Dental implantation is currently one of the most promising areas in the rehabilitation of dental patients. Despite the success achieved, dental implantation, like other surgical methods of treatment, is accompanied by various kinds of complications. The most common complications are of an inflammatory nature. However, there are many problems in dental implantology. This article presents a review of the scientific literature on risk factors for early and late complications of dental implantation. It is considered that a well-established and integrated dental implant should function for at least 10 years, satisfy the patient in aesthetic and functional terms, have clinical stability, and be biocompatible with respect to the surrounding tissues.
The popularity of orthopedic treatment using the method of dental implantation causes the interest of researchers to study the integration of implants in bone tissue. Analysis of the literature shows that the improvement of research technology and interdisciplinary approach to the study of the phenomenon of osteointegration of dental implants has led to a change in traditional concept in recent years. This article summarizes information about the physiological processes and cellular interactions occurring on the border "implant-bone tissue" in various stages of integration. The results of studies indicate the need for revision notions of bio inertness of titanium implants and consideration of the integration process in the immunological aspect.
Our scientific work examines the characteristics of labor migrants from the Samarkand region who have left and returned to the country over the past 5 years. The study found that migrant workers are more likely to be infected with sexually transmitted diseases regardless of the type of departure, mainly HIV / AIDS, as in such cases people diagnosed with the disease are limited in access to medical care and face many barriers. The present paper makes an investigation on the four points — (1) postmodern society is the society of communication established by mass media (2) postmodern society is a consumer society and (3) the culture of postmodern society is based on simulation, simulacra, or hyper-reality, and (4) postmodern society is nearing the fractal order. It also seeks to describe various postmodern trends in present Uzbekistan, the efficacy of the reforms in the social sphere and the need to be more conscious of the various side effects of the formation of westerntype consumer society.
The lack of understanding of bilateral breast cancer is a much more complex problem for oncologists. Today the incidence of unilateral as well as bilateral breast cancer is much higher than 10 years ago, which makes this problem even more urgent. Information about the causes of bilateral breast cancer, important criteria for the development of the disease, early diagnosis of the disease and early detection of the possibility of bilateral metachronous cancer, as well as preventive measures are not fully covered in the literature, scientific studies. In this article, the authors analyze the data of the recommendations of the international scientific society and the results of large clinical trials on bilateral breast cancer. Also, important criteria in the development of metachronous and synchronous breast cancer were analyzed, the results of clinical and morphological, immunohistochemical aspects were studied. The reasons for the development and modern knowledge about the diagnosis of bilateral breast cancer have been studied. In particular, the authors reviewed and studied about 40 foreign and domestic scientific works devoted to this problem.
To assess the hygienic status of the oral cavity depending on the treatment methods used. Material and methods: Under our supervision there were 92 patients with included and terminal defects of the dentition, who underwent prosthetics based on dental implants of the “DIO” system at the department of orthopedic direction of the FPC TGSI. Results: At the beginning of the study, the IGS was low in all three groups and corresponded to good implant hygiene. After 3 and 6 months, the index values were significantly worse and corresponded to the unsatisfactory implant hygiene. Patients of the 3rd group, who used the whole complex of individual and professional methods, had better indicators than in other groups. Conclusions: In patients using the irrigator, no signs of gingivitis were recorded for the entire observation period.
According to the Protocol of intraoperative direct prosthetics (IDP), the immediate functional load is provided by temporary orthopedic structures. The Protocol significantly reduces the treatment time and the need for preliminary pre-prosthetic reconstructive surgery-bone transplantation methods and allows you to bypass areas where transplants are ineffective. The orthopedic Protocol is simplified as much as possible. The possibility of prosthetics without the use of cement fixation of prostheses is realized. Protocols of intraoperative direct prosthetics for implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of patients require prototyping and designing of treatment results.
The feasibility and effectiveness of complex treatment in patients with secondary adentia and past Covid-19 was assessed. The planning of dental implantation in patients who have undergone Cavid-19 should be carried out with the most complete use of diagnostic procedures, including clinical, laboratory and functional examination of the patient. A systematic analysis of the studies conducted at all stages of dental treatment allows us to conclude that there are relative contraindications to dental implantation in patients with underlying pathology and who have undergone Cavid-19.
Orthopedic treatment of partial and complete adentia is prosthetics on dental implants. The development of methods is on the way to reduce injuries, reduce costs, reduce waiting times for the end of treatment and increase the service life of structures. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of prosthetics on implants in partial and complete adentia. The object of the study was 42 patients with partial or complete adentia. Prosthetics were performed after the method of one-stage or two-stage implantation of implants. The development of methods of prosthetics on implants is on the way to reduce injuries, reduce costs, and reduce waiting times end of treatment and increase the service life of structures.
Целью настоящего исследования явилось- оценка антимикробной активности пептидов ротовой жидкости у пациентов с гиперурикемией при подготовке к дентальной имплантации. Обследованы 48пациентов с гиперурикемией и с частичной вторичной адентией. В ротовой жидкости оценивали количество антимикробного пептида – кателицидина LL-37, альфа дефензина 1-3. Выявлено, снижение секреции а-дефензина 1-3 и антимикробного пептида – кателицидина LL37 в ротовой жидкости, которая коррелирует с уровнем мочевой кислоты в крови.
In article the essence and content of standard and legal base of foreign countries on anticorruption reveal, distinctive features of the legislation of foreign countries on anti-corruption are analyzed. On the basis of standards of the legislation of foreign countries the author shows emergency of system studying and introduction of positive aspects of the international standards on anti-corruption. It is proved that the standard and
legal base on anti-corruption is not limited to ad hoc acts and anti-corruption programs, but also includes norms of allied industries of the legislation (public service, ministerial procedures, government procurement).

The activity of the warehouse of the car depot was analyzed and problems associated with the timely delivery and release of inventory items to the workshops of the enterprise were identified. A generalized diagram of the technological process of a warehouse in the automation of accounting operations is presented, which contains material and information flows, as well as the main elements that display the flow of goods. The data obtained and the developed models were used to create an automated system for managing the warehouses of the car depot, which helps to increase the throughput of the warehouse, save space in warehouses and improve the quality when fulfilling orders from shop workers.

As with many other fields where the involvement of intelligent systems with the help of Artificial Intelligence is prevalent, transportation system cannot be ignored when it comes to incorporating AI and automation in order to improve the current transportation system by using new advanced technologies. There have been a lot of new tech nologies have been implemented in transportation systems especially in public transportation, making it convenient to use for commuters and other users. Having said that, de spite the fact that new technologies have been used to tackle some of the existing issues,there are some problems that are still persisting. For instance, traffc jams can be seen even in developed cities around the world, making specialists think deeply and push the boundaries of technology to come up with innovative solutions to cure existing hurdles in transportation. In terms of easing the heavy traffc flow, intelligent traffc lights powered with AI have their own role to play and huge progress can be seen in this area of research.Some of the technologies that are used in smart traffc lights are induction loops, microwave radar, and video detection. What has been done in this work is quite different from previous technologies and methods and proposes a new methodology to be used in traffic lights and with help of this method, traffc jams can be reduced significantly. Precisely, an algorithm based on a convolutional neural network is used to detect vehicles, and depending on the traffc density determined by live video footage, traffc lights make a smart decision about which road should be opened more while other another road should be closed for less time. From the environmental and economic perspective, this technology with the proposed methodology reduces greatly gasoline use by cars, thus reducing carbon dioxide emissions and saving the time passengers waste when stuck in traffc jams.
