The development of the pre-school education system in our country and the radical improvement of the quality of preparation of children for school education have risen to the level of the main priorities of state policy. The article is devoted to the problem of personnel management in the system of preschool education, the content of which considers the organization of forms and management techniques aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational process and improving the quality of educational activities in a preschool educational organization. Furthermore, this research examines the issues of improving the management of the preschool education system, its content considers the organization of forms and management methods aimed at increasing the efficiency of the educational process and improving the quality of educational activities in the preschool education organization.
The article analyzes the experience of palliative treatment of 68 patients with dysphagia due to esophageal obstruction. In 61 patients, stenting was performed as planned, and 7 patients were operated on for emergency indications due to progressive dysphagia of the III-VI degree with damage to the upper 5 (7.3%) patients, the middle 24 (35.29 %) patients and the lower third of the esophagus of 39 (57.3 %) patients. Among them, esophageal tracheal and esophageal bronchial fistulas were detected in 28 patients with esophageal cancer. In 9 (32.14 %) patients, a fistula appeared after radiation therapy on the area of the primary tumor, in 19 (67.85 %) it was the result of the collapse of the primary tumor. According to our study of patients with esophageal cancer with dysphagia, men were 43 (63.2%), and women – 25 (36.7%), the average age was 65-85 years. Of the 68 patients with esophageal cancer with dysphagia, the urban population was 23 (33.82 %) patients and the rural population was 45 (66.17 %) patients.
All patients were recanalized and self-expanding stents with a company coating (FLEXTENT) were installed.
The study of morphological variants of the tumor showed: that 39 (57.35%) patients had adenocarcinoma and 29 (42.640%) squamous cell carcinoma.
Based on our analysis, endoscopic stenting should be recognized as the leading method of palliative treatment of patients with esophageal cancer complicated by dysphagia.
Linguistics is a social science that forms the scientific-theoretical basis of the science of philology. It first appeared as a science that studies the construction of pedagogical language. Over the centuries, the object of study, the subject of this science is changing. While its "foundation" was restored in ancient India before our era, the content of this science changed and expanded many times until the 21st century. Finally, at the end of the first quarter of the 20th century and its subsequent quarters, pedagogical linguistics developed as an independent science on a global scale. Sociolinguistics and the term This modern branch of pedagogical linguistics is sociolinguistics, that is, the social appearance of the term is sociolinguistics.
In this study, the need to make additions to the existing definitions of pedagogical terms was determined, and the cognitive-pragmatic aspect was studied. It also aimed to reveal the achievements related to the usefulness and possibilities of these pedagogical terms. Also, it is worth noting that in general terms related to pedagogy are generally used in all areas and situations of oral speech, except for the direction of pedagogy. For this reason, we set ourselves the goal of studying the cognitive-pragmatic aspect of the terms related to pedagogy and creating a theoretical basis for a wider understanding of the terms in this field of linguistics.
"Pedagogical language contact" as the main concept of sociolinguistics has a narrow and broad interpretation. When the term pedagogical language contact is read in a broad sense, the function of a means of communication is performed not only by two independent languages, but also by two dialects within the same language. That is, the speaker-addressee and the listener-addressees are persons belonging to different dialects of the national language. In addition, the pedagogical communication of the pedagogue through literary language or a dialect related to this pedagogical language is also an example of pedagogical language contact in a broad sense.
