Abstract

Volleyball is a team sport dominated by attributes such as maximum strength, power, speed, endurance and shooting speed, with the ultimate goal being to score more goals than the opponent. Scoring and winning method is an effective shooting indicator. The purpose of this review is to examine publications on shot velocity in Volleyball over the past decade, to examine the concept of shot velocity and the importance of suggested training programs for its development. In volleyball, it is expected that the level of acceptance of athletes and coaches by researchers and the increase of skilled work related to practical training protocols in this field will be facilitated.

Annatatsiya.

Voleybolda jamoaviy sport turida maksimal kuch, kuch, tezlik, chidamlilik va

tortishish tezligi kabi xususiyatlar ustunlik qiladi, yakuniy maqsad raqibga qaraganda ko'proq gol
urishdir. Gol urish va g'alaba qozonish usuli samarali tortishish ko'rsatkichidir. Ushbu sharhning
maqsadi so'nggi o'n yil ichida Voleybolda o'q otish tezligi bo'yicha nashrlarni o'rganish, o'q otish
tezligi tushunchasi va uni rivojlantirish uchun tavsiya etilgan o'quv dasturlarining ahamiyatini
o'rganishdir. Voleybolda sportchilar va murabbiylarning tadqiqotchilar tomonidan qabul qilinishi
darajasi va ushbu sohadagi amaliy o'quv protokollari bilan bog'liq malakali mehnatning
ko'payishi osonlashishi kutilmoqda.

VOLLEYBALL

Abstract.

Volleyball is a team sport dominated by attributes such as maximum strength,

power, speed, endurance and shooting speed, with the ultimate goal being to score more goals
than the opponent. Scoring and winning method is an effective shooting indicator. The purpose of
this review is to examine publications on shot velocity in Volleyball over the past decade, to
examine the concept of shot velocity and the importance of suggested training programs for its
development. In volleyball, it is expected that the level of acceptance of athletes and coaches by
researchers and the increase of skilled work related to practical training protocols in this field
will be facilitated.

ПОНЯТИЕ И ЗНАЧЕНИЕ СКОРОСТИ БРОСКА В ВОЛЕЙБОЛЕ.

Аннотация.

Волейбол — это командный вид спорта, в котором преобладают

такие качества, как максимальная сила, мощь, скорость, выносливость и скорость броска,
при этом конечная цель — забить больше голов, чем противник. Метод подсчета очков и
победы является эффективным показателем стрельбы. Целью данного обзора является
изучение публикаций о скорости броска в волейболе за последнее десятилетие, изучение
концепции скорости броска и важности предлагаемых тренировочных программ для ее
развития. Ожидается, что в волейболе будет повышен уровень признания спортсменов и
тренеров исследователями, а также будет повышен уровень квалифицированной работы,
связанной с протоколами практических тренировок в этой области.

kuch qobiliyatiga ega bo'lish kerak. Raqobat paytida yuzlab marta yuqori intensiv jismoniy

faoliyatni boshdan kechirish holati yuqori darajadagi kuch talablarini, shuningdek, egalik qilgan
kuchni uzoq muddatli saqlashni talab qiladi. Maksimal kuch, kuch, tezlik, chidamlilik va olov
tezligi; elita bu darajadagi o'ynagan voleybolda muvaffaqiyat qozonish uchun zarur bo'lgan asosiy
omillardan biridir. Voleybolni boshqa tortishish sport turlaridan ajratib turadigan xususiyati
shundaki, to'p turli xil variantlarda yo'q qilinadi. Ya'ni, tortishish ko'p qirrali va murakkab
tuzilishga ega. Ushbu xilma o'z ichiga oladi; otishdan oldingi qadamning uzunligi, otish sakrash
orqali amalga oshiriladimi va boshqa xususiyatlar qamrab oladi. Ammo bu tortishish
biomexanikasiga qanday ta'sir qilishiga turli xil yondashuvlar mavjud.

Tortishish asosiy qobiliyat bo'lsa-da, unga tortishish samaradorligi jihatidan "tortishish

tezligi" va "urish" kabi ikkita asosiy omil ta'sir qiladi. Voleybolda muvaffaqiyatli bo'lgan
zarbalarni tahlil qilishda zarbalar tezligi ularning aniqligi bilan birga birlashtiriladi uni baholash
kerakligi tushuniladi. Tabiiyki, o'yinchining bu kuchi zarba paytida hosil bo'ladigan yong'in
tezligiga ham ta'sir qiladi. Shu bilan birga, o'yinchining to'pni tasarruf etish qobiliyati bu zarba
tezligi bilan bevosita bog'liq. Ammo tortishish qo'lining kuchi nafaqat yuqori oyoq bilan bog'liq;
tortishish texnikasi, uning davomida tana qismlarining uyg'unligiva uni pastki ekstremitalarning
kuchi bilan birgalikda baholash kerak.

