mastering such methods of creative thinking as analogy, comparison, and generalization. The article highlights the capabilities of the Scratch platform, its effectiveness for elementary school students, and its contribution to imagination development.

This article highlights the important role of the family, neighborhood, and community in educating students in the spirit of patriotism. The family is the first place of education for a person and plays an important role in educating young people in the spirit of love and loyalty to their homeland and people. The neighborhood is the main tool for adapting young people to society, teaching them social values, and forming collective responsibility. The community, in turn, works in partnership with educational institutions and other social institutions to create a more comprehensive and effective system of this educational process. The article analyzes the interdependence, complementary features, and role of these processes in educating students as well-rounded individuals. The concept of patriotism is considered not only scientifically, but also spiritually, emphasizing that it is one of the main factors in forming the spiritual and moral worldview of students.
