MANAGEMENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES IN GENERAL SECONDARY SCHOOLS BASED ON THE COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH

This article talks about managing the educational process in a secondary school based on a competency-based approach. Particular attention is paid to school management in the system of continuous education. It was discussed that the management of secondary schools is an urgent problem of our time, requiring the development of a strategy by improving their characteristics and areas that can be developed. The analysis of data on the pedagogical foundations of lifelong education, the practical interpretation of the socio-economic, pedagogical foundations and aspects influencing it are described.
