Abstract

Considering how the teacher receives information through communication tools, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of information about the student's identity. Handling - allows the person to be trained in a wide variety of conditions and skills. While dealing with students, the teacher is able to understand even the smallest parts. Although these are not so significant from the outside, they can be signs of the manifestations of necessary internal processes that happened in the person, which are very important for understanding him, in which the personality of the pedagogue plays a big role. The interpretation of the same event by different people is explained by its dependence on a person's past experience, this experience has three aspects: in general, life experience, experience of pedagogical activity, experience of dealing with students.

Annotatsiya.

Pedagog muomala vositasi orkali kanday axborot olishini karab chiqar

ekanmiz, o‘quvchining shaxsi haqidagi axborotning muhimligini alohida ta’kidlab o‘tish
kerak.Muomala - shaxsni g‘oyat xilma-xil sharoit va ko‘nikmalarda o‘rgatishga imkon beradi.

Pedagog o‘quvchilar bilan muomala qilar ekan, juda mayda qismlarini xam anglab

olishga qodir bo‘ladi. Bular sirtdan qaraganda unchalik ahamiyatli bo‘lmasada, shaxsda sodir
bo‘laѐtgan, uni tushunish uchun juda muhim bo‘lgan zarur ichki jaraѐnlar ko‘rinishlarining
alomatlari ham bo‘lishi mumkin, bunda pedagog shaxsi katta rol o‘ynaydi. Ayni xil hodisaning
turli kishilar tomnidan talqini, uning shaxsning o‘tmishdagi tajribasiga bog‘likligi bilan
izohlanadi, bu tajribaning uch jihati bor: umuman, haѐtiy tajriba, pedagogik faoliyat tajribasi,
o‘quvchilar bilan muomalada bo‘lish tajribasi.

ПЕДАГОГИЧЕСКОЕ ОБЩЕНИЕ И ЕГО ЗНАЧЕНИЕ.

Аннотация.

Рассматривая способы получения преподавателем информации через

средство коммуникации, необходимо подчеркнуть важность информации о личности
ученика. Хэндлинг – позволяет человеку обучаться работе в самых разных условиях и
навыках. Общаясь с учениками, преподаватель способен понять даже самые мелкие
детали. Хотя снаружи они не столь значительны, но могут быть признаками проявления
происшедших в человеке необходимых внутренних процессов, очень важных для его
понимания, в которых большую роль играет личность педагога. Интерпретация одного и
того же события разными людьми объясняется ее зависимостью от прошлого опыта
человека, этот опыт имеет три аспекта: вообще жизненный опыт, опыт педагогической
деятельности, опыт общения со студентами.

Muloqot inson faoliyatining ruhiy hamda ma’naviy asosi natijasida yuzaga kelaѐtgan

ijtimoiy ehtiѐjlar bilan birgalikda namoѐn bo‘ladi, «Shaxslar faoliyati motivatsiyasining asosi
sifatida yuzaga chiqaѐtgan ehtiѐj, manfaat, manfaatdorlik kabi ijtimoiy iqtisodiy omillar ma’lum
ma’noda ularni maqsadli o‘y fikrlari, istaklari yuzaga chiqishiga ham sabab bo‘ladi. Shaxslararo
munosabatlarni, muloqot madaniyatini qay darajada shakllanishiga ham sezilarli ta’sir o‘tkazadi.

Binobarin, muloqot odamlar orasida amalga oshiriladigan faoliyatlar ichida yetakchi o‘rin

egallab, u insondagi eng muhim ehtiѐjlarni jamiyatda yashash va o‘zini shaxs deb hisoblash bilan
bog‘liq ehtiѐjni qondiradi. Shuning uchun ham uning har bir inson uchun ahamiyati mislsiz».

Muloqot odamlarning birgalikdagi faoliyatlari, ehtiѐjlaridan kelib chiqadigan turli

faolliklari mobaynida bir-biri bilan o‘zaro munosabatlarga kirishish jaraѐnidir. Har bir shaxsning
jamiyatda ado etadigan faoliyati o‘zaro munosabat va ta’sir shakllarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Chunki
har qanday ish, avvalo odamlarning bir-birlari bilan til topishish, bir-birlariga turli xil
ma’lumotlarni uzatish, fikr almashinuvi kabi murakkab hamkorlikni talab etadi. Shunday ekan,
har bir shaxsning jamiyatda tutgan o‘rni, ishlarining muvaffaqqiyati, obro‘si uning muloqotga
kirisha olish qobiliyati bilan bevosita bog‘liqdir. Bir qarashda osonga o‘xshagan shaxslararo
muloqot jaraѐni aslida juda murakkab bo‘lib, unga odam haѐti davomida o‘rganib boradi.

