Today's labor market, along with professional skills, sets the task of mastering foreign languages for a specialist in any field, since the demand for highly qualified and competitive specialists is an important issue on the agenda. The study of English in the system of professional medical higher education in Uzbekistan determines the effectiveness of such measures as further improving the level of training in the field of medicine, working with world scientific literature, effective cooperation with foreign partners, and professional maturity. Improving the methods of teaching English to medical students, as well as the quality of education, directly affects its further productive use and further improvement of the professional skills of a future medical specialist.

As part of the study of the Bukhara-Khiva oil and gas region, a geologist performed a comprehensive analysis of geophysical information on wells - lithological description of the core, laboratory determinations of reservoir properties, log curves, test results. The article is presented. The most complete information on the structure of the surfaces of the suprasalt complexes was obtained from the top of the Bukhara layers of the Paleogene. The obtained data were incorporated into the logging interpretation algorithms, which made it possible to give a litho-petrophysical characteristic of each of the formations of the Jurassic Cretaceous oil and gas complexes within the Chardjoy stage of structural-facies zones.

It should be noted that in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as in the Commonwealth of Independent States, environmental policy is based on a number of conceptual principles, the protection of the environment, rational use of natural resources, environmental safety of the population is regulated by a number of environmental legislation.
About 30 special environmental laws and more than 350 normative legal acts have been developed by many governments to ensure the ecological safety of the population, the rational use of natural resources, its protection and its transmission to the next generation in a pure form. It is obvious that the development of fundamental research in the field of physiology, genetics and selection and the implementation of this research in practice will have a positive impact on the development of agriculture.

This scientific article analyzes the importance of notarial activity in protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities, and separately highlights the features of the use of blockchain technology in the work of notaries, which is a promising direction for improving notarial activity and practice. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the issues of digitalization and the use of blockchain technologies in notarial practice are currently poorly studied, which leads to increased interest in these issues. Constant scientific developments in this direction allow notaries to enrich their knowledge, develop skills and competencies, which is the basis for improving the quality and professionalism in the provision of notarial services. The purpose of the scientific article is the need to consider the aspects and features of notarial activity, and determine its impact on the protection of the rights and interests of various subjects of civil legal relations. The research methodology in a scientific article consists of using such methods of cognition as the dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, generalization, modeling, forecasting. The results of the study are developed scientific and theoretical proposals on improving notarial activities, taking into account the use of digital technologies. Specifically, notarial actions were highlighted aimed at protecting the rights of individuals and legal entities for whom contacting a notary is a constant necessity. The obvious conclusion was that the study of notarial activities contributes to the search for new methods, technologies and approaches that can improve processes in this area, simplify procedures and increase the level of confidence in notarial acts.
Aim of the research was the study activity of sympaticoadrenal system (SAS) at elderly patients with ischemic heart disease (IHD) and combinant subclinical hypothyrosis (SH) the level of daily excretion of cateholamines (CA) and activity of mo- noaminoxyase (MAO) in combination with determine activity processes of peroxide oxidation of lipids (POL). Results of examination of 28 patients with IHD and 14 patients with IHD in combination with SH were analyzed. Patients with IHD in combination with SH had the decrease of activity of SAS, which manifested by decrease excretion of CA. The maximum decrease of activity of MAO in patients with IHD and concomitant SH was detected. Also processes of POL were augmented, it was verified by increased
level of malonic dialdehyde - final substance of peroxidation. On the base of received results, it could be supposed, that decrease activities of SAS and POL are interrelated inpatient with combined pathology
