In patients with radiculopathies of various origins, along with chronic pain syndrome, various prolapse of the pyramidal sphere of the peripheral nervous system is observed [1]. In groups of patients with radiculopathies, the motor sphere was investigated using the described methods of studying the neurological status Skoromets A. A, which revealed a statistically significant limitation of the motor sphere [2]. The performed electroneuromyography confirmed the lesion in the motor fibers in patients with chronic pain syndrome with radiculopathies of various origins [4].
The article presents the features of the clinical course of chronic brucellosis at the present stage, the issues of diagnostics and treatment, taking into account the results of our own observations of patients with damage of the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. There is characteristic of clinical and epidemiological, laboratory and instrumental diagnostics of chronic brucellosis, the issues of etiopathogenetic therapy are considered.

To assess the clinical efficacy of the SRK II formula with a correction factor Rm in children with congenital cataracts who are at risk of pseudophakic myopia. Material and methods. A complex examination of 48 children (86 eyes) with congenital cataracts involved visometrics, tonometry, tonography, biomicroscopy, keratorefractometry, ophthalmoscopy, ultrasonography, and pachymetry. To determine the IOL power, we used the SRK II formula supplemented with the individual correction factor Rm, proposed by the authors. The examined children were divided into 2 groups. The main group 1 included 22 patients (42 eyes), for which the IOL power was calculated with the Rm factor. The control group 2 consisted of 26 patients (44 eyes) for which the IOL power was calculated according to the traditional SRK II formula using age-related hypocorrection of refraction but without the Rm coefficient. Results. The correction factor Rm, allowed us to achieve the targeted refraction in children who were at risk of developing pseudophakic myopia in 83.3 % of cases of the main group (versus 45.4 % of the control group cases) and reduce the development of high age-related refraction) by 37.9 %. In children of the main group, visual acuity reached, on average, 0.5 ± 0.001, while in the control group it was also higher but only reached 0.200 ± 0.001. Conclusion.The method of calculating the IOL optical power involving an individual correction factor Rm, according to the formula: SRK II – R – Rm can be recommended for clinical practice focused on children at risk of abnormal refractogenesis.
The aim of the study was to study the immunological cytokine status in women with combined forms of fibroids and adenomyosis to determine their role in the course of the disease. Methods. A total of 165 women with uterine myoma and / or adenomyosis were examined and the patients were divided into 3 groups. The research methods were dynamic study of blood flow of nodes by ultrasound with Doppler and immunological blood tests. Results: determination of the level of proinflammatory cytokines in patients before treatment showed the following results: the level of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α was higher in all three groups than in the control group. IL-6 and TNF-α, as well as VEGF, which proved the effectiveness of therapy. Discussion: an increase in the level of cytokines in the blood is most pronounced in combined forms of fibroids and adenomyosis compared with isolated forms of fibroids and adenomyosis. This indicates the participation of the immune system in the development and progression of such hyperplastic processes of the uterus as myoma and adenomyosis.

This article presents an overview of the productive role of Indian diaspora in enhancing India’s soft power credentials and its influence in shaping India’s foreign policy. The article examines how the Indian diaspora has evolved into important non-state actors and bearers of India’s reputation’, ‘image’ and ‘prestige’ around the world. The author also attempts to highlight Indian diaspora striving to procure a good position in the soft power race. There are examples how, being a major power, India is wisely focusing its soft power strategies on potential cultural resources. This study finds Indian diaspora being recognized for its contribution in various scientific, technical and business fields as well as in politics and law. The Indian diaspora has acted as a navigator in the spread of Indian soft power resources such as yoga, Ayurveda, festivals, cinema, cuisine, culture, ideology and intangible heritage in foreign lands. The article also focuses on the utilization of Indian diaspora in promoting India’s soft power diplomacy in Uzbekistan. Special emphasis has been given to the strong cooperation in the pharmaceutical sector, in which the Indian companies are productively enhancing their business.

Particular attention is paid to the fact that English is currently outside the curriculum, and in most cases is necessary for the further life of language learners. The main purpose of project assignment is to turn a foreign language from a passive object into an active action. The article points out that the project assignment in teaching vocabulary creates the conditions under which 6 th grade learner learn group interaction and acquire communication skills, which is important for the socialization of language learners, especially in adolescence.

Childhood glaucoma is a chronic vision threatening condition that may significantly impact an individual’s psychosocial well-being. The prognosis of glaucoma largely depends on early and accurate diagnosis and successful treatment, including control of increased. The purpose is to determine the effectiveness of modified tonometers (Maklakova) NGm2-"OF TP" in performing tonometry and tonography in infants and children with microphthalmos and blepharophimosis. We have proposed modified models of Maklakoff tonometers weighing 5, 10, and 15 g, made of silver, the weights on both sides have contact plates, which are made of medical plastic and have a diameter of the applanation area d=8 mm. Methods: Tonometry and tonography using the simplified method of Nesterov A.P. were carried out in 30 (60 eyes) children aged from birth (0) to 16 years. Results: Our recommended design of weights showed results that do not differ from those obtained using standard Maklakov tonometers. At the same time, modified weights provide the opportunity to determine tonometric IOP and eye hydrodynamics in newborns and patients with microphthalmia and/or blepharophimosis, which greatly facilitates the work of pediatric ophthalmologists and reduces examination time.

Cellular immune status provides information on the relative and absolute numbers of cell populations (monocytes, granulocytes and lymphocytes) and subpopulations of lymphocytes in the blood. The human body is equipped with a complex defence mechanism whose primary function is to distinguish foreign antigens from the body's own antigens and initiate an appropriate immune response. Historically, innate immunity differs from adaptive immunity, and these systems work closely together. The immune response is mediated by both cellular components (B- and T-lymphocytes, NK cells, macrophages/monocytes, granulocytes and antigen-presenting cells) and humoral components (antibodies, complement factors, cytokines and other soluble effector molecules). [12,13].
