Abstract

The number of sports injuries increases when a person's health and physical fitness improves with increasing participation in sports activities. Warm-up and cool-down, flexibility exercises, coordination, balance and proprioceptive exercises are important in preventing sports injuries. Warming up and stretching have historically been the norm.

Annotatsiya. Sport mashg‘ulotlariga qatnashish ortishi bilan shaxsning salomatligi va

jismoniy tayyorgarligi yaxshilansa, sport jarohatlari soni ko‘payadi. Sport jarohatlarini oldini
olish harakatlarida isinish va sovutish, moslashuvchanlik mashqlari, muvofiqlashtirish,
muvozanat va proprioseptiv mashqlar muhim o'rin tutadi. Issiqlik va cho'zish mashqlari tarixan
odatiy holga aylangan. So'nggi yillarda propriosepsiyaning ahamiyati tushunilgan va bu boradagi
tadqiqotlar kuchaygan bo'lsa-da, muvozanat va propriosepsiyaga ta'sir qiluvchi mexanizmlar
bo'yicha tadqiqotlar etarli emas. Isitish va cho'zish mashqlari muvozanat va propriosepsiyaga
ta'sir qilishi mumkin bo'lgan parametrlar qatoriga kiradi. Ushbu sharhning maqsadi isinish va
cho'zish mashqlarining muvozanat va propriosepsiyaga ta'siri bo'yicha adabiyotlarni o'rganishdir.

Tadqiqot davomida adabiyotlar pubik sohada isinish, cho'zish, propriosepsiya va

muvozanat so'zlarini kiritish orqali skanerdan o'tkazildi. Tadqiqotlarga qaraganda, isinish

Abstract. The number of sports injuries increases when a person's health and physical

fitness improves with increasing participation in sports activities. Warm-up and cool-down,
flexibility exercises, coordination, balance and proprioceptive exercises are important in

increased in recent years, research on the mechanisms affecting balance and proprioception is
lacking. Warm-up and stretching exercises are among the parameters that can affect balance and
proprioception. The purpose of this review is to examine the literature on the effects of warm-up

scanned by including the terms warm-up, stretching, proprioception, and balance in the pubic
area. Research shows that warming up has a positive effect on balance in general, and that
stretching also improves balance. However, some studies have shown that stretching either impairs
balance or does not affect balance. When looking at the effect of stretching on proprioception,
many studies show that stretching generally has a positive effect on proprioception, while some
studies show no effect on proprioception and joint position sense.

There are studies showing that heating has a positive effect on proprioception. In future

studies, it would be desirable to use stretching cycles commonly used in sports fields. Research
design should include stretching periods similar to those used by athletes during warm-up, as well
as controlled and randomized study designs, comparing and contrasting different age groups.

ВЛИЯНИЕ РАЗМИНКИ И УПРАЖНЕНИЙ НА РАСТЯЖКУ НА

ПРОПРИОЦЕПЦИЮ И БАЛАНС

Аннотация. Количество спортивных травм увеличивается при улучшении здоровья

и физической подготовленности человека по мере увеличения участия в спортивных
мероприятиях. Разминка и заминка, упражнения на гибкость, координацию, баланс и
проприоцептивные упражнения важны для предотвращения спортивных травм. Разминка
и растяжка исторически были нормой. Хотя важность проприоцепции признана и в
последние годы количество исследований возросло, исследования механизмов, влияющих на
баланс и проприоцепцию, отсутствуют.

Разминка и упражнения на растяжку входят в число параметров, которые могут

Sport mashg‘ulotlariga qatnashish ortib borishi bilan shaxsning salomatligi va jismoniy

tayyorgarligi yaxshilanadi, sport jarohatlari soni ortadi. Sport jarohatlarini oldini olish
harakatlarida isinish va sovutish, moslashuvchanlik mashqlari, muvofiqlashtirish, muvozanat va
proprioseptiv mashqlar muhim o'rin tutadi. Issiqlik va cho'zish mashqlari tarixan odatiy holga
aylangan. Issiqlik asosiy sport mashg'ulotidan oldin bajariladigan past intensivlikdagi bir qator
harakatlarni anglatadi. Maqsad - sport samaradorligini oshirish va jarohatlar ehtimolini
kamaytirish. Stretch mashqlari mashg'ulotlar va musobaqalarda isinish va sovutish mashqlarining

Propriosepsiyani mexanoreseptorlar deb ataladigan o'ziga xos nerv uchlaridan markaziy

asab tizimiga keladigan barcha signallar sifatida aniqlash mumkin. So'nggi yillarda proprioseptiv
tadqiqotlar sport jarohatlarining oldini olishda tobora muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Mushak
shpindeli va Golji tendon retseptorlari mushak va tendonda joylashgan mexanoreseptorlar bo'lib,
mushaklar uzunligidagi o'zgarishlarga ta'sir qiladi. Propriosepsiyaga ijobiy ta'sir qiladi deb o'ylash
mumkin, chunki cho'zish mashqlari natijasida mushaklar uzunligi ortadi, isinish natijasida nerv
o'tkazuvchanligi va mushaklarning qisqarish tezligi ortadi.

Propriosepsiya sezgir retseptorlari mushaklarda, bo'g'imlarda, ligamentlarda va

tendonlarda ham mavjud. Ular tananing qismlarini mexanik siljishi bilan rag'batlantiriladi.

Tadqiqotchilar propriosepsiyani ikkiga ajratadilar: statik va dinamik propriosepsiya. Statik

propriosepsiya ko'pincha "pozitsiyani sezish" deb ta'riflanadi. Dinamik propriosepsiya "sezuvchi
harakat" deb ta'riflanadi. Markaziy asab tizimiga keladigan proprioseptiv stimullar orqali harakatni

So'nggi yillarda propriosepsiyaning ahamiyati tushunilgan va bu boradagi tadqiqotlar ortib

borayotgan bo'lsa-da, propriosepsiyaga ta'sir qiluvchi mexanizmlar bo'yicha tadqiqotlar etarli
emas. Issiqlik va cho'zish mashqlari propriosepsiyaga ta'sir qilishi mumkin bo'lgan parametrlar
qatoriga kiradi. Taxminlarga ko'ra, isinish mashqlari mushaklarning haroratini, mushaklarning
elastikligini, mushaklarning qisqarish tezligini, bo'g'inlar harakatini, mushakka keladigan kislorod
miqdorini va eng muhimi, nervlarni o'tkazish tezligini oshiradi, bu esa propriosepsiyaga ijobiy
hissa qo'shadi. Taxminlarga ko'ra, cho'zish mashqlari mushaklarning moslashuvchanligini,
