The article discusses the importance of recognizing and considering the impact of learner characteristics such as age, learning style and learning strategies on successful language acquisition. It develops the viewpoint that learners’ specific learning needs such as style preferences, age factors and learning strategy specifications should be taken into account while teaching English to students in the EFL classrooms.

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy intellekt tushunchasining psixologik tahlili, uning shakllanish bosqichlari va intellektga nisbatan mavjud psixologik yondashuvlarning umumiy holati tahlili haqida ma’lumotlar yoritilgan.

This article analyzes current issues of pragmatics, pragmalinguistics, and pragmatics.The philological basis is interpreted. In addition, the human factor in pragmatics has been studied in detail. Perspective indicators are highlighted.

Іn thіs artіcle, the modern methods of Englіsh language teachіng, whіch are wіdely used today іn hіgher educatіonal іnstіtutіons and non-state educatіonal іnstіtutіons of our republіc, are іdentіfіed. Also, fundamental, lіnguіstіc, socіocultural, communіcatіve methods are comparatіvely analyzed, theіr role and іmportance іn the educatіonal process іs dіscussed.

The article discusses technologies for the development of special competencies of future Russian language teachers, modern approaches in the educational system of the Republic of Uzbekistan; the differences between the competencies and competencies of the teacher are revealed, the formation of the communicative competence of teachers of the Russian language and literature is considered.

Ishning boshlanishida paydo bo‘lgan sut kislotaning ma'lum qismigina oksidlanadi. Qolgan sut kislota esa mushaklarda vaqtincha to‘planadi va qonga o‘tadi. This article delves into the methodology of validation for credit scoring models in commercial banks, highlighting key steps, techniques, and best practices.

Tadqiqot davrida turli o'simlikda bargxo`r  qo`ng`izlar imagosini toppish orqali izlanuvchilar bu o'simlikni ayni tur uchun ozuqa sifatida ro'yxatdan o'tkazish uchun yetarli deb hisoblasi. Tadqiqotchilar har doim, iloji bo'lsa, dala kuzatuvlarini albatta laboratoriya sharoitida o`tkazib,ishonch hosil qilgandan so`ng xulosa qilishi kerak.

Буларнинг барчаси анча мураккаб ва айни пайтда республикамиз ҳаётида ечими зарур бўлган долзарб масала бўлиб, ҳозирги вақтда олиб борилаётган ташкилий ва бошқа ўзгаришларни амалга оширишда муҳим восита бўлиб хизмат қилади. Pragmatic competence plays a pivotal role in effective communication across diverse social contexts. It encompasses the ability to use language appropriately, taking into account cultural norms, social conventions, and the intentions of interlocutors. This competence goes beyond mere linguistic knowledge, emphasizing the understanding and application of implicit meanings, politeness strategies, and conversational implicatures. In both personal and professional spheres, pragmatic competence facilitates successful interactions, enhances relationship-building, and fosters mutual understanding. This article explores the significance of pragmatic competence in fostering effective communication, managing social interactions, and navigating cultural differences, highlighting its critical role in today's interconnected and multicultural world.

In this work  is considered  a differtial game of the second order, when control functions of the players satisfies geometric constraints. The proposed method substantiates the parallel approach strategy  in  this  differential game of the second order. The new sufficient solvability conditions are obtained for  problem of the pursuit.

Ўзбекистон Республикасида 2023 йил 30 апрель куни ўтказилган референдумда умумхалқ овоз бериш йўли билан янги таҳрирдаги Ўзбекистон Республикаси Конституцияси қабул қилинди. Парламентское право играет важную роль в современных демократических обществах, обеспечивая не только законодательное регулирование, но и защиту прав граждан, политическую стабильность и развитие демократических институтов. В данной статье рассматриваются основные аспекты парламентского права, включая его исторические корни с античных времён до современности, ключевые принципы, такие как разделение властей и принципы конституционизма, а также функции парламента, такие как законодательная деятельность, надзор за исполнительной властью и представительная функция. Делается сравнительный анализ парламентских систем различных стран, выявляются их особенности и общие черты. Исследование подчеркивает значимость парламентского права в современном обществе и предлагает направления для дальнейших исследований в этой области.

Ma’lumki butun dunyoda global muammoga aylangan diniy ekstremizm, terrorizm, odam savdosi, narkobiznes, qurol-yaroq savdosi kabi xalqaro jinoyatchilikning avj olishi natijasida millionlab fuqarolar jismoniy, ma’naviy-ruhiy va moddiy jihatdan zarar  ko’rmoqda.
