Feedback is an essential part of the educational process. It contrasts learners' performance to educational goals to assist them to achieve or exceed those goals. According to Schartel (2012) effective feedback is presented in an appropriate setting, focuses on performance rather than the individual, is specific, based on direct observation or objective data, delivered using neutral, non-judgmental language, and outlines actions or plans for development. This research investigates the importance of giving feedback to students to improve their performance at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. The findings suggest that teachers play a key role in improving student performance by providing clear feedback, creating a positive and supportive learning environment, and building rapport with students. Teachers can also show students' mistakes by using non-verbal feedback, or other effective strategies, such as showing their mistakes by themselves, drilling correct answers many times, or giving them correct options and giving them a chance to correct mistakes by themselves.

Pedagogical excellence in education is an approach to making higher education accessible and reasonable to all. Provision of orientation, appropriate materials, and computer equipment is essential for all teaching and learning systems. The level of education in the twentieth century will be higher than it was in the twentieth century because of these changes and expansions. Conditions are created to prepare students for the challenges of the 21st century and to succeed in the future.

In this article, the issue that is considered urgent in modern times, that is, to provide environmental education by protecting and respecting nature, and by forming a positive personal attitude to the environment, to organize education and training to increase students' place in nature. is talked about.

The comparative morphology of the choroid plexus of the ventricles of the brain of rats was studied during euthanasia with an overdose of anesthesia and during euthanasia by acute experimental blood loss by transection of the carotid artery and abdominal aorta. It has been established that during euthanasia by an overdose of anesthesia, the plexus vessels are located compactly, and during euthanasia by blood loss they diverge. These phenomena during transection of the carotid artery are more obvious in comparison with those with transection of the abdominal aorta.

The importance of studying the ways to prevent family violence in the world is related to the fact that this phenomenon affects the personal and social life of people and is a real obstacle to equality, social development and building a democratic society. Currently, gender equality is officially recognized as the single value unit of modern world development, as the principles of spreading the values ​​of peace and tolerance, respecting human dignity, and refraining from violence. In world educational and scientific research centers, problems related to socio-psychological study of violence, especially violence against women, and giving the necessary suggestions and recommendations aimed at preventing violence through diagnostic research are being scientifically researched. Therefore, we can say that the development and progress of gender freedom will reach a high peak in the 21st century.

The present article aims to look at the benefits of implementing Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) as a new approach in ESP courses in Uzbekistan Higher Education. Although there are numerous worldwide studies on the adoption of CLIL, relatively limited research has been done to explore its implementation in Uzbekistan Higher Education.  Initially, the researcher explored the latest studies on the importance of CLIL in ESP courses and hypothesized that this approach was more likely to benefit ESP students in non-linguistic departments.

O‘qituvchilarning kasbiy rivojlanishini ta’minlash va zamonaviy texnologiyalarni ta’lim jarayoniga integratsiya qilish orqali o‘quvchilarning ingliz tili savodxonligi darajasini oshirish mumkin. Ushbu maqola ta'lim jarayonidagi bu omillarning ahamiyatini yoritib beradi va ularning ta’lim sifatini oshirishdagi rolini muhokama qiladi.

Teamwork is an integral part of modern management and helps ensure effective cooperation within organizations. This study analyzes the role of teamwork in management and its impact on success. Teamwork processes, communication and cooperation between employees are important in achieving the common goals of the organization. Effectiveness of teamwork, innovative ideas and speed in the decision-making process. Also, the motivation and satisfaction of employees increases in the teamwork environment, which ensures the competitiveness of the organization. The results of the study will help define the strategies needed to develop teamwork.

It is known that Mahmud Koshgari reached a high peak in world linguistics in the field of lexicography. He compiled an Explanatory dictionary of Turkic words in the XI century. Before Mahmud Koshgari, great advances were made in the field of lexicography in Arabic linguistics. In particular, such works of Khalil alFarahid Ibn Ahmad as Kitabul Ayn and Sibawayhi alKitab became famous in the Arab world. Mahmud Koshgari approached the publication of his dictionary from a critical point of view and followed a certain path. The dictionary-making tradition has evolved over the centuries, and various dictionaries in all languages have seen the face of the world.

This article highlights the work done by the Soviet government in the 20-30s of the XX century in order to increase the social activity of women in the southern regions of Uzbekistan.
