Springs – is the main elastic element of machines and mechanisms and is adopted in a very wide range of mechanisms. Therefore, saving and changing their parameters affects the performance of machines. Springs, like other parts of the work under the influence of static, dynamic and cyclic loads. The article discusses the issues of restoration of spring parameters, the use of existing methods in the restoration of current releases, restoration of springs, implementation of the process of pre-spring restoration. In addition, the methods and technology for restoring the selected springs were analyzed, an alternative method was selected and the sequence of determining the technical criteria of the process and the calculation of its parameters were carried out.
Today, the trendy Fast-Track tactics has also reached us pediatric anesthesiologists and resuscitators. It's time to change the old stereotypes, schemes, methods and approaches. The new concept of "Fast-Track" in surgery was proposed by H. Kehlet (1993). Fast-Track surgery (early accelerated rehabilitation after surgery) is the search and implementation of effective methods of treating surgical patients with minimal risk. The selection of anesthesia techniques, minimally invasive surgical methods, optimal pain control and active postoperative recovery in Fast-Track surgery reduces stress reactions and organ dysfunction, significantly reducing the time required for a complete patient recovery.
Fast track surgery (FTS), or rapid recovery surgery, is a fundamentally new approach to surgery. FTS was developed by Kehlet F.I. (1993) and assumed the following aspects to minimize stress reactions and significantly reduce the recovery period of patients: regional anesthesia, minimally invasive operations, aggressive postoperative rehabilitation (early enteral nutrition and activation of patients). Wind J. (2006) specified FTS as follows: informing the patient, avoiding bowel preparation and premedication, using probiotics, avoiding preoperative dry fasting, oral glucose (5%, 150 ml 2 hours before surgery), regional anesthesia or anesthetics short-acting, adequate perioperative infusion, surgical mini-invasiveness, prevention of hyposermia, non-opioid analgesia, avoidance of routine nasogastric tubes and drains, early removal of the urinary catheter, prokinetics, early enteral nutrition and patient activation.
Adequate fluid therapy in the perioperative period is important to improve postoperative outcomes, since normovolemia is an essential factor in hemodynamic stability and homeostasis. It's clear that the volume and composition of the administered infusion solutions thus affect the duration of the need for artificial lung ventilation (ALV), the duration of stay in the intensive care unit and intensive care. Optimization of perioperative infusion therapy helps to improve postoperative results, reduce perioperative complications and reduce hospital stays. Thus, optimal management of perioperative infusion is an important component of accelerated
recovery after surgery (ERAS) pathways.
The quality of anesthesia maintenance, as well as awakening and recovery in the postoperative period, directly affect the quality of medical services, the comfort and satisfaction of patients in pediatric practice and their parents. Most often in modern anesthesiology, inhalation anesthetics are used due to the convenience of their use, regardless of age in children, including laparoscopic surgical interventions.
