We carried out rehabilitation of patients after surgery with post-COVID aseptic necrosis of the femoral head according to the method developed by us in 49 patients. The patients were divided into 2 groups: the main group of 25 and the control group of 24 patients. The main group underwent rehabilitation developed by us, the control group by the traditional method. The results of rehabilitation were checked by the Coordination-speed test, the test parameters before the operation to the main group of the operated leg and after the operation, the difference in the number of movements in 10 seconds was estimated. when performing the test with an operated and non-operated leg, at the same time, the hip abduction index increased to the greatest extent after the operation. The data of the coordination test showed that the control group before the operation on the operated leg (retraction, step forward, backward) was within 9.0 m. These indicators after the operation on the 3rd- 5th day became 8.5 m, on the 14th day they were noted within 9.4 m . The data of the coordination test were noted before the operation to the main group on the operated leg (retraction, step forward, backward) was within 9.4 m. These indicators after the operation on the 3rd- 5th day became 9.8 m, on the 14th day they were noted within 12.4 m. The data obtained shows that the result in all parameters is better in the main group than in the control group, and the difference in the dynamics of indicators is clearly visible. Conducting better postoperative rehabilitation shows the performance of the gluteal muscles, as it is most important in terms of prevention of dislocations of endoprostheses. Thus, the method of stage-by-stage rehabilitation developed by us, post-COVID femoral head aseptic necrosis, contributes to improving the results of treatment. A differentiated approach to the rehabilitation of patients with post-COVID femoral head aseptic necrosis has reduced the duration of rehabilitation and disability.

The article describes the method of influence of the explosion action on the stability of the instrument array in ore quarries during operation. The voltage of the instrument array from the explosion action on optically active models was studied. In technological processes, the stability of the sides of rock and semi-rock rocks and the value of the angle of inclination of the sides is most affected by drilling and blasting. To ensure the safety of the sides of deep quarries, we recommend the method and management of deformation processes. Using this method, it is possible to create a simulation of the pressure of detonation products on a static and dynamic setting.
To develop a method of modified set bronchophonography and set a diagnostic criteria of bronchial obstruction syndrome in young children. The study involved 60 patients with acute bronchiolitis and 60 healthy infants. We have developed the method of modified bronchophonography consisting of the registra-tion system of the respiratory noises and the personal computer. The analysis of respiratory noise was conduct-ed using the special software. Method of modified bronchophonography is important in the diagnosis of bron-chial obstruction syndrome in infants because of its objectivity, simplicity and accessibility of use in pediatric practice. New informative diagnostic criteria of bronchial obstruction syndrome in children has been estab-lished - E:I index, bronchial obstruction is diagnosed at E:I index≥1,20, bronchial obstruction is absent if E:I index≤1,19

This method is the simplest for determining Vгм – volume of rock mass, m3, Др.м - volume of mined ore mass in the pit contour, t, Мэ - operational metals in the pit contour, kg, Vвск – volume of overburden rocks, m3, Kвск - coefficient of overburden rocks, Kг.м - coefficient of rock mass at different depths of the open pit with the use of graphoanalytic method by using the AutoCAD computer program.
The article analyzes and summarizes the theoretical views on the term text history, which is the basis of textual studies except that, the alternative method of study is discussed.The author justifies the need to develop an integrated system of text history research. Based on the views of the great poet and thinker Alisher Navoi, was defined the scientific criteria on which this system is based. It has been scientifically proven that the study of the history of the text has been used in the study of the history of hadith texts and that the highly effective method of interaction has been applied to the process of bibliography and scientific research of literary monuments. It was concluded that one of the main conditions for achieving scientific accuracy, textual perfection in the study of the history of the text of works of art is the use of the method of contrast.
This study presents a comparative analysis of different proportional-integral (PI) controller tuning methods for the control of a non-interacting liquid level process. Four different PI controller tuning methods, Ziegler-Nichols, Cohen-Coon, Tyreus-Luyben, and Internal Model Control, are evaluated based on their ability to track setpoint changes and reject disturbances. The simulation results show that all four tuning methods can provide satisfactory performance, but the Internal Model Control method outperforms the others in terms of all performance metrics evaluated. The Ziegler-Nichols method produces the worst performance, while the Cohen-Coon and Tyreus-Luyben methods perform better but still have limitations. This study highlights the importance of choosing the appropriate tuning method for liquid level control systems.

Subject of the inquiry: 994 women, delivered by operative way under subarachnoid anaesthesia for period since 1998 to 2004. In addition, 16 women’s corpses of fertile age, died from accident and during pregnancy, were examined.
Aim of inquiry: Increase of safety of combined subarachnoid anaesthesia during surgical delivery by finding out and estimating the risk factors, determining the groups of risk on the base of prognostic index, development of the algorithm of rational choice of the anaesthesia method.
Method of inquiry: Retrospective analysis and statistical processing of the clinical observations, produced in the analysis of the patient’s history, protocols of anaesthesia and cards of intensive care, as well as morphological and dura mater of the died women histochemical examinations.
The results achieved and their novelty: Complications and side effects of different variants of combined subarachnoid anaesthesia of the pregnant women were detail studied and classified; the anatomico-physiological factors, promoting the development of the neurological complications of subarachnoid anaesthesia were revealed; new prognostic indexeses of the risk of development complications and side effects afterf subarachnoid anaesthesia in pregnant women , as well as severity complications indexes were developed; the algorithm of the choice of the anaesthesia method in pregnant women was developed, allowing to reduce frequency and severity of anaesthesia complications and to improve the quality of anaesthesia.
The main advantages of developed indexes arc using simple clinical data and the absence of need in using the special methods of the examination or special equipment.
Practical value: Developed complex introduced into clinical practice and practical recommendations on prognosis, preventive maintenance and treatment of the complications of combined subarachnoid anaesthesia, allowed the 1,5 times as much reduction of the frequency and severity of the complications and their outcomes, improvement in the quality of anaesthesia 3,5 times as much. Due to its accessibility and simplicity, the technique can be used in all types of hospitals including central district hospitals.

This paper deals with the problem of determining the convex shape of the curb trajectory in order to ensure the stability of the curb, enhance the safety of overburden stripping and open pit mining. The method of cubic splines is used to determine the trajectory of the side. For application of this method the length of the pit base (or ledge) is divided into arbitrary n parts and in each partial segment the corresponding cubic spline function is constructed, being combined, each curve into a common curve, gives a common curve corresponding to the profile of the trajectory of the pit face.
