The article studies the normative and legal foundations of the social situation in the development of students with hearing problems in primary school, its specificity, problems of the social situation in their development and the factors influencing them.

Ushbu ishda hududiy rivojlanishning barqarorligi va uning global tendensiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Hududiy rivojlanishning barqarorligi iqtisodiy, ijtimoiy va ekologik omillarni muvozanatlashtirgan holda mintaqalarning uzoq muddatli rivojlanishini ta’minlashga qaratilgan. Ishda barqaror hududiy rivojlanish tamoyillari, xalqaro tajriba va turli davlatlarning bu boradagi strategiyalari o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, raqamli iqtisodiyot, ekologik barqarorlik, investitsiya jalb qilish va innovatsion infratuzilmalar hududiy rivojlanishga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi haqida fikr yuritiladi. Global miqyosdagi tendensiyalar asosida, hududiy rivojlanishni barqaror ta’minlash uchun samarali yondashuvlar va istiqbolli strategiyalar taklif etiladi.

Mazkur  maqolada  muallif   bir  vaqtlar  dunyoni  titratgan    turkiy  davlatlar  va  o‘lar  o‘rtasidagi   ziddiyatlar,  hamda  yuqotilgan  tarixiy  imkoniyatlar  va  uning  turkiy  dunyo  uchun  keltirgan   salbiy  jihatlari  to‘g‘risida  imkon  qadar  yoritishga  harakat  qilgan.

This article analyzes research on providing psychological assistance to students, examining its methodological foundations, existing challenges, and effective approaches. Psychological issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns are prevalent among students, making the establishment and improvement of quality psychological services a crucial task. Research findings indicate that the effectiveness of psychological services can be enhanced through educational, technological, socio-psychological, and innovative approaches.
