ORGANIZATION OF DEVELOPMENTAL AND PSYCHOCORRECTIONAL

WORK IN PRESCHOOL AGE.

Abstract. The complex of psychological works is aimed at in-depth study

of psychological and pedagogical aspects of teaching students in schools,
colleges and lyceums, to identify their individual characteristics, the causes
of shortcomings in education and upbringing.

Keywords: Organization, development, psychocorrectional work,

Diagnostic and correctional work is carried out in groups or

individually. In this case, the practical psychologist performs the following
obvious tasks:

- In order to determine the compliance of young people with certain

criteria of development, the psychologist conducts a psychological
examination of children, students, students of special schools and colleges,
university students, determines their level of maturity.

- Diagnoses the professional suitability and ability of teachers, checks

their personality, willpower, emotions, ability to self-government,
intellectual level and pedagogical ability;

- Psychologist studies the psychological characteristics of pupils and

students, their interests, inclinations, initial abilities, develops a one-sided
(individual) attitude and approach to them, provides some assistance in the
formation of a specialist and a mature person, training (special exercise).

- Preschool children, students, students of vocational schools, students

of new types of schools, deficiencies in the acquisition of academic skills and
abilities encountered in the requirements of higher education, behavioral
deficiencies, mental development and personality diagnoses the causes of
disorders in the qualities.

- Checks the behavior of children in dealing with adults and their peers.
- Adapts psychophysiological methods to specific conditions, taking into

account the nature of their ethnography and ethnoculture.

- Differentiated differential diagnosis is carried out in conjunction with

specialists in other fields, taking into account the diversity of defects in
mental development;

- Determines the medical and defectological nature of defects;
- Deviant (offense) identifies the causes of anti-social behavior and their

forms;

-Examines the socio-psychological roots of drug addiction, drug

addiction, alcoholism, theft, debauchery, analyzes their factors, etc.

active methods, to determine the attitude of students to them, and on this

-Development of measures to increase the productivity of students,

- Socio-psychological examination of the problem of distribution and

effective use of leisure time among students, teachers, staff, students and
ways to organize leisure time in accordance with the purpose, as well as

-Development of measures to identify the sense of saving public funds

in schoolchildren, teachers, staff and students, a comprehensive

work, development of a complex of national pride, a culture of interethnic
relations.[1]

- Development of a scientific and psychological program for the

development of entrepreneurial skills of students, teachers and school staff,
as well as the analysis of its share in the production of material wealth.

This area of psychological activity requires the psychologist to actively

influence the process of shaping a person's personality and individuality.[2]
The task of the psychologist in the system of public education is to organize
psychological services based on certain rules, criteria, the development of
the psyche according to the characteristics of the age (children, pupils,
students), the implementation of the laws of personality formation, to assist
in the individualization of education of pupils and students, to instruct
teachers in the implementation of correctional work depending on their
abilities and level of inclination. Of particular importance in this area of
psychological services are the delay in the growth (development) of
children, pupils, students, their behavioral disorders, the deterioration of
mastery in education psychologist children, students, Takes into account the
age and rapid development of students, focuses all its activities on the
development of a program that guarantees dynamic development, covering
all aspects of their psyche, the main goal is to create a person who meets the
requirements of social growth, aspires to maturity in the environment of
universal, ethnopsychological laws .[3]

The psychological object of practical psychologists in the educational

process is the development and implementation of a program of gradual
correction of defects and shortcomings in the mental development, behavior
and behavior of children, pupils and students. To do this, he conducts special
classes with them, exercises to reduce disturbances, conducts trainings to
develop creative abilities.

Developmental and psychocorrectional work is organized by a

psychologist in various forms, situations and situations:

a) special work of a practical psychologist is planned to be conducted

separately with individual children, pupils and students;

(b) Other activities of psychologists shall be carried out specifically for

the purpose of exerting an educational influence on groups of children,
pupils and students;

c) training in the form of educational activities with the participation of

parents and the teaching staff.

The program of developmental and psycho-correctional work should be

designed in such a way that it reflects the value-oriented,
ethnopsychological and ethnocultural features of the group involved in the
correctional work: the program of the people, ethnos, nation, ethnicity,

traditions, customs, traditions, It is expedient to create special classes in
order to eliminate the imbalance between students and teachers of
vocational schools: taking into account their habits, stereotypes, etc.: their

are used to reduce the feeling of dissatisfaction with the position, to equip
special rooms to prevent and reduce emotional stress (room meets
international standards, control panel, display tools, audio training, social
training, technical means, scientific –practical must have methodologies).[4]
Corrective work must be carried out in a certain order, on the basis of
scientific selection, in a specific session. This should take into account the
ethnicity, age, sex, individual-typological characteristics, level of exposure of
the person experiencing emotional stress; Corrective work corresponds to
the nature of the occupation, activity, profession, increases the effectiveness
of the impact; The use of Japanese methods will also help to gather the
necessary information and relieve tension. It is necessary to provide
assistance in the psychological conditions of the solution, the factors and
ways to prevent educational shortcomings. [5] Valuable power should be
given to children, pupils and students in solving their personal problems.
Parents are given advice on the implementation of educational work, joint
analysis of conflict situations and psychological conditions, and practical
advice. Explaining to parents with high pedagogical etiquette that their
children need medical care or the need to go to other institutions, it is
necessary to convince them of the instructions. It is necessary to record and
mark the work to be carried out in accordance with all the rules and
approved documents.

It is necessary to inform the higher organizations on the results of its

activities (successes, failures, disputes, cooperation) in a timely manner, to
adhere to the adopted reporting forms. It is expedient to create a well-
equipped psychological office in kindergartens, schools, new types of
educational institutions and universities. Must actively participate in
seminars and scientific-practical conferences of practical psychologists. It
should not conduct inspections that contradict the ideology of the Republic
of Uzbekistan, the Constitution, social, ethnopsychological, ethical rules.[6]
Children, pupils and students must participate in the selection committee. It
should be at the forefront of assisting local authorities in the study of social
psychological conditions and in stabilizing mass movements.

Abstract. Sport selection is the basis for achieving results in sports. This