Muloqotning psixologik jihatdan murakkab ekanligi haqida taniqli psixolog B.F.Parigin

shunday ѐzadi: a) individlarning o‘zaro ta’sir jaraѐni; b) individlar o‘rtasidagi axborot almashinuv
jaraѐni; v) bir shaxsning boshqa shaxsga munosabat jaraѐni; g) bir kishining boshqalarga ta’sir
ko‘rsatish jaraѐni; d) bir-biriga hamkorlik bildirish imkoniyatlari; ye) shaxslarning bir-birini
tushunish jaraѐni. Muloqot o‘z xususiyatlariga ko‘ra turli shakl va ko‘rinishlarga ega. Muloqot
inson amaliy faoliyatining moddiy ma’naviy shakllarini hamda uning ehtiѐjlarini o‘zida aks
ettiradi. («Xalq ta’limi» jurnali, 2003 yil, 3son, 48bet). 2. O‘qituvchining talabalar bilan muomala
odobi O‘qituvchi va talaba, domla va talaba o‘rtasidagi munosabat va muomala madaniyati
ularning fe’l-atvori, xulqi va olgan tarbiyasining amaliy hayotda namoѐn bo‘lishini bildiradi.

Kishining madaniyati, avvalo uning muomalasi, atrofdagilar bilan munosabatida ko‘zga

tashlanadi. O‘qimishli, madaniyatli, o‘qituvchi hamkasbidan, talabasidan nimani, qanday
so‘rashni, u ѐki bu masala yuzasidan murojaat qilish mumkinmi ѐki yo‘qligini, oilaviy
munosabatlarga daxldor masalalarga munosabat bildirish zaruriyati bormi yo‘qligini yaxshi
anglaydi. Muomala jaraѐnida suhbatdoshining kayfiyatini ko‘tarish, unga optimistik ruh
bag‘ishlash, uning o‘z kuchiga ishonchini hosil qilish ham o‘qituvchining eng muhim sifatlaridan
biridir. Shuni alohida ta’kidlash kerakki, tom ma’nodagi muomala madaniyatiga ega bo‘lgan
o‘qituvchi shuhratparastlik, manmanlik, befarqlik, hasadgo‘ylik, g‘iybatchilik kabi illatlarga toqat
qila olmaydi va unga qarshi kurashadi. O‘qituvchining muomala madaniyatining tarkibiy qismi
nutq madaniyati bilan bog‘liq. Chunki nutq va unda ifodalangan so‘z kishiga ta’sir etuvchi qudratli
psixologik kuchga ega. Uni faqat o‘zining mazmuni bilan emas, balki so‘zlovchining aytilaѐtgan
fikrini ifoda qilish uslubi bilan ham ta’sir darajasi va qudratini yanada orttirish mumkin Ingliz
dramaturgi B.Shou aytganidek, «Ha» so‘zini aytishning 50 dan ortiq uslubi bor, «Yo‘q» so‘zini
ham shuncha uslubi bor, ammo bu so‘zni ѐzishni faqat bir uslubi bor». (Xalq ta’limi jurnali, 2003

