The younger the child’s age, the sharper the temperature drop. In the subacute stage of osteomyelitis, thermograms taken 10-12 days after opening the maxillary abscesses and drug therapy showed a decrease in the area and intensity of infrared radiation in dynamics.
From scientific research conducted in the world, we can see that artificial intelligence operations are carried out using various methods, among which the most common is the machine learning method. Today, there are categories of machine learning: supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning. Linear regression, multivariate linear regression, and polynomial regression are widely used regression methods in machine learning. This article uses polyharmonic spline models used in machine learning. First, a comparison was made between polynomial and nonpolynomial splines. Examples of processes of interpolation of polyharmonic splines are given. The main advantages and disadvantages of polyharmonic span interpolation are presented.

In a short time, his works in the field of science fiction have gained popularity not only in China, but also in the West. This article is devoted to the genre of fiction, one of the genres of literature, explains the existence of various hypotheses about fiction, various aspects of the genre of science fiction in modern Chinese literature. The possibility of using ultrasound osteometry for the diagnosis of acute odontogenic osteitis and osteomyelitis of the jaws was studied. The study was conducted in 43 children, of which 14 children and 15 adults had heterogeneous abscesses and phlegmon. Acute odontogenic osteitis - in 11 children and 11 adults, acute odontogenic osteomyelitis - in 11 children and 11 adults. The studies were carried out using an ultrasonic diagnostic device with an EOM-01ts echoosteometer. in 1-3 and 7-10 days. The speed of ultrasound in the jaw was calculated by the formula C = L / t. The decrease in the speed of ultrasound in the jaw bone and its dependence on the forms of the inflammatory process. Ultrasonic osteometry allows bone pathology, to predict the course of the disease. Harmlessness, painlessness, ease of use, the ability to recommend echoosteometry for the diagnosis of pathological processes of the jaw in practical dentistry.
Термография является достаточно информативным диагностическим методом при острых и обострении хронических воспалительных процессов мягких тканей и костей лица. Необходимо отметить, что диагностическая ценность этого метода в выявлении одонтогенных гайморитов и воспалительных заболеваний костей лица, заключается в том, что он позволяет определить наличие патологического процесса уже в начальных стадиях развития воспалительных изменений, тогда как проведенное параллельно рентгенологическое обследование может дать еще негативный ответ. Также с помощью термографии выявляется распространенность процесса, а субъективные данные и объективный клинический анализ часто не дают правильных представлений. Диагностические возможности термографии не ограничиваются воспалительными процессами. Тепловизионный метод исследования находит свое место при онкологических заболеваниях челюстно-лицевой области. Так, при термографическом обследовании возможно проведение дифференциальной диагностики между доброкачественными и злокачественными новообразованиями, а также топическая диагностика опухолевых очагов (оценка степени распространенности патологического процесса) [1,2,3,4,5].

To study errors in the diagnosis and treatment of acute toothache in the prehospital period and their consequences. Material and methods: In 2019-2020 under our supervision in the clinic of adult surgical dentistry of the Tashkent State Dental Institute, there were 441 patients with odontogenic inflammatory diseases of the PMO, 90% of them were admitted to the clinic for emergency indications. Results: After hospitalization in the department, premedication was performed in some patients according to indications to perform the operation of opening the phlegmon and removing the causative tooth (s). The patient remained in the department for an average of 6-7 days. Within 3-4 days after discharge, the patients underwent dressing in the clinic of the MCS, then this procedure was performed in the clinic at the place of residence for 5-7 days. According to estimates, only the average cost of drugs used in the treatment of phlegmon was 402,400 soums. Conclusions: It is important for dentists to form clear ideas about the dynamics of the spread of a purulent inflammatory process.
The thermal imaging picture of the maxillofacial region was studied in 70 practically healthy children aged 3 to 14 years and 45 adults. Remote thermographic studies were carried out on an M-1 thermograph from Barnes (USA). It has been established that the mosaic-cold and mosaic-hot types of thermographic imaging are characteristic of the children's organism; the mosaic-cold and cold types are typical for adults. It is noted that the skin temperature in young children is very labile, subject to fluctuations depending on the temperature of the environment, the behavior of the child. With age, temperature fluctuations in the skin become more stable.