Yurak urishini rivojlantirish bo'yicha turli xil o'quv dasturlarini amalga oshirish adabiyotda

ta'kidlangan masaladir. Bu borada qarshilik ko'rsatish bo'yicha o'quv dasturlari birinchi o'ringa
chiqadi. Voleybolda asosiy maqsad raqibga qaraganda ko'proq gol urishdir. G'alaba qozonish usuli
samarali tortishish ko'rsatkichidir. Samarali tortishish uchun katta ahamiyatga ega bo'lgan
tortishish tezligi tushunchasi ko'p yillar davomida tadqiqot mavzusi bo'lib kelgan; shuningdek, bu
voleybol murabbiylari, sportchilar va olimlar uchun zarur bo'lgan mavzu.

Otish texnikasi

Ma'lumki, musobaqada ishlatiladigan zarbalarning 73-75% sakrash, 14-18% yugurish

(qadam tashlash) dan keyin ushlab qadam bilan, 6-9% esa 7 metrdan, 2-4% yiqilish va 0-1% erkin
uloqtirishlar bilan otiladi. Qadam bosishdan keyin sodir bo'ladigan sakrash va ushlab turish
bosqichi tufayli gorizontal tezlikni oshirib, gorizontal tezlik oshadi, bu esa mudofaaning zarbaga
xalaqit berish ehtimolini kamaytiradi va zarba tezligini oshiradi. Qal'aning markaziga qarab
harakatlanish natijasida sodir bo'lgan zarbalar yuqori tezlikka ega; ammo, tortishish tezligiga
qadam va tos-magistral harakati ijobiy ta'sir ko'rsatishi ayon bo'ladi qo'yildi.

Voleybol-bu boshning tepasidan (tepadan) zarbalar kuchli bo'lgan va sportchi o'yin

davomida 100 ga yaqin pas va zarbalardan foydalanadigan sport turi. Yuqori tezlikda sodir bo'lgan
zarba, elka bo'g'imida sodir bo'ladi bu muvaffaqiyatli konsentrik eksantrik harakatlar bilan
tavsiflanadi. Otish paytida barcha bosqichlarda elkaning ichki va tashqi rotatorlari konsentrik
eksantrik ravishda bo'ladi ishlatiladi. Boshqa tomondan, shikastlanish xavfi va uzoq reabilitatsiya
davriga ega bo'lgan elka sohasi sportchida surunkali og'riq va azob-uqubatlarni keltirib chiqaradi.
Ushbu muammoga duch kelgan Voleybolchi tabiiy ravishda urish va tortishish tezligi jihatidan
ham muammolarga duch kelishi mumkin. Voleybol to'pining vazni va amaliy o'quv dasturlari to'pi
bilan standart stavka, antropometrik xususiyatlar, yuqori ekstremal qarshilik mashqlarining guruh
tezligi, maksimal kuch va quvvatdagi ta'sirini o'rgangan tadqiqotda maksimal kuch va quvvat
hajmining oshishi kuzatildi. Xususan, uni moliyaviy jihatdan arzon kuch mashqlari va oson
qo'llanilishi jihatidan sog'liq uchun to'p mashqlari elita sportchilarida yurak urish tezligini
yaxshilashi sababli ishlatish tavsiya etiladi. Ushbu topilma mushaklarda Voleybolni professional
ravishda o'ynamagan sub'ektlar guruhida sog'liq to'pi bilan mashq qilish yurak urish tezligiga
ijobiy ta'sir qiladi, ayniqsa elka sohasidagi mushaklarning rivojlanishi bilan parallel ravishda.

Yadro va kuchni qo'llash va mashg'ulotlar

Voleybolda zarbaning samaradorligi ko'p jihatdan zarbaning tezligi va aniqligiga bog'liq.