yil, 3son, 49bet). Bu fikr zamirida muloqot madaniyatiga doir juda nozik qochirim, ma’no
yashiringan. O‘qituvchi muloqotining negizida so‘z, fikr turar ekan, fikrni baѐn etish ifodasi har
bir o‘qituvchining saviyasi, ma’naviy dunѐsi, madaniyatiga asoslanadi. O‘qituvchining muloqot
madaniyati nafaqat shaxslararo munosabatlarga, balki shu bilan birga ishlab chiqarish, mehnat
jamoasi, jamiyat haѐtiga ham kerakligini hisobga oladigan bo‘lsak, bugungi kunda talaba, talabalar
fe’l- atvorini o‘rganish, ularning bir-birlariga mehr-muruvvatli bo‘lishga o‘rgatish, diniy
aqidaparastlik tomir otaѐtgan hozirgi davr uchun jamiyatni insonparvarlashtirish naqadar
dolzarbligini anglash mumkin. Umuman olganda, muloqot madaniyatini takomillashtirish
umuminsoniy ehtiѐj sifatida o‘z ahamiyatini yo‘qotmagan. Atoqli adib B.Shou so‘zlari bilan
aytganda: «Biz hozir havoda qush kabi uchishni, suvda baliq kabi suzishni o‘rganib olgan
bo‘lsakda, bizga bir narsa — insonlardek yashashni o‘rganib olish yetishmaydi». Artur Konon
Doyl asarining qahramoni, mashhur izquvar Sherlok Xolms ta’kidlaganidek: «Har bir inson o‘z
xususiyatiga ko‘ra hal etilmaydigan jumboq»dir. Kishilar xulqi, fe’l atvori bilan birbirlaridan farq
qiladilar, ammo ular orasidagi o‘xshashlik ma’lum darajada saqlanib qoladi. Demak, odamzodning
tashqi turqi tarovatigina, balki ichki olami, maslagi, insoniy qiѐfasi, hozirgi ko‘rinishi uzoq tarixiy
kamolot natijasidir. Bu kamolot zamirida esa kishilar o‘rtasidagi muloqot hamda muomala
madaniyati turganligi sir emas. Shu sababli o‘qituvchining muloqot madaniyatida ham oqilona
ehtiѐjni anglab olish muhim vazifadir. 3. O‘qituvchining talabalar bilan muloqot olib borish
yo‘llari. O‘qituvchining ish faoliyati davomida talabalar bilan muomala munosabatlari katta o‘rin
egallaydi. Bu jaraѐnda talaba insoniyat to‘plagan bilimlarni, muomala qilish tajribalarini
o‘zlashtiradi. O‘qituvchi esa pedagogik jaraѐnda asosiy shaxs bo‘lib xizmat qiladi, chunki unga
ѐsh avlodni o‘qitish va tarbiyalash vazifasi yuklatilgan. O‘qituvchi talabalarni o‘qitish va
tarbiyalash jaraѐnida umuminsoniy va milliy urf odat mezonlaridan saboq beradi. Talabalar
muomala odobini, muloqot olib borish yo‘llarini asosan o‘qituvchi timsolida anglab oladilar.

Muallim talaba uchun bir umr ideal, ibrat, namuna bo‘lib qoladi. O‘qituvchi bilan talaba

o‘rtasidagi muloqotni tartibga soluvchi talablardan biri talabaning xulqini, muomalasini, talaba
bajargan ishni odilona, to‘g‘ri baholashdir. Muloqotlar jaraѐnida o‘qituvchi ayrim talablarga rioya
qilishiga to‘g‘ri keladi: o‘z ishi jaraѐnida o‘qituvchi har bir talabaning qadr-qimmatini inson
sifatida hurmat qilishi, talabaga nisbatan ishonchi; talabaga mehribon, g‘amxo‘r bo‘lishi,
shodligiga ham, tashvishlariga ham sherik bo‘lish; talabalar bilan har qanday muloqot jaraѐnida
alohida ѐndoshish, pedagogik taktni saqlash. O‘qituvchi faoliyatida sharqona umuminsoniy
qadriyatlardan foydalanish. Milliy dastur, ta’lim to‘g‘risidagi Qonundan kelib chiqadigan
vazifalarni maktab talabalari, o‘quv yurtlarining pedagog xodimlari, professor o‘qituvchilari
amalga oshiradilar. Shu bois pedagog xodimlar o‘zlarining kasbkor sha’ni va qadr-qimmatlarini
himoya qilishlari: odob-axloq qoidalariga rioya etishlari, talaba, talaba va talaba, o‘qituvchi talaba
shaxsining qadr-qimmatini asrashlari; talabalarni mehnatga, qonunlarga, ota-onalarga, ma’naviy
tarixiy, madaniy milliy va umuminsoniy qadriyatlarga hurmat, atrof-muhitga ehtiѐtkorlik bilan
munosabatda bo‘lish ruhida tarbiyalashlari, ibratli faoliyatlari va shaxsiy namunalari bilan
umuminsoniy axloq qoidalariga, haqiqat, adolat, vatanparvarlik, yaxshilik va boshqa xayrli
xislatlarga nisbatan e’tiborni qaror toptirishlari lozim.
