Abstract

"Information technology" is a concept that interacts with scientific issues in any pedagogical system. However, if the scientific problem represents the goals of education and training, then information technology represents the ways of education and training and means of achieving them. In this process, in the structure of the scientific problem, the determined qualities of students that need to be formed and developed in certain conditions participate as teaching goals, which in general determines the specific nature of the educational content.

Annotatsiya.

"Axborot texnologiyasi" har qanday pedagogik tizimda — il- miy masalalar

bilan o‘zaro munosabatda bo‘lgan tushunchadir. Biroq, agar ilmiy masala o‘qitish va tarbiya
qilish maqsadlarini ifodalaydigan bo‘lsa, u holda axborot texnologiyasi o‘qitish va tarbiyalash
yo‘llari, ulargan erishish vositalarini ifodalaydi. Bu jarayonda ilmiy masala tuzilmasida
talabalarning shakllantirilishi va rivojlantirilishi lozim bo‘lgan aniqlangan sifatlari muayyan
shartsharoitlarda o‘qitish maqsadlari sifatida ishtirok etadi, u esa umumiy holda ta’lim
mazmunining o‘ziga xos xususiyatini belgilaydi.

ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ В ОБРАЗОВАТЕЛЬНОМ ПРОЦЕССЕ.

Аннотация.

«Информационные технологии» — это понятие, которое

взаимодействует с научными проблемами в любой педагогической системе. Однако если
научная проблема представляет собой цели образования и обучения, то информационные
технологии представляют собой способы образования и обучения и средства их
достижения. В этом процессе в структуре научной проблемы в качестве целей обучения
участвуют детерминированные качества учащихся, которые необходимо формировать и
развивать в определенных условиях, что в целом определяет специфику содержания
образования.

Ключевые слова:

Педагогика, технология, образование, информация, психология.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS.

Abstract.

"Information technology" is a concept that interacts with scientific issues in any

pedagogical system. However, if the scientific problem represents the goals of education and
training, then information technology represents the ways of education and training and means of
achieving them. In this process, in the structure of the scientific problem, the determined qualities
of students that need to be formed and developed in certain conditions participate as teaching
goals, which in general determines the specific nature of the educational content.

Mamlakatning iqtisodiyotdagi, insonlar hayoti va jahon hamjamiyatidagi o‘rni axborot-

texnologik rivojlanishning holatiga bog‘liq bo‘lib qolmoqda. Zamonaviy texnologiyalarning
rivojlanish holati birinchi navbatda jamiyatning intellektual salohiyatiga, jumladan, ta’lim
sohasining rivojlanishiga bog‘liq. Ta’lim mazmuni va sifati masalalari jamiyatda ustuvor yo‘nalish
sifatida qaralmoqda. Dunyoning rivojlangan va rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlarida ta’limni
axborotlashtirishga alohida e’tibor qaratilmoqda. Ta’limni rivojlantirish, uning samaradorligini

oshirish yullari izlanmokda, ta’limda yangi axborot texnologiyalarini joriy etish ta’lim sohasidagi
islohotlarning diqqat markazidan o‘rin olgan.

Jahonda masofaviy o‘qitish ochiq ta’lim tizimining muhim bo‘g‘ini sifatida keng quloch

yoymoqda. Planetamiz sivilizatsiyasining axborot maydonida, jamiyatning har bir a’zosi, o‘zining
kundalik faoliyatida, uzluksiz ravishda axborotlardan foydalanadi. Doimiy ravishda ortib
borayotgan axborotlar hajmi jamiyatdagi intellektual salohiyatning oshishiga xizmat qiladi.
Jamiyatning har bir a’zosi hayotiy faoliyatining barcha sohalarida axborotlardan foydalanish
axborot muhitining shakllanishiga asos bo‘ladi.

Zamonaviy axborot texnologiyalari muhiti, o‘zida axborot ob’ektlarini, ularning o‘zaro

aloqasini, axborotlarni yaratish, tarqatish, qayta ishlash, to‘plash texnologiyalari va vositalarini,
shuningdek axborot jarayonlarining tashkiliy va huquqiy tarkibini mujassamlapggirgan bo‘ladi.
Hozirgi kunda ta’lim tizimi insoniyatning imkoniyatlari va talablarini inobatga olishi zarur. Ta’lim
tizimi shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan xarakterga ega bo‘lishi, ya’ni shaxsning har xil xususiyati va sifatiga
e’tibor qilgan holda differensiyalangan bo‘lishi kerak.