Mavzu bilan bog'liq tadqiqotlar o'rganilganda, noyabr darajasi tushunchasi pastki va yuqori
ekstremitalarning mushaklarini muvofiqlashtirish va maksimal portlovchi kuch bilan
birlashtirilganligi ta'kidlandi. Ushbu yo'nalishda yurak urishi va aniqligini oshirish uchun ba'zi
o'qitish usullaridan foydalanish majburiy bo'lib qoldi. Voleybolda noyabr oyi uchun
mushaklarning, ayniqsa qorin, paraspinal va gluteal mintaqalarda joylashgan mushaklarning
rivojlanishi juda muhimdir. Ushbu tadqiqotlarda cor mashqlarining jinsi va yosh guruhidan qat'i
nazar, maksimal yurak urish tezligida rivojlanishi statistik jihatdan ahamiyatli edi bu beradi, deb
ochiq-oydin qilingan. Hozirda asab-mushak kuchini va ish faoliyatini, shuningdek jamoaviy sport
turlarida portlovchi kuchni oshirish, Voleybolda o'q otish uchun ishlatiladigan og'ir atletika
bo'yicha Olimpiya mashg'ulotlari bu tezlik kabi portlovchi kuch va harakatni talab qiladigan
modulni aniqlash uchun ishlatiladigan usul bo'lib chiqadi.

Qarshilik tasmasini tayyorlashni qo'llash

So'nggi yillarda juda keng qo'llanilgan yana bir material elastik (qarshilik) lentalardir. Ham

sportchilar, ham harakatsiz shaxslar uchun qarshilik tasmasi dasturlari ayniqsa, reabilitatsiya
dasturlarida qo'llaniladi. Bundan tashqari, bu sportchilarni yuklashda xavfsiz muhit bilan
ta'minlaydigan samarali va arzon usul. Qarshilik tasmasini tayyorlashni tegishli qarshilik va tobora
ortib borayotgan yuk muhiti ta'minlangan ekan, sportchining noyabr kuchi va kuchini oshirish
usuli deb hisoblaydigan keng tarqalgan fikr mavjud.

Antropometrik Xususiyatlar

Yuqori va pastki ekstremitalar bilan bir qatorda antropometrik tuzilish ham Voleybol

sportchisida muhim xususiyatdir. Chunki musobaqa davomida huquqbuzarlik nuqtai nazaridan

jismoniy tuzilishning ahamiyatini oshiradi. Shu bilan birga, iste'dodni tanlash o'zgaruvchisi
sifatida ishlatiladigan antropometrik tuzilish ham insonning kuchi va kuchi bilan bog'liq.

Psixologik Holat

To'g'ri mashg'ulot sharoitlarini ta'minlash va sportda ishlashni yaxshilash maqsadida,

shuningdek, psixologik holatning roli katta. Xususan, maqsadlarni belgilash, tasavvur qilish,
qulaylik, o'z-o'zini gapirish, hissiyotlarni boshqarish va o'ziga ishonch sportdagi psixologik
qobiliyat bilan bog'liq. Adabiyotda asosiy mavzusi Voleybol va psixologik holat bo'lgan
tadqiqotlar soni etarli bo'lmasa-da, otishni o'rganish maxsus psixologik dasturlar yordamida
yaxshilanishi ta'kidlangan. Natijada salbiy stimullarni qabul qiluvchi sportchilarning yurak urish
tezligida sezilarli o'sish kuzatildi. Tadqiqot sportchilar va murabbiylar uchun o'zlarini yaxshi his
qilish va sport ko'rsatkichlari o'rtasidagi munosabatlar to'g'risida ajoyib natijalarni ochib berganga
o'xshaydi.

Xulosa Va Tavsiyalar

Voleybolda zarba berish tezligining g'alaba qozonishning asosiy sharti bo'lgan "ko'proq gol

urish" maqsadiga erishishdagi o'rni yaqqol ko'rinib turibdi. Yuqorida ta'kidlab o'tilganidek, yurak
urishi faqat mezon emas, balki u doimo aniqlikka moslashishi kerak. Taqdim etilgan tadqiqotda
yuqori/pastki ekstremite kuchi, yadro mintaqasi mushaklarining rivojlanishi, dumbbelllar va
qarshilik bantlari yordamida bajariladigan kuch mashqlari, sportchining jismoniy profili va yurak
urish tezligi bilan novemberometrik xususiyatlar o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik aniq ko'rsatilgan nozil
qilingan. Natijada, Voleybolda tortishish tezligi bo'yicha olib boriladigan malakali tadqiqotlar
sonining ko'payishi bilan; jins, sportchi darajasi va qo'llaniladigan o'quv protokollarining ta'siri
ushbu sohada ishlaydigan tadqiqotchilar va murabbiylar tomonidan qabul qilinadi bundan tashqari,
uni ko'rishni osonlashtiradi deb o'ylashadi.
