Introduction

In modern society, a person's success in life directly depends on his knowledge, thinking

ability, culture and worldview. A person's worldview is a complex system that embodies his life
experience, beliefs, values, thinking and knowledge. Especially the worldview of the younger
generation determines their future life direction, social activity, feelings of patriotism and
humanity. In today's era of globalization and digital transformation, the issue of correctly

forming the worldview of young people is at the heart of the education system. Because
educated, broad-minded, spiritually mature young people are the main factor determining the
intellectual potential of any society. Therefore, modern education involves not only providing
students with certain knowledge, but also forming in them spiritual maturity, creativity,
independent thinking and perfect human qualities. Worldview is a person's outlook on life,
beliefs, values, culture of thinking and moral position. It determines the level of a person's
understanding of himself and the environment. Philosophically, worldview is the highest form of
human thinking, in which scientific knowledge, life experience, religious and spiritual values are
combined into a single system. Education is the main social institution that forms a person's
worldview. Through education, a person understands himself, learns to be active in social life
and finds his place in society. Pedagogical research (J. Dewey, L.S. Vygotsky, P. Freire)
emphasizes that education enriches a person not only with knowledge, but also with social
consciousness, moral norms and social responsibility. Therefore, a teacher should teach young
people not only to memorize information from textbooks, but also to analyze, discuss and apply
it in life. During the educational process, a student understands the world, forms his or her own
views, and learns to defend his or her position. This broadens his or her worldview. Worldview
is not only knowledge, but also a system of spiritual and moral values. Forming their views, a
person approaches life based on values such as goodness, justice, hard work, and tolerance.
Thus, spirituality and morality form the foundation of a person's worldview. Spiritual
consciousness is a system of conscious concepts of a person about society, morality, values,
homeland, and humanity. Education is the most important means of forming this consciousness.
It enriches young people not only with scientific knowledge, but also with values such as
humanity, honesty, and patriotism. Interactive education, problem-based learning, the use of
information technologies, and methods that develop critical thinking are important for expanding
the worldview of young people. Such approaches teach not only to master knowledge, but also to
apply it in practice, analyze it, and draw life conclusions. The educational environment is a
social space that influences the spiritual and intellectual development of a student. It embodies
the personality of the teacher, the educational process, and the culture of the educational
institution. Young people studying in a healthy environment think freely, demonstrate their
abilities, and develop a sense of national pride and responsibility. The broad outlook, deep
thinking, and spiritual maturity of young people are a guarantee of the sustainable development
of society and the transmission of national ideas and values from generation to generation.
Therefore, at each stage of the education system, special attention should be paid to spiritual
education, a culture of thinking, and humanistic ideas. The importance of forming the worldview
of young people Educational traditions deeply embedded in folk pedagogy have a great influence
on the formation of the worldview of young people. By transmitting cultural knowledge and
values, these traditions based on national values shape the ways in which young people interpret
and understand the world around them. From teaching moral lessons through storytelling to
imparting practical skills and wisdom through apprenticeship, folk pedagogy has a rich heritage
that shapes the perspectives of young people, instilling them with a sense of identity and
belonging to their communities. Cultural and historical context plays an important role in
understanding the development of folk pedagogy. In many societies, folk pedagogy has been
passed down from generation to generation as a way of teaching and transmitting cultural values,
beliefs, and practices. This educational tradition is deeply rooted in the cultural and historical
experiences of a society. By studying cultural and historical context, researchers have identified

key factors that shape young people’s worldviews in folk pedagogy. Understanding context
allows teachers to develop more effective teaching strategies that are consistent with the cultural
and historical values of a society. Folk pedagogy provides an overview of traditional educational
approaches that have been passed down from generation to generation. Its focus on practical
skills, experiential learning, and community engagement sets it apart from more formal
education systems. Embracing cultural values, traditions, and customs, folk pedagogy aims to
shape young people's worldviews and promote a deep sense of identity and belonging. Folk
pedagogy is traditional, although not widely recognized in basic education. In modern
pedagogical approaches, the main goal of education is to contribute to the formation of a person
as an independent thinker, responsible and spiritually mature person. In this regard, the teacher is
not only a person who gives knowledge, but also a spiritual guide. A spiritually mature person is
a person who is not only intellectually, but also spiritually and morally perfect. The Uzbek
thinker Alisher Navoi in “Mahbub ul-qulub” identifies three pillars of human perfection:
knowledge, justice and compassion. This trinity completely shapes the worldview of any person.
Examples of educational practice in different cultures In conclusion, educational traditions play
an important role in shaping the worldview of young people in folk pedagogy. These traditions,
based on cultural practices and beliefs, provide a unique perspective for learning and gaining
knowledge. By taking a holistic approach that combines practical skills with moral values and
cultural heritage, folk pedagogy not only equips young people with important life skills, but also
develops a sense of identity, community, and appreciation for the diversity of human
experiences. Thus, it is crucial to recognize and preserve these educational traditions in order to
ensure the well-rounded development of the future. Developing critical thinking skills through
folk pedagogy Traditional teaching methods have not paid much attention to encouraging inquiry
and inquiry among students. This approach tends to prioritize the transfer of knowledge from
teacher to student rather than fostering a sense of curiosity and intellectual activity. By not
promoting critical thinking and independent inquiry, traditional teaching methods can hinder
students from gaining a deeper understanding of the subject matter and limit their intellectual
growth. Therefore, it is crucial for teachers to incorporate more interactive and student-centered
approaches that actively encourage inquiry and inquiry. In addition to encouraging inquiry and
inquiry in traditional teaching methods, an important aspect of the educational traditions in folk
pedagogy is the integration of problem-solving activities into everyday life situations. By
engaging young people in practical scenarios, they are encouraged to think critically and find
solutions to life's problems. This not only helps them develop problem-solving skills, but also
allows them to navigate the complexities of the world around them. In addition, by using
problem-solving activities in different contexts, young people can understand the relevance and
application of their knowledge and skills in their daily lives. Folk pedagogy contributes to the
preservation and enrichment of cultural heritage by incorporating cultural values, beliefs, and
practices into the educational process. In addition, it develops a sense of identity and belonging,
allowing young people to understand their roots and traditions more deeply. Therefore, the study
and preservation of educational traditions in folk pedagogy is crucial for holistic development. In
addition, this research requires further research and study of the topic. While existing research on
the impact of educational traditions in folk pedagogy on the formation of youth’s worldview has
provided valuable insights, there are still many areas that need to be explored.

In conclusion, we can say that education is important in improving the worldview of

young people. Bad ideas do not come from an educated person. Many competitions are currently
being held in our country for the spiritual upliftment of young people. Today, many
opportunities and conditions have been created for young people. Educating young people as
complete people will be a great strength for our future. Educating our future generation in the
spirit of love for the homeland and loyalty to the homeland is the main goal of this nation and
people.