Yaqin o‘tmishda jahonning ko‘p mamlakatlarida hukmron bo‘lgan o‘rtacha o‘quvchiga

yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim tizimi bugunda nafaqat o‘quvchini, balki jamiyatni ham qoniqtirmayapti. Har
qanday ta’lim tizimi ma’lum bir ijtimoiy, ilmiytexnik, iqtisodiy, madaniy va nihoyat, siyosiy
muhitda shakllanadi va rivojlanadi. Bu muhitlarning eng ustuvori va ijtimoiyiqtisodiy omil
sanaladi. Ilmiy-texnik taraqqiyot, madaniy va siyosiy muhit ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy o‘zgarishlarni
rivojlantirishi yoki sekinlaiggirishi mumkin. Ta’lim tizimi jamiyatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy va
madaniy rivojlanishining asosiy vazifalarini amalga oshirishga xizmat qiladi, chunki maktab, oliy
ta’lim muassasi insonni iqtisodiyot, madaniyat, siyosiy hayotda faol faoliyat ko‘rsatish uchun
tayyorlaydi. Shuning uchun ham maktab va oliy ta’lim muassasasi ta’limning tayanch bo‘g‘ini
sifatida muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi. Shu bilan bir qatorda maktab va oliy o‘quv yurti pedagoglari
o‘rtasida ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy o‘zgarishlar va ilmiy-texnik taraqqiyot o‘zining ifodasini kechikib
topadi. O‘qituvchi va o‘quvchilarning fikrlashi va qabul qilish faoliyatida yangi g‘oyalar, yangi
texnologiyalarni o‘zlashtirish ma’lum bir davrni talab etadi.

Shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish, birinchi navbatda, ta’limning paradigmasini o‘zgartiradi.

Agar avvallari ta’lim tizimida o‘qitish ustuvor sanalgan bo‘lsa, hozirda jamiyatning
axborotlashuvi davrida ustuvorlik o‘qishga o‘rgatishga yo‘naltirilgan. Shu sababdan ta’limning
o‘qituvchi-darslik-o‘quvchi paradigmasi o‘quvchi-darsliko‘qituvchi paradigmasi bilan o‘rin
almashishi zarurdir. Pedagog yangi statusga ega bo‘ladi, endi uning vazifasi o‘quvchilarni
mustaqil bilim olish faoliyatini tashkil etish, bilimlarni mustaqil egallash va ularni amaliyotda
qo‘llashga o‘rgatishdan iborat bo‘ladi.

O‘qituvchi bunday maqsadlarda o‘qitishning metodlari, texnologiyalarini shunday tanlashi

kerakki, u o‘quvchilarga nafaqat tayyor bilimlarni o‘zlashtirishlarida, balki bilimlarni turli
manbalardan izlash, mustaqil egallash, o‘zlarida shaxsiy nuqtai nazarning shakllanishi, uni
asoslashi va avvalgi egallangan bilimlardan yangilarini olishda foydalanish imkoniyatini yaratish
kerak. Bunday o‘qitishni rivojlantiruvchi ham deyish mumkin. Bilimlarni o‘zlaiggirish fikrlashni
rivojlantiruvchi muhim omil hisoblansa-da, bilimlarni har qanday o‘zlaiggirish yoki egallash
o‘quvchining fikrlashiga rivojlantiruvchi ta’sir ko‘rsatmaydi.

Buning uchun bilimlarni, faoliyat shakllarini faollashtirish lozim. Egallangan bilimlarni

oddiy qaytarish o‘kuvchi va talabalarning mustaqil fikrlashlarini rivojlantirishda yetarli

bo‘lmaydi. Faol bilish, mustaqil fikrlash faoliyati juda zarurdir. Bilimlarni mustaqil egallash
faoliyati va olingan bilimlarni qo‘llash jarayoni yangi bilimlarni shakllanishiga, o‘quvchining
samarali fikrlash manbaiga aylanadi.

Shu sababdan mamlakatimizda va jahonning rivojlangan davlatlarida ta’lim sohasini isloh

qilish jarayonida pedagogik texnologiyalarning rivojlanishi zarur axborotlarni musgaqil izlab to-
pish, muammoni qo‘ya bilish va uning yechimini hal etish, olingan bilimlarni tanqidiy tahlil eta
olish va bu bilimlarni yangi masalalarni yechishda qo‘llash uchun yo‘naltirilgan. Endilikda
shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan ta’limning zaruriyligi barchaga ayon bo‘lmokda.

Shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish - bu o‘quvchining shaxsiy xususiyatlarini, qobiliyati va

imkoniyatini inobatga oluvchi, ilgor pedagogik va axborot texnologiyalaridan o‘quvchi shaxsini
rivojlantirishda samarali foydalanuvchi o‘kitishdir. Shunday qilib, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan o‘qitish,
o‘qitishni differensiatsiyalash va individuallashtirish asosiy tamoyil sifatida qaraladi. Shakl va
mazmunning rang-barangligi - o‘quvchining qiziqishi, imkoniyati va shaxsiy xususiyatidan kelib
chiqib taklif etilayoggan hollardan tanlash imkoniyatini beradi. Bunday imkoniyat ta’lim tizimida
ham o‘z aksini topishi zarur.

Har xil sathli o‘qitish bunday muammoning yechimi bo‘la oladi. O‘quv mashg‘ulotlarining

o‘quvchilarni kundalik fanlar majmuasi va ular bo‘yicha berilgan topshiriqlar majmuasi bilan
hisoblashishga to‘g‘ri keladigan qilib tashkil etilishi ko‘plab muammolarni keltirib chiqaradi.
Bunday holda o‘quvchilar biron bir fanga o‘zlarining diqqat e’tiborini to‘liq qarata olmaydilar.
Bunday notugalliklarni bartaraf etishda, nazarimizda, modulli o‘qitish eng yaxshi yechim
hisoblanadi.
