In modern dental literature (textbooks, manuals) periodontitis is presented as an inflammatory disease of periodontal tissues in the region of the tooth root. The authors believe that this definition does not affect the dryness of the pathological process. Periodontal tissue is located in the periodontal lining - its inflammation is periodontitis. But if the process has gone beyond the periodontal gap into the alveolar bone, it should be referred to as osteitis. Based on this situation, the authors propose a new clinical and anatomical classification of inflammatory diseases of periapical tissues.
According to WHO, vascular diseases of the brain in the developed countries of the world account for 15% of the total mortality. At the same time, acute and chronic encephalopathies occupy a special place in the structure of vascular diseases. In recent years, special attention has been paid to encephalopathies developing as a result of renal pathology, since kidney diseases, namely chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a huge socio-economic problem that leads to cerebral complications, with a significant deterioration in the quality of life, a sharp loss of working capacity, and a high percentage of mortality. In the diagnosis of various encephalopathies and other disorders of cerebral circulation, an invaluable role is played by MRI, MSCT, brain angiography with their wide diagnostic capabilities.
In the article, the situation worsened in the first years of Soviet power, malaria, whooping cough, rickets, diarrhea and constipation, gastrointestinal diseases, dysentery, measles, tetanus increased in children and posed a great threat to the lives of children, measures were taken. taken to eliminate these diseases, the sick children of Chimyeon were sent to a sanatorium. Some achievements of pediatric medicine between the war and post-war periods, problems and measures and measures to eliminate diseases are described.
More than a century ago, a link was discovered between oral infections, tooth extraction and cardiovascular diseases (infectious endocarditis), and by the middle of the 20th century, the practice of routine prescribing antibiotics for the prevention of endocarditis before invasive dental procedures appeared Since 1950, the theory of infection development associated with infection of the alveolar bone system, The etiological role was also expanded to several other anatomical areas not related to the oral cavity.
In modern society, diseases of the oral cavity are of humanitarian, socio - economic significance. Today, tooth decay and periodontal disease remain the most common dental disease not only among adults, but also among younger populations around the world. According to recent epidemiological studies conducted on healthy children, the incidence of dental pathology is high, with the prevalence of caries among healthy age groups 12-15 years old is 63.3-83 years, 4% and 81.7-88.7%, intensity 3.02 -3.75 and 4.6-5.73, and the prevalence of periodontal tissue diseases in the group of healthy 12-year-old children ranged from 37.8% to 50%, in the 15-year-old group of children it ranged from 57.7% to 84, 7%. The prevalence of caries is also high in children with mental retardation of preschool and school age, while the intensity of caries is higher in children aged 13–18 years with mild mental retardation (MAD). These indicators increase with age and depend on the severity of the underlying disease.
We carried out a program for the prevention of dental diseases in children with disabilities, however, most of them were focused on children with mild and moderate mental retardation, where not only the degree of mental retardation was taken into account, but also teaching them oral care skills, the degree of socialization and the child's diet.
The results of a comparative study of the oral cavity of pregnant women with hypertrophic gingivitis and without inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity (ESD) were studied on the example of the Samarkand region as a risk factor for the development of hypertrophic gingivitis in pregnant women. It has been shown that during pregnancy, the negative influence of local factors of hypertrophic gingivitis significantly increases. Keywords: hypertrophic gingivitis, pregnancy, dental indicators, risk factors Despite numerous studies, the etiology of inflammatory periodontal diseases in pregnant women has not been sufficiently studied. Thus, the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of gingivitis in pregnant women remains insufficiently effective. In addition, many medications and effects cannot be used during pregnancy (or perhaps, but there is only a risk comparable to the health of a mother with gingivitis). The fruit depends on the means used). On the other hand, hypertrophic gingivitis negatively affects the course of pregnancy and increases the likelihood of perinatal complications [1,2]. In particular, periodontitis often contributes to premature birth and intrauterine infection of the fetus, since it complicates the course of pregnancy and is a focus of infection in the mother's body.[3] Many inflammatory diseases have regional peculiarities of development, course and treatment related to its iodine state, the state of ecology, the epidemiological situation and the organization of medicine, as well as the genetic characteristics of the population of this territory [4,5]. It is reasonable to assume the presence of such signs in hypertrophic gingivitis. However, at the moment there are no special publications dedicated to this disease in the Samarkand region.

Our scientific work examines the characteristics of labor migrants from the Samarkand region who have left and returned to the country over the past 5 years. The study found that migrant workers are more likely to be infected with sexually transmitted diseases regardless of the type of departure, mainly HIV / AIDS, as in such cases people diagnosed with the disease are limited in access to medical care and face many barriers. Going on. Sexually transmitted diseases are one of the most acute problems of the human body, which is not only a "battlefield" with various microorganisms, viruses and harmful external influences, but also a reflection of the general health of the body. Most AIDS patients are self-medicated at home. Because of AIDS in the human body, the immune process is weakened, which mainly fights against microorganisms. One fifth of labor migrants with clinical signs of STIs self-medicate.
Target. То study the structure of nosology, demonstrated by the syndrome of recurrent vomiting, for timely assistance in primary health care. Materials and methods. The study included 176 sick children with recurrent vomiting symptoms. Verification of clinical diagnoses were carried out based on clinical, laboratory and instrumental research methods, including: clinical anamnestic methods, biochemical blood analysis, ultrasound examination, EGDS, X-ray contrast method for the study of the gastrointestinal tract.
Result. The symptom of recurrent vomiting in preschool children, regardless of the sex of patients, occurs most often in functional and organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (83.5%), in metabolic disorders - in 14.2% and in pathology of the central system - in 2.27 % of cases.
Conclusion. The most common causes of vomiting in children are diseases of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT), both functional and organic. Vomiting can also be caused by both congenital metabolic defects and endocrine disorders.
Objective: To study the prevalence of inflammatory periodontal diseases and the level of provision of periodontal care to the population of the Andijan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Material and methods: A dental examination was carried out on 177 people aged 15 to 74 living in different districts of the Andijan region. All surveyed were divided into 4 age groups: from 15 to 34 years; from 35 to 44 years; from 45 to 64 years; 64-74 years old. Results: The prevalence of inflammatory periodontal diseases in the Andijan region is at a high level, more than 50% of the population of the republic need preventive measures; and 20% require qualified periodontal care with the participation of not only a periodontist, but also other specialists: a dental surgeon and an orthopedist. Conclusions: It is necessary to think about a new system for organizing care for periodontal patients, providing for the complexity and consistency of our actions in the real conditions of the dental service.
The authors researched the effectiveness of complex treatment of patients with age-related macular degeneration by additional use of the drugs Citicoline and Ginkgo Biloba. Application of the proposed method leads to persistent increase of visual functions, to improvement of hemodynamic indicators, as well as to increase of retinal action potential amplitude, which reflects functional activity in macular area and improvement of retina state according to OCT. The therapeutic effect of combined treatment explained with prolonged exposure to vascular blood flow, good drug tolerance, herbal medicine, that is essential in prevention and treatment in patients with ARMD.
