Epilepsy is an important social and medical problem. The persistent relevance of this problem is due to the prevalence of the disease in the population, the severity of clinical manifestations, the low effectiveness of known methods of treatment and the high disability of patients. The article describes the results of a study of 155 patients with epilepsy. In this study, neurological features and diagnostic methods were studied.
The monograph discusses measures for the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with spinal dysraphism, to determine certain types of myelodysplasia in the structure of anomalies of the spine and spinal cord; development of diagnostic criteria for dysfunction of the pelvic organs; assessment of the significance of the “fixed spinal cord” syndrome in the genesis of residual disorders and the dynamics of neurological disorders at the stages of complex treatment; improving the prevention of neurological manifestations of a functional nature and residual disorders and the treatment of spinal cord pathology in children. The monograph is intended for neurologists and doctors of related specialties, as well as for master's students and clinical residents
Back pain (dorsalgia) is experienced during the life of the vast majority of the world's population, dorsalgia is in second place in prevalence, second only to colds. Dorsalgia often occur at the age of 20-50 years, the maximum pain syndrome at the same time falls on 50-64 years, in 20-64 years, neck or back pain is stated by 24% of men and 32% of women.
Back pain is by far the most common ailment in the working-age population, with the WHO (2023) reporting that musculoskeletal disorders occur in 80% of the general population, mostly in the 30-50 age bracket, and that with advances in technology and increasing urban culture the disease is on the rise.
"Psychomotor" development refers to changes in a child's cognitive, emotional, motor, and social abilities from the beginning of life through the embryonic and neonatal periods, infancy, childhood, and adolescence. This happens in a wide variety of fields. Knowledge of typical child development and related theories and models is very useful for clinical practice, leading to the recognition of developmental disorders and how to treat them. A thorough but focused history and neurological examination remain the most important initial elements of neurological diagnosis at any age.
Preserving the life and health of premature newborns continues to be one of the priorities of peri- and neonatology. The proportion of premature newborns is 5.8-6% of all births (G.M. Dementieva et al., 2004). They, to a large extent, determine early neonatal mortality, perinatal diseases and cerebral pathology in newborns (Yu.I. Barashnev, 2000). In recent decades, due to significant advances in neonatology and the improvement of perinatal care, the number of surviving newborns with a short gestational age has increased. However, the severity of neurological consequences in these children decreased insignificantly, and it is premature babies who have a serious neurological pathology to a large extent (O.N. Malinovskaya et al. 2005). Therefore, at present, the criteria for success should be considered not only the survival of the child, but also the possibility of his subsequent normal development (A.A. Baranov, 2001).
Asthenia senile syndrome is coded R54 in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10). Today, the prevalence of this syndrome among elderly people worldwide is 13%, while the prevalence of "senile preadjustment syndrome" is 50%. With an unfavourable course, without early treatment and rehabilitation, senile prehospital syndrome develops into senile asthenia after 4-5 years. This syndrome is a key concept of modern gerontology.
(DS), trisomy - 21, - is one of the most common chromosomal diseases. The severity of neurological disorders in such children is not the same.
Globally, the incidence of neurological diseases has increased over the past 25 years due to an increase in the population and an increase in the duration of residence. Tension headaches are the most common neurological disorder and are estimated to suffer from 1.5 billion populations worldwide. According to data given by various authors, the prevalence of tension headaches is 20.6% to 78% indicative. The chronic form of headache is assessed as a long-term condition leading to patient dezadaptation compared to the episodic form. Chronic tension headaches are observed mainly in women, accounting for 0.5% to 4.8% of indications, and this requires qualified medical care.

The purpose of the study. To compare the effects of the traditional inhalation method and VIMA (Volatile Induction and Maintenance Anesthesia) anesthesia and the new VIMA technique in two-bolus induction with sevoflurane on the frequency of development of agitation, bradycardia and agitation in children. Materials and styles. Studies were conducted at the clinic of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. The studies are retrospective and prospective. A clinical analysis of 245 anesthesiological practices with sevoflurane (traditional VIMA technique) in children with neurological symptoms of various urological, surgical and ophthalmosurgical pathologies was conducted. Results. The VIMA technique of double-bolus sevoflurane induction of anesthesia provides a preconditioned result and minimizes the frequency of bradycardia development, as well as excitability and agitation in children. In our opinion, this inhalation anesthesia application of the method is promising, it is necessary to continue its research.
Арсенал витаминов группы В для борьбы с патологией нервной системы весьма широк. Витамины не являются лекарствами — это жизненно необходимые для метаболизма вещества. It was found that in many neurological diseases, cognitive impairment is a complication of the underlying disease. Cognitive impairment also leads to early disability in patients and negatively affects quality of life. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the development of dementia in patients with exercise that stimulates cognitive functions

The purpose of the study was to study the bioelectrical activity of the brain in children with idiopathic epilepsy. The results allow one to judge, even in the presence of scant clinical data, differentiating the types of seizures with ideopathic epilepsy in children according to the routine EEG.
